Second time stayed here and like before had a good experience. Had food this time which was lovely and tasted home cooked! Definitely recommend staying here and I will be back!

Convenient location if you want to go shopping in Luton. Pub on site with good food especially Indian cuisine. Has FREE parking on the grounds for residents of the hotel. Good value for money. Rooms tidy and clean with en-suite. TV didn’t work 100% but not end of the world! Would stay again.

The room and bedding was clean. Floorboards sagging in places. Windows need attention. However its fine for just a night's stay. You get what you pay for. My only issue is with their accounting - upon returning home I found my card was charged 2 days before arrival at the hotel which is fine however the hotel then took 2 payments from me (for two rooms). No doubt this will be sorted but it is irritating, time wasting having to get back to them on this.

The room looked clean at first glance but it was unhygienic - stains on the bedsheets, blanket and in the bathroom. They forgot to provide a fan and it was really hot in the room as well. Not the best room for summers.

This hotel ticked all the boxes. It was a really good price in the location we were looking for. Hotel / Bar staff were amazing. The food smelt amazing although did not spend enough time at the hotel to try this. Rooms were tired and maintenance was questionable but for us, we were happy that really we had got what we paid for. Would definitely stay again if need a hotel in the area. Room had everything you needed including iron and ironing board
