From the time we arrived until the time we left the staff was top notch. They were so helpful and attentive in every aspect of our stay. The location to everything is great. We would highly recommend this place, and look forward to our next visit here.

We booked a deluxe room with king bed. Just before we left we had an email offering an upgraded garden view room for £3 per night, which we took. When we arrived and checked in it was a good thing we hadn't brought our cat... the room was tiny, small bathroom. Not what we ordered (Bear in mind this was £596 for 2 nights) Back we went downstairs to complain and to be fair they gave us a room that we had booked - literally twice the size of the "garden room". Breakfast was a good buffet, although we had a long wait on Sunday morning. It's walkable to many places around the South Bank, Covent Garden etc. but at that price....
