Very friendly hotel - a haven amidst the busyness of Purley Way. Great value for money. Highly recommended

Stayed here twice over last two weeks, first room great, clean, nice shower, slept well. Second time unfortunately different part of the hotel, window overlooked the courtyard with all the vents coming on and off theough the night quite noisy so didnt sleep well, and shower/tap had problems so not much power/went everywhere and bad Internet signal. Should have asked to have been moved!

I have stayed at this hotel before, but unfortunately this visit was disappointing. The room was not up to standard—the floor was squeaky, the carpet appeared worn and uneven, and one of the towels had a stain. I also had difficulty sleeping due to a persistent noise, which may have been from the air conditioning or a nearby generator. Additionally, the price of water at the bar was excessively high. On a positive note, the staff were excellent—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, overall, this experience did not meet expectations.

he hotel is convenient for a short stay of a day or two, with friendly and welcoming staff that make the experience pleasant. However, the food and bar prices at the hotel are quite expensive. Fortunately, there is a food court directly opposite, which offers more affordable options. Parking at the hotel can also be costly, as there is no nearby alternative parking available. Overall, it’s a suitable choice for a brief stay, but be prepared for higher costs when it comes to dining and parking.
