Knights Inn Lethbridge

Strong odor in room, dirty sheets, appeared not to have been vacuumed when first getting into the room. Room didnt look anything loke the photos...

Room was very unclean, no coffee maker, no fridge, had to ask for towels

The room was very dirty. There vas vegrants panhandling at door. The shower did not work at all. There was a broken chair in the room. Poor electrical service by bed. Noisy area of Lethbridge.

Checked in on my first night of a five night stay and the heat did not work in the room. The door did not lock. The tv did not work. There was “certain” individuals hanging around outside my room and some were even witnessed “intoxicated” not with alcohol. I tried talking to the front desk to which I was told only the manager could help me. I cancelled my reservation and left. I’ve tried contacting the manager multiple times over the last three weeks for a refund or a partial one and no one has been to call me back to rectify the situation.
