The hotel was wonderful with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and the room was perfect. The gym was also excellent. I would definitely stay there again when next in Lake Louise.

Staying here was like a great home to return to after enjoying days in awe of the outdoors. The staff was so helpful with suggestions for restaurants, shuttle service (the Fairview shuttle service leaves right from the hotel and the public bus to Lake Louise is across the street, best deal at $2 each way). The restaurants were excellent, so appreciated the available of laundry facilities and there was even free put put golf and bike rentals from the hotel. This is a top service hotel.

Awesome location! Suite layouts are great for a family of 4, very efficient (Loved having floor fans available for noise cancellation!) Good food options onsite, coffee kiosk a bonus for mornings. Market and a shopping plaza walkable or bike able from property. Nice amenities on property, pool/hot tub, free use of bikes. Also, access to shuttles to the lakes, etc are onsite which is a great option since parking is a challenge. Overall we greatly enjoyed our 3 day stay!

This property was a great base camp for the many outdoor activities around Lake Louise. We also enjoyed the live music and smores in the gazebo. This property also had a very nice gym and included free mountain bike rentals to explore the area. My only complaint would be that the parking lot wasn't very big and seemed to fill up during the day.

Excellent hotel, close to all local amenities . Super friendly staff (big shout out to Honey ❤️) & a great pool with fully loaded 24hr gym. Free bike hire, crazy golf & some nice outside seating areas.

Great hotel with 2x good restaurants on site open till 10pm! Most in Banff close at 8pm. Annoying that the swimming pool is on the ground floor & is right next to one of the restaurants. The sqimsuit dryer shares a wall with the dining area & you can literally feel your seat shake and hear the noise, which interrupts your meal constantly. Other than that the stay was perfect. Lovely4-5km hike trail leads you straight to Lake Louise & you get to skip the parking issues that come with driving there. A little pricey for not having a fridge or AC, but location location location during summer peak season so whatdya gonna do.

Had such a nice stay! The gazebo was nice with the firepit in the middle, the pool and hottubs and changing room were great, uniquely had a room with a pool view! Would definitely recommend if youre planning to visit Lake Louise!

Absolutely loved this property! Would def go again. I will say only 4 stars for cleanliness because there was onion thrown behind the garbage can from a previous customer which stunk up the whole condo. But other than that, amazing place!

This property is very very dated. There is no air conditioning and our room was extremely hot and we didn’t sleep. The lighting is just a lamp in a night stand. The bathroom is very dated with a dirty shower curtain. There is free parking on site and plenty of restaurants choices on-site or across the street. I would not stay again based on high price and the quality of the room.

Staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay, but it was VERY overpriced. For over £500 per night you'd expect a luxury stay, but our 2-bedroom suite lacked some kitchen utensils, the doors didn't close properly, there was a flickering lightbulb, black mould between the bathroom tiles, and the TVs were basic, offering only terrestrial TV and no smart functions at all. No discount was offered when I mentioned these issues to the front desk. We felt a bit cheated when we realised we could have stayed at the luxury Fairmont Hotel for much less. The best part of our stay was our meals in the Legends restaurant, both breakfast and dinner. Warm service and delicious food.

We had a lovely stay at Lake Louise Inn! The location is perfect, with beautiful surroundings and close proximity to all the attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However the rooms could have been a bit cleaner as we noticed a few areas that could use more attention. For the price I expected a little more in terms of overall quality and amenities. That said it’s still a solid choice if you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in the area.

Great staff on front desk, we delt with 3 of them and they were exceptional - VERY facilitative. The room for well north of 300 was disappointing. Small room , no fridge, small tv screen. Very nice redone bathroom tho'.

Location is great. Amenities in the hotel are very good, and offers solid family fare for meals. Room was small-ish but big enough. Furnishings are a bit dated and felt like it was from the 1970’s, but they were serviceable even if the bed was a bit soft for me. The room could have used more electrical outlets, USB ports, etc. Other than one bug I found on the bed, which may have been a hitchhiker from my hike that day, the room was clean. The bathroom appeared to be handicap accessible with plenty of grab bars even though the vanity/sink area was cramped and did not have much counter space for anything. An extra wall hook would have been appreciated.

Everyone at Lake Louise Inn is so friendly, helpful, and just overall wonderful. I would not go out of my way for writing a review ever but the staff was so outstanding I felt like they need all the love. The food at both restaurants was great and they really go out of their way to help, whether it’s activities for kids or offering to box up something for lunch it was wonderfully thoughtful and I would not have expected it. If I ever make it back to Banff it will be here I stay and here I recommend.

Tess, Alice, and the rest of the crew were all super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Really appreciated their warm hospitality. Excellent staff - from front desk, to well run breakfast restaurant (excellent food too) every staff member we interacted with offered outstanding service. The place is nice, location is good but the customer service is what makes me rate it 10/10.

The entire staff was absolutely wonderful, from housekeeping to the front desk. The Front Desk manager, Nikole went out of her way on multiple occasions to accommodate my friend and I. We had such a great experience, we even booked a few nights extra and Nikole was happy to work with us. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

We stayed at Lake Louise Inn for a couple of nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, just a few minutes drive to Lake Louise and close to restaurants and cafes in the village. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. It’s not a luxury stay, but it’s comfortable, affordable, and has a nice mountain lodge vibe. We especially liked how peaceful it was in the evening after exploring all day. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Banff!

Stayed here for 3 nights to explore lake Louise and Banff. Hotel check in was seamless, and the room was great. Didn't use many of the hotel amenities other than the complimentary bikes which were lovely. The room was clean, beds were comfy, and the shower was good. Location was great if you want to be closer to Lake louise. With a rental car, getting around and parking was no problem as long as you arrive early.

Nice lobby, restaurants, amenities (laundry, pool, hot tub, gym, etc.). The rooms are older - clean but a little run down. Small bathroom but the room is spacious. Friendly staff, easy location.

I liked how safe it seemed and how quiet it was. Walkable to dining and shopping in the Lake Louise area which was a plus. Shuttles to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake also picked up from the parking lot which was convenient. We loved our stay here!

Lake Louise Inn is a lovely hotel in a great location. Easy access to Lake Louise and perfect for exploring the rest of the Banff National Park all the way up to Jasper and down to Banff itself. Great staff and two really great restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

My stay at Lake Louise Inn was amazing. It was so convenient to the National Parks, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were fabulous. They even brought me a microwave, plates, bowls, and utensils to use in my room. I ate at the restaurant Legends almost every day because it was so good! It's hard to find amazing vegetarian options but their dedicated vegetarian menu was the best I've had. I got the cauliflower wings almost every time because they were that good.

Great location and the staff was super. The rooms were just ok, nothing special and no AC if you want it. The one sleeper was the restaurant Legends. It looks like a dumpy school cafeteria but they might have the best food in town. We went to Fairmont Chateau and this was better. Highly recommend

Had a wonderful stay! Hotel has coffee shop and two restaurants plus hot tub and pool, and the hotel staff was amazing. I highly recommend it!

The hotel was wonderful with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and the room was perfect. The gym was also excellent. I would definitely stay there again when next in Lake Louise.

Staff was helpful. Overall an average property but its near Lake Louise. We stayed in bldg 5 that is renovated and its near Lake Louise. Early in the morning there are no shuttles that will take you to Lake Louise and finding a parking at Lake Louise is a struggle if you do not get their before 6am. We ate at their Timberwolf PIzza and Pasta place. Pizza's were good.

Amazing staff and property. We came with 2 kids, 1 & 3, did not face any issue in terms of any needs or necessities. The staff made sure us, kids - were all happy and got what we needed. From milk to snack, all was available. The reataurants on site were good too. Would have liked more vegetarian options but that's about it.

Nice location near lake Louise and Lake Maraine. Fairmont limo shuttle picks up and drops off at the hotel. Free snores, cute fun minigolf for free on property. The 2 restaurants are both excellent!

The property is beautiful. Excellent location. Close to the village & market. I reserved a room junior suite 2 months ahead of our trip. No other rooms available at the time. The “suite” was spacious. Modern & clean. The bed was the problem. A Murphy bed. Uncomfortable & you could feel the coils in the mattress. The tv old. Not a Smart TV so we could only watch local channels. The pillows were comfortable. It had a full kitchen that we didn’t use. We ate at the hotel’s restaurant. Food was ok. Nothing special. The Buffett breakfast also just ok for an extra fee. The shower had good water pressure. The toiletries like shampoo, etc all mediocre quality & smell. The body lotion smelled like it was stale. A bit disappointed about this hotel. I had high expectations after the price they charge per room.
