Unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer. Zimmer und Bad wurden nicht gemacht. Schiefe Bilder, abgewohnte Einrichtung. Um Lampe auf dem Schreibtisch einzuschalten musste man andere Geräte erst abziehen. Fernseher ging schief. Bis auf Lobby und Buffet keine einladende Gestaltung. Personal am Desk allerdings freundlich.

Die Parksituation ist nicht gut. Es gibt teilweise nur Parkplätze für Anwohner oder Parkautomaten ab 08h morgens. Für Langschläfer nicht optimal

My parents stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. It’s a good hotel for maybe an overnight, but not to stay any longer. The staff were friendly, but the hotel was very noisy. The walls are thin and at midnight or 3am you could hear people upstairs walking or talking loudly on their phones, and also people from outside shouting The hotel offered sauna and gym facilities, but the sauna didn’t work at all and the gym is very small and it doesn’t have enough tools for a proper exercise.

Es war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Danke dafür! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ok. Frühstück ok. Zimmereinrichtung ok. Bad mini winzig, bin kaum in die Dusche gekommen! Auch Flure und Fahrstuhl sehr eng, sonstige Einrichtungen erkennbar erheblichen Alters mit dringendem Handlungsbedarf.
Es war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Danke dafür! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ok. Frühstück ok. Zimmereinrichtung ok. Bad mini winzig, bin kaum in die Dusche gekommen! Auch Flure und Fahrstuhl sehr eng, sonstige Einrichtungen erkennbar erheblichen Alters mit dringendem Handlungsbedarf.

Dirty towels from the start that were simply hung back up instead of being changed (though I had put them on the floor to be changed), a horrible smell in the wardrobe, a shower that fell half apart when opening/closing, TV as well as half the lamps were not working, and so many more small things that just felt uncomfortable. For the price you can’t expect a luxury hotel but a basic level of cleanliness should be offered.. I’m not going to come back.

Hôtel bien situé dans le centre de Karlsruhe et accueil sympathique 24h/24. Un peu vieillot mais propre. Cependant mon séjour a été gâché par la présence de punaises de lit dans ma chambre (n°16), qui m'ont piqué pendant la nuit. Je l'ai signalé à l'accueil pour qu'ils fassent le nécessaire. Le petit-déjeuner m'a été offert en compensation.

Supertoller Aufenthalt.Mega nettes Personal. Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt und umgesetzt. Zimmer war zweckmäßig und sauber. Bin bald wieder da. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Wenn ich da manche Bewertungen lese kann ich nur lachen. Man kann auch auf hohem Niveau jammern.

Room was hard to be aired. Windows could only be opened in a way that anyone could just enter the room. Flor was really dusty, clearly hadn't been vaccumed nor mopped for a while

Avoid this hotel at ALL costs. I booked two rooms for five people — one triple and one double. However, upon arrival, one of the rooms (Room 43) had an absolutely unbearable smell, like something had died in there. It was disgusting. We immediately reported it to the receptionist, who offered to move us to another room — but it was only a single. So, instead of the triple and double rooms I paid for, we ended up squeezing five people into a double and a single. This is completely unacceptable. Worse still, in the single room, there were exposed electrical cables (I’ve attached a picture). My 2-year-old child touched them and almost got an electric shock. This is not just a matter of comfort — this is a serious safety hazard. The entire hotel smells bad, is not clean, and looks absolutely nothing like the photos online. Those must have been taken 20 years ago when the place was new. Now, it’s old, run-down, and dirty. We weren’t the only ones complaining — we saw several other guests going to reception to sort out various issues. Clearly, this is not an isolated incident. Bonus extra: mini fridge with mould in it (pictures showing) I would never recommend this hotel to anyone — especially families with children. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Disappointing room, lights did not work, no coffee pot, no kettle no shampoo conditioner, inadequate bedding . Thrift store furnishings. Beds and room clean but all in all in dire need of refresh. Not sure how some of the ratings rated 8/10 or 10/10?

Hotellets bedømmelse levede ikke helt op til virkeligheden. Et noget slidt hotel - selvom der var stillet en blæser frem, så var der ulideligt varmt på værelset.

Die Lage war gut. Leider mussten wir wegen der Hitze das Fenster zur Strasse offen halten. Tram- und Autolärm. Die Unterkunft brauchte eine Renovation, Klimaanlage. Sonst ist das Hotel gemütlich hat einen historischen Stil.

Very friendly and professional staff. Perfect area for to visit/walk close to the center. Room pro: bed comfortable, fridge, amenties. Room negative: door of the shower broken, little smell, warm but not air, noise transports.

Prinzipiell OK. Positiv: Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Es ist sauber - beim Check-In. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gleich um die Ecke. Das Personal ist freundlich, könnte aber durchaus eine Schulung vertragen was Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stadtführungen ect. betrifft. In der Hinsicht sind sie leider ahnungslos. Negativ: Laut Internetbeschreibung werden die Zimmer täglich gereinigt. Dem ist leider nicht so. Nach der ersten Nacht hieß es: "Das Housekeeping hat heute zeitig Feierabend gemacht weil es so schön warm war." Nach der zweiten Nacht teilte man mir mit, dass die Zimmerreinigung bei "Bleibern" erst nach 3 Nächten erfolgt. Ich habe aber wenigstens saubere trockene Handtücher an der Rezeption erhalten (unsere wollten einfach nicht trocknen). Ich erwarte wirklich keinen täglichen Handtuchwechsel und mein Bett kann ich auch allein machen, ein kleiner Hinweis im Zimmer neben den Wasserflaschen auf dem Tisch hätte genügt um die Gäste zu informieren dass die Zimmer momentan nicht täglich sondern erst nach 3 Tagen gereinigt werden - das würde schlechten Kritiken vorbeugen. Ich arbeite selbst im Hotelgewerbe an der Rezeption. Ich weiß, dass wir an akutem Arbeitskräftemangel leiden. Aber den Gast so zu täuschen und noch zu behaupten, dass überall steht, dass die Zimmer erst nach 3 Tagen zwischengereinigt werden, finde ich persönlich nicht OK. Zusammengefasst: Ich würde wieder dort übernachten. Jetzt weiß ich ja dass die Zimmer selten gereinigt werden.

Supertoller Aufenthalt.Mega nettes Personal. Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt und umgesetzt. Zimmer war zweckmäßig und sauber. Bin bald wieder da. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Wenn ich da manche Bewertungen lese kann ich nur lachen. Man kann auch auf hohem Niveau jammern.

Avoid this hotel at ALL costs. I booked two rooms for five people — one triple and one double. However, upon arrival, one of the rooms (Room 43) had an absolutely unbearable smell, like something had died in there. It was disgusting. We immediately reported it to the receptionist, who offered to move us to another room — but it was only a single. So, instead of the triple and double rooms I paid for, we ended up squeezing five people into a double and a single. This is completely unacceptable. Worse still, in the single room, there were exposed electrical cables (I’ve attached a picture). My 2-year-old child touched them and almost got an electric shock. This is not just a matter of comfort — this is a serious safety hazard. The entire hotel smells bad, is not clean, and looks absolutely nothing like the photos online. Those must have been taken 20 years ago when the place was new. Now, it’s old, run-down, and dirty. We weren’t the only ones complaining — we saw several other guests going to reception to sort out various issues. Clearly, this is not an isolated incident. Bonus extra: mini fridge with mould in it (pictures showing) I would never recommend this hotel to anyone — especially families with children. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Hôtel bien situé dans le centre de Karlsruhe et accueil sympathique 24h/24. Un peu vieillot mais propre. Cependant mon séjour a été gâché par la présence de punaises de lit dans ma chambre (n°16), qui m'ont piqué pendant la nuit. Je l'ai signalé à l'accueil pour qu'ils fassent le nécessaire. Le petit-déjeuner m'a été offert en compensation.

Die Lage war gut. Leider mussten wir wegen der Hitze das Fenster zur Strasse offen halten. Tram- und Autolärm. Die Unterkunft brauchte eine Renovation, Klimaanlage. Sonst ist das Hotel gemütlich hat einen historischen Stil.

Freundliches Personal, nichts für kleine Leute. Das Lavabo und der Vergrösserungsspiegel erfordern eine Mindestkörpergrösse von 1.75 cm, damit sie ohne Nebenwirkungen gemäss ihrer vorgesehenen Funktion genutzt werden können. Auch der Duft im Zummer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und nichts für empfindliche Nasen. Dafür Superlage, frische Früchte, reichhaltiges Frühstück mit gutem Kaffee, schöne Räumlichkeiten und - wie zu Beginn schon erwähnt, sehr freundliches Personal.

Unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer. Zimmer und Bad wurden nicht gemacht. Schiefe Bilder, abgewohnte Einrichtung. Um Lampe auf dem Schreibtisch einzuschalten musste man andere Geräte erst abziehen. Fernseher ging schief. Bis auf Lobby und Buffet keine einladende Gestaltung. Personal am Desk allerdings freundlich.

Installation dans la chambre mais télécommande télé HS. Je le signale à l'accueil qui me surclasse sans discuter dans une chambre plus grande. Très commercial! Chambre très calme sur cour et en bon état Petit déjeuner buffet riche et de qualité Pas déçu du rapport qualité prix!

Es war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Danke dafür! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ok. Frühstück ok. Zimmereinrichtung ok. Bad mini winzig, bin kaum in die Dusche gekommen! Auch Flure und Fahrstuhl sehr eng, sonstige Einrichtungen erkennbar erheblichen Alters mit dringendem Handlungsbedarf.

Sale, ascenseur en panne, mal isolé , lit cassé , moquette tachée et vielle, serviette du précédant client délaissé dans la chambre , pas d’isolation des fenêtres donc bruyant. Confort inexistant , à fuir absolument ! Le nouveau propriétaire delaisse l’hôtel pourrir complètement. Désolant et énervant, jamais vu ça !

Everything about Trip Inn was perfect. Breakfast was awesome- American sized cups of coffee, variety of breads & jams, yogurts and traditional European-fare. Room was great. Staff was considerate and helpful! About the only negative I can say, our bathroom was really tiny! The other member of our party had a much larger bathroom, each room is different.
