Very brief overnight stay on Christmas night. Reception was 24 hour so I was able to check in at 11.30pm. Parking on the site is included. Room was clean and comfortable. The shower could have been a bit more powerful, but other than that, a very pleasant night’s sleep. The Tudor Lodge is a useful facility in this area especially since its main competitor closed earlier this year.

We had an nice enjoyable stay will cetainly stop here again next time we have to go to London. Deluxe Twin room was nice and spacious and free parking. Just a short walk or bus ride to Eastcote Underground to get to Central London. Nothing we didn't like - Perfect!!

Room was clean and spacious. However the bathroom was a let down, it was clean but the shower had very poor water pressure, was more like a dribbling old person. It was also difficult to get a good temperatures it was either as hot as lava or as cold as the South Pole. The TV was far too small for the size of the room. You need a pair of binoculars to see it from the bed. It also sounded noisy, not sure if my room was above a kitchen but lots of noise from what sounded like pits and pans banging around early in the morning. Car park lacked spaces compared to rooms so if you’re not in early then chance of not getting a space.

Good value for what we needed - an overnight stay with parking included that was a taxi ride away from the event we were attending in North Harrow. Would stay again and recommend to others. Reception staff were friendly; we didnt have contact with any others so can't comment. Room was clean; bed comfortable for two and large bathroom with shower over tub. Could do with a refresh of tired room furnishings and decor.

The photos on the website are not up to date, the wardrobe and drawers had missing handles. There was dust, and cobwebs all around the room. The lamp was broken, the dresser is old and bits falling off of it. I found cutlery down the back of the radiator, and a cigarette down the back of it. There was mouldy bits of food under the bed, and stains on sheets. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and loud because of the material. I found the woman who first greeted us rather rude, but the male security guard was helpful, kind, and polite!

Outstanding cleanliness noted throughout this historical property. My room, 11, was not a practicable size with the door not being able to open fully due to the bed being placed there. TVs need retuning and remote reprogrammed. Very generous array of breakfast items. Free parking for guests. Easy walk for able bodied folk to the tube at Eastcote, bus stop opposite the property.

A nice stay generally but the hotel lacks the friendly vibe it used to have. It’s been nicely modernised but all the old staff over the last 14 years don’t seem to be there. We had a very small outside room for 3 nights and we had a lot of noise outside our window and from the road. You could hear the adjoining room in there shower and pulling their toilet. The space between the door and the sink in the bathroom was very small and our toilet wouldn’t flush. However the maintenance team did rectify this quickly. The room was nicely decorated with an Indian theme but the bed was very small for a double.

This was a 1-night stay for work. Space in car park on arrival, which was free for residents. Reception was business like. I was in room 24, which was up a narrow staircase (no lift). The room was okay but looked tired from a decorative point of view. Ensuite was okay but again tired, however everything was functional except the radiator. Room had a plug in heater and air conditioning. TV was okay but control could not provide a TV guide. The internet was awful, managed to get online after arrival until about 1730 and then nothing after that time. Pillows on the bed were the best thing in the room, bed squeaked when you moved in it. At night there was a constant noise nearby, so it took sometime to get to sleep.

Just returned after spending one night at the Tudor Hotel. Used as a base for a visit to Wembley for the FA Cup Semi Final. The Hotel is ideally located next to Eastcote Tube Station so was the perfect place to stay. The tube has a direct link to Wembley. Check in was straight forward, we arrived early (12 Midday) but was unable to check in until the 2pm check in time. Had a drink in the bar and sat in the beer garden before the short walk into Pinner, plenty of shops/restaurant's in the area. Minor improvement's could be a little extra TLC to the room to be given a 5 star review. There were holes in the wall from the door, old curtain rails left up that were no longer needed and the shower/bath could have done with a refresh of new sealant. I would recommend this Hotel and I would use again. Very Happy with the stay even though my team lost :-(

The bathroom had no heated at all so it was very chilly. The breakfast was superb. Good selection of all sorts of foods well impressed.

Convenient for Eastcote facilities. But couldn't turn light off in the bathroom and hotel was tatty for the price. Breakfast sausages were awful.

Overall the place is a little tired, however, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and we had everything we needed for an overnight stay to facilitate attending an event locally. The staff were helpful, the breakfast was well-cooked and with a lot of options and the location was ideal for us.

A very dated hotel. Main areas, rooms and corridors are untidy and well beyond the point where they should have been refurbished. The breakfast is amongst the worst I’ve had in years. Hotel needs a refurb, updated breakfast presentation and cheerier service

I liked the characterful look of the property. The junior suite that I was upgraded too which had a bath. Coffee and tea available in a caddy type holder, with a draining slot. The little bits of things that needed updating added to the property enhancing the character of it. It was only a 10 minute walk to the station and a bus stop a few hundred yards away. The breakfast was nice, plenty of selection, with either English breakfast or continental, but the hot breakfast was a little on the cool side. The latch had its holder missing after the first day. Really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is nice looking from outside, in a nice residential area, even at night it felt very safe. Very convenient for the Wembley events, only few stops ride of a metro. The eastcote station is about 10-15 minutes walk away or there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. The room though could have been better for the price. It was dark, even at daytime had no day light coming through, in need of a good makeover, everything was a bit rundown,a funny smell in the toilet, not enough towels. I would recommend for someone not too fussy or only need to spend a night or two.

Unfair to comment on staff or amenities as we only stayed over night, however for a deluxe room it was very tired and needs a refurbishment, there seems to be lots of interesting facilities being developed, however room upgrades would be a better way to spend the money, our room was quiet, and bigger enough. Would definitely stay again as perfect for getting up to Wembley.

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was very good for the tube station - just a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was nice although I did think it was included in the room rate. The hotel has character but it does need attention. Overall - a good place to stay.
