We understand the property is been renovated but they need to clean up the mess. Beer cans around the stairways and outside at the sidewalks. No breakfast, unless you count a honey bun and a cup of coffee. Don't recommend it.

This hotel looked much nicer in the pictures. The pool is only open from 12-8 pm and breakfast is quite limited. That being said, we stopped here just for the night and it was cheap and there are a lot of places to eat in the vicinity.

The ptac unit had a broken knob and couldn’t adjust the heat,and was missing one of two filters. Needless to say it was a cold night in the room! The ceiling was dirty and the bathroom tub was peeling and missing two tiles and needed needed to be re caulked. I was stuck in the elevator twice with my dog who freaked out. This property said they were sorry but didn’t even try to make it right! I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Check in was great, pool was crowded with folks who were not staying here. The attendant Billy had stated he's been having issues with that lately. This threw up red flags because this means locals are "living here". Not always bad but can be. Also, we got to the room and it smelled like it had been shut up for quite some time. We had to spray perfume to get the smell manageable, we walk into the bathroom because we here water and the tub water doesn't then we went to use the tub and it was broken. The beds were super uncomfortable and at 8 am someone started trying to get in our room. The maintenance guy was trying to get in to clean the air conditioner. Check out isn't until 11. No one advised that anyone would be coming in to our room. I called down to the desk and Claudia argued with me. We WILL NOT be staying here again.

We arrived at 8:15 at night when the pool closed at 8:00 - so no swimming, but Billy went above and beyond to make us feel better. There was no coffeemaker (you have to ask) but he delivered one along with Coffee, filters, cream and sugar to our room. We were then given a late checkout so we could use the pool that opened at Moon. Great experience.

We arrived at 8:15 at night when the pool closed at 8:00 - so no swimming, but Billy went above and beyond to make us feel better. There was no coffeemaker (you have to ask) but he delivered one along with Coffee, filters, cream and sugar to our room. We were then given a late checkout so we could use the pool that opened at Moon. Great experience.

The outside staircase was filthy and some of the cement stairs were damaged. Not even sure they were safe. Rooms were not clean and it was extremely overpriced due to an event.

Stayed two separate times on our road trip. Rooms are average but clean and didn’t like the plastic on the beds as my sheet kept coming off. Good AC. Nice kitchen area with microwave and fridge. Quite a bit of trash out side rooms. The view was wonderful! We sat on the deck in the evening and was peaceful and beautiful! Would stay again. Nice pool area that was actually open!

Based on other reviews, we booked at this hotel. Upon arrival, things seemed good, however, that soon changed. Hotel stairwells were very dirty. The room looked ok at first glance, but the floor was dirty, one of the beds made a loud noise, the bathroom needed serious maintenance (the toilet wouldn’t flush and would overflow, the tub faucet ran water continually, the drain was crusted over, and the molding on the outside of the tub has separated). The only bathroom amenities were one bar of soap, a single-use shampoo and a blow dryer. I would not recommend this location.

The floors were filthy. Our feet are covered in dirt. When I checked out and told the front desk clerk she tried making excuses. Needs a good sweeping and mopping between each guest. The windows are dirty. Very spotted from not being washed in a long time. Inside and out. Shelves were dusty to the point it looked like dust bunnies falling to the floor. We were not at all impressed. Thank goodness the bed was clean and gave us a decent night sleep after driving almost 800 miles in a day. We would not recommend this hotel.

I was in a first floor 2-bed room for 1 night. Everything in the room was dingy looking or poorly painted over. Spiderwebs and sand in corners, floor dirty when wiped, ALL the towels had an unacceptable amount of hair or other things attached. I used a clean shirt for a towel... Curtains didn't go all the way to below the window on one side. I removed a cricket from the room. Noise travels. Bed was clean and locks were secure or else I would not have stayed. Staff was nice. Pay the extra $30 to stay somewhere else.

The pictures online of the property is far from the truth. The entire property was dirty, found dirty cloths from someone else on our room. We left the hotel on Friday and found a new hotel. I lost money on 3 rooms but we could not stay there. My guess is hotels.com does not care.

I’ve travelled consistently over the past two years, this is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to. As soon as I opened my door to my non-smoking room, I couldn’t immediately smell cigarettes. The entire room smell like someone lives in there for six months straight and smoke five packs of cigarettes a day. The room was dirty. The tub had brown water in it so I can tell no one clean the bathroom before I got there. There were three roaches. The TV was super little. It was not worth the money if I could sue this company for how disgusting this room was I would they need to close entire building down and rebuild it remodel it. I felt so uncomfortable in the sad part is when I went to look for other hotels in the area they all were very similar. I would highly not recommend staying here unless it is your only option and even with that you need to sleep with your coat on.

The place was obviously old. The front desk people acted like they didn’t want to be there. The bed was hard as a rock. The building is on a hill so security is decent and it was quiet. The volume up button on the tv remote didn’t work, and neither did the elevator. Luckily I was only on the 3rd floor. It was clean but just definitely an old rundown building. I wouldn’t come back

I liked the room, because it had it's own kitchen, which was awesome. The rooms was clean and comfortable. The hotel needs updating (painting, carpet, new comforters and furniture) the elevator the stairs and where the ice machines needs attention. Please update the hotel with attention in cleaning and painting.

The room smells terrible (unk smell). Additionally, the walls are so thin we could hear loud arguing next door (rude people) and smoke came through the adjoining room door. (Other guest ignoring No Smoking laws.) The bed’s not bad and other than smell the room seems clean. Take air freshener or opt for a more expensive place. Bad experience. Will not return.

I wish the room just felt a little cleaner. Some trash was under the bed and the floor didn't feel very clean. Bed had a noisy mattress protector on it. Overall, a peaceful night's sleep, great water pressure, and no excessive outside noise. A Cracker Barrel is a short drive away.

This renovated hotel has hardwood floors and small kitchens in each room, making it a convenient option for longer stays. It’s economical and no-frills, but the beds are comfortable, the shower great, and the outdoor pool is a nice touch. The front desk person was awesome and really seemed to care that I had what I needed. Plates, a toaster, and pots and pans can be borrowed if you want to fully use the kitchen. But there’s a good selection of restaurants nearby, too.

Called this property at approximately midnight to ensure that I could get a room. Telling them I would be coming in late around 2:30 a.m. upon arrival they would not book me in my room and told me I missed the cutoff time. So I was left stuck out sleeping in the car

Only stay here if it’s your last resort. Which it was for us. We got there around 9:30 at night and nobody was at the check in desk for almost 30 minutes. When we got to the room it smelled like an ashtray. The bathtub, I wouldn’t even go near. Let’s just say I slept a few hours and got back on the road.

There was no coffeemaker (you have to ask) but he delivered one along with Coffee, filters, cream and sugar to our room. We were then given a late checkout so we could use the pool that opened at Moon. Great experience.

Our experience at this hotel was good. The grounds and room was very clean. No road traffic at all as it sits on top of a hill. We were in town for Country Thunder. It was only 13 miles from the motor speedway which was convenient. The exit this hotel sits off of has tons of places to eat which is a plus.

This hotel looked much nicer in the pictures. The pool is only open from 12-8 pm and breakfast is quite limited. That being said, we stopped here just for the night and it was cheap and there are a lot of places to eat in the vicinity.

The hotel is advertised that they have free breakfast. The reviews are correct it is only available on weekend and even then I would not call it breakfast. It was limited to what I would call light snacks. Should not be advertised as breakfast.

The bed was comfortable, everything was nice and clean. There's no ice machine and no coffee service in ur room. It was just a one night stop over on a trip to Tennessee. Staff was very nice and gave us a free room upgrade. Would stay there again in the same circumstances. Its a basic room. All i needed was a clean bed and shower. Not too juch selection for breakfast. Muffins and breakfast bars, coffee, tea, hot chocolate packets. No place to sit. It price was good.

Room was clean and organized, only 1 waste basket there. Service was excellent, breakfast was a bit lacking and nothing cold to drink. Vending machine charged me $5 for a coke. Only an overnight trip at least, so not bad for that.

My wall fell in my two room was mold in it and dirty my three room the water in the shower was dirty coming out every room was dirty and I cleaned every one of them my other room was dirty I check out but got changed for the room and I was payed up till August 38 th and manager took my deposit for two days that was already payed for so they own me 155.00 dollars I never got back

This was not my favorite Stay. Usually I pick an extended Stay because I can save money by coming and preparing at least one meal there. There was no coffee pot or microwave there and I'm fairly sure the people living there were a bit of a wild card. We founfd a French fry on the ground behind our night stand and the smell of bleach kept me up most of the first night.

The hotel room smelled like drugs had been smoked in there. The mattress topper was very old and in poor condition. It literally crinkled when you touched it. Other occupants were rude and yelling at us. We didn’t even stay the night we felt that uncomfortable.
