The property was set back from the road with ample car parking more multiple vehicles. Access was well organised - buzzing the owner to gain access to the room key - and the room was sufficient for our needs (double bed and 2 singles). We couldnt get the tv to work, but it wasn't a necessity for us so didnt ask the owners

This venue was a good location for me meeting a friend. Room (room 8) was comfortable with TV, fridge and microwave and crockery for 3 people. Shower in ensuite was poor and flow of water was not consistent. No greeting from owner/manager just a person on an intercom. Car park at venue okay, no wifi in room.

The room was perfect, great towels and clean. Fridge, dishes and everything we needed. I would recommend this place or use it again ourselves. The only thing was checking in was strange as no person just an intercom.

Very friendly welcoming, very comfortable had all the things you need for an overnight stay. Pleased they had a fridge and a microwave which was very handy

The cottage is very cute but there are issues. The check in requires you to call a local phone number if no one is on site which could be disastrous for those without phone service. (Many people travel with data packages only). Also, while they cannot control the weather, they need to have fans in the rooms for hot days. It was very warm and the only cool comes from open windows (no screens).

Not amazing but also very cheap with loads of parking. You get what you pay for and this was real value so wasnt expecting a lot. Totally fine for one nights stay for a single person or couple. Having a fridge was a nice touch.

Room is decent for a family of 5 and the price you pay. Definitely a bit more attention to detail on cleaning would help but it wasn’t bad. Sadly whoever was in the room above us was really noisy late in the evening and also very early in the morning dragging cases around and banging doors. Would happily stay again if we had an early flight to catch

Our stay here was a last minute decision to take the stress out of a morning long haul flight and it was perfect. Booked on Christmas day and still received immediate and helpful responses from the owner. The room was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of off road parking. After we left the owned called to say that we had left a wallet in the room and he very kindly posted it to my home address. Would highly recommend and we will definitely use again when flying from Heathrow.

Our stay here was a last minute decision to take the stress out of a morning long haul flight and it was perfect. Booked on Christmas day and still received immediate and helpful responses from the owner. The room was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of off road parking. After we left the owned called to say that we had left a wallet in the room and he very kindly posted it to my home address. Would highly recommend and we will definitely use again when flying from Heathrow.

The room was cosy and good size for family of 5. The host was very helpful. Bedding could have been a bit cleaner and needed good ventilation in the bathroom.

I stayed here for one night in triple room and the overall experience was below average. The room was not properly cleaned and there were hairs on the bed and in the bathroom (i took photos of them). The beds were very uncomfortable and I couldn’t sleep properly whole night. The bathroom was smelly too and i had to spray my perfume in order to lower smell coming out to bedroom. The only plus side was the check in process and staff. I check in process was smooth and Venn was a kind guy who guided me the directions to the property. Overall, I would say that property needs a bit of maintenance and perhaps a change in cleaning standards.

This was not what I was expecting after seeing the ratings for this property. When I got into my room (single) it was freezing cold. I went into the bathroom and there was a bath mat already on the floor which was wet and covered in black dirt. The toilet seat had brown marks on it that I had to remove with some wet toilet paper, when I looked in the shower there were hairs in the tray, also hairs on the side of the sink that looked like pubic hairs. The bed (once I removed the (“apparent fresh towel”) had a huge long black hair on the duvet. The walls are also paper thin and I had neighbours knocking on my door to ask me to turn the sound down on my tv at 6pm (I didn’t have my tv on) it was a room upstairs and, they were playing music and their tv was blaring all night!! I could actually hear the person yawning at one point. This property is not fit for purpose. I am out of £60 for the worst night and room.

Good location near a bus stop. Room was basic, but clean. Owners were pleasant to correspond with and allowed us to pay extra for early check-in when we first arrived. A really nice large park across the road quickly became a favourite place for us to go!

Good location near a bus stop. Room was basic, but clean. Owners were pleasant to correspond with and allowed us to pay extra for early check-in when we first arrived. A really nice large park across the road quickly became a favourite place for us to go!

I had a good room sufficient furniture, good lighting. The property is well served by buses and has adequate parking. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and easy to find.

We have stay here before, we did have a room in the front. We asked to moved and they were very good so we moved out the back .Would come again as we near the railway station to go into London. Very happy with our room and the host 😊

I found myself in Hillingdon unexpectedly, and this place was life saving. The house is located very close to the hospital, and it is very safe and secure. There's a Tesco a short walk from the guest house, and my room had a microwave and fridge. The room was perfect, and the owner worked with my ever changing schedule. I highly recommend!

The main door was on the latch despite a note saying it should never be on the latch. The hall carpet was poor, and the general decoration was the same. My first reaction was that the room was very cold, and the windows were open. There is no carpet, which makes the room feel very odd. The TV didn't work. I phoned the "manager" as there is no staff in the building that I saw. He said the antenna in the room needs adjusting and would give a refund. The bathroom was very basic and did smell. Also, cold with an annoying automatic light. The bed was hard with only a duvet, no extra blankets. Parking was ample and free.
