The Bloomsbury Hotel

Excelente hotel muito bem localizado em Londres. Tem um lindo estilo clássico mas todas as coisas importantes foram modernizadas. Super limpo e tem um espaço pra sentar perto do lobby cheio de tomadas (inclusive USB). Equipe toda não pode ser mais gentil, simpática e prestativa. Recomendo para todos e com certeza voltarei.

This is my first time there. And ı was totally admired.

Arrived around noonish and checked in ., asked if we wanted to add breakfast to our stay and i said yes. When checked out I was charged for the day we checked in 12;30 ish breakfast. They took it off after I brought to their attention. King size room : nobody could be sitting at the desk in room due to it was so close up bed so one could not walk around it , too crammed. Waited for breakfast to get waited on from time we sat down : 32 minutes before we were asked if we’d like to order. Only one waiter. One lady checks you in, one lady brings coffee and we didn’t see male waiter for 42 min. Eggs burned. Other person picking up plates. Short on staff. Next morning we left after 20 min of nobody taking order. Horrific breakfast experience. Staff at front desk not friendly just all business. Hotel so dark. Could not stand this location. Two nights was over 800.00

Everything was wonderful other than you can barely get a single tv or radio channel to work at all (I think i managed 1 radio channel only), which explains why they have info next to the bed on how to cast your mobile screen to the tv.
