Awful pillows. May aswell have slept without. Only 1 towel. Broken tissue holder. Hester didn't work

Breakfast staff refuse to provide you a takeaway box to eat breakfast either in your room or whilst commuting. However, the sports bar and same restaurant provide them to you for dinner. It’s £15 for breakfast and as it used by travellers and working individuals that stay there, there’s an expectation that as its been paid for, it should be able to be enjoy as and when and how you choose

The pillows are soooo soft and lovely. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, the staff are so welcoming and professional. And, the location is fantastic!! Although the hotel no longer has a shuttle service; You can catch the 111 or 105 bus from the Heathrow bus station and get off at New Road stop and you are about 50 meters from the driveway to the Sheraton Staybridge. But the BEST part was their kindness in keeping our heavy luggage as “left luggage” whilst we visited family and friends in London. It truly was a gift the hotel gave us to not have to drag our luggage around and best of all to have it at our hotel when we arrived back tired and ready to check in for a good nights sleep. I certainly will stay here again if I’m ever on a long layover at LHR or catching a morning plane.

Friendly staff, good facilities, easily accessible and perfect base for a local conference.
