Kingston Marriott Hotel

Dejligt lokation tæt på vand og indkøb i Kingston. Venligt personale, men rengøring af værelset var under standard. De havde yderligere glemt en ekstra børneseng, og den som blev leveret var gammel og ikke indbydende.

We asked for a late check out and the front desk attendant (not sure of her name) was unfriendly and made us feel like and absolute inconvenience. We were polite in asking and said if it didn’t work, we’d be ok with that. Her response was “well, fine but no later than 12:30”. Incredibly unexpected for a Marriott.

Very nice stay

Breakfast is not included. I did get an upgrade to a room with a balcony and view of harbour, so that was nice. Location is great and if you're lucky to get water-facing the view of city hall and harbour are amazing.

The only feedback is the first night I ordered room service which arrived in a take out bag in a box with wooden utensils. ($53-salad w/chicken breast, glass of wine & bottle of water) When ordering room service one expects standard plates, utensils and a tray. I did mention it upon check out and hope this practice is changed in November when I am back.
