Our rooms were at level 2, unfortunately there was no elevator nor a trolley to help carry the luggages. Our upgrades, though with stunning view, were at the far end of the hall. Also, why is the swimming open at 10 and the check out is at 11? The reception gave us basically an hour extra for this ( in at 9:30 am and late checkout at 11:30 intead. Other hotels open theirs at 6am.

Don't stay here!! Dirty disgusting and shameful. Personal hygiene wrappers stuffed in frame of windows, dirty sock and God knows what else, I didn't try to touch it to see exactly what it was. And clumps of hair in the garbage so clearly it hadn't been cleaned prior to us checking in. Needless to say we demanded our money back which the hotel refused and told me to call the 3rd party to get my refund. Thank you to The agent who was able to get us our money back. Tip to the hotel Owner....don't hide behind your failure of a business owner to do the right thing. Your 3rd party isn't responsible for you keeping your rooms and property properly cleaned.

It was like spending the night in an MRI machine the upstairs and neighbor air conditioners kicking in and out thumping and banging all night long there is fruit flies in the room I asked to check in early they accommodated me but I don't think they changed the sheets the bathtub has got missing paint and botch marks everywhere no idea it was clean or not I was so completely grossed out humidity level was incredible I think it should be against the law for motels to be able to pose as hotels this place is extremely dated it is a motel like I stated like 1970's era there's some awesome art murals on the roof pool and hot tub look pretty awesome but I did not get a chance to try them this is a you get what you pay for
