It’s a nice quiet place. My son have an exam. Only a few minutes drive from hotel to London international academy. We need a quiet place to have a nice sleep. We happy for one night stay. The first floor is a restaurant. So it’s difficult to find a parking lot till the restaurant closes at 10 pm. The breakfast is nice with smoked salmon. It’s buffet with the service for coffee. Looks like it reminds the tips. We paid the tip but I think small tip is good enough. The room has 150 years. We like the historical inn.

This venue has been on my bucket list for a while so when I had a chance to come to London for a friends' wedding, I took the opportunity to stay at this beautiful Inn. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was very comfortable for our 3 day stay. Parking was not a problem. The buffet breakfast was included with our stay. The items were fresh, but there was no change in the breakfast offerings each day. I would have like to see some hot cereals and/or waffles etc. Overall my husband and I had a relaxing stay and would recommend this venue to couples looking for a quiet, relaxing stay, away from the downtown area. I highly recommend the Relaxation Massage - this was definitely worth it.

This was a wonderful 2-night stay for us. Breakfast buffet was included. They had a comb of local honey for pastries. It was wonderful. Parking was the only issue. I am not sure what they can do about it. it is kind of locked in. Overall it was GREAT!!.

Came to London for my wife’s birthday and this place is fantastic! It was clean and the rooms were spacious. The courtyard was beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at! (I stay at 30-40 hotels a year). I’m so glad I booked this stay. Loved every minute of it. Wish we would have checked out the spa but maybe next time. I also want to say, the neighborhood it’s located in is great! We went for a walk and it is definitely a safe area. Lots of others were on nightly walks as well.

Staff was lovely, room was great and the building is stunning. Only comment would be that they had multiple events on and there wasn't adequate parking for overnight guests when we arrived to check in, although they do have an agreement with a property close by.

Classy, quaint, romantic and full of history. This boutique hotel provides a stay in history that is great for those who want the quiet yet central. Parking on site make this convenient and friendly staff. Breakfast is excellent! We returned for an additional evening at the end of our trip.

Our room has been super clean; bed and shower are first rate. The buffet breakfast has been abundant, varied and delicious. The staff seems to go above and beyond at every opportunity.

It was a pleasant facility. Staff were very accommodating and gracious. Dining areas were lovely. Breakfast was very nice. For the price, our room could have been better equipped with amenities. One very small bar of soap and one towel and wash cloth per person. No glasses the first day. We found the next day we were given more and better supplies. Facility is clean but carpeting seemed a bit dingy and elevator area as well. Generally, I would rate this as a very nice facility and would stay there again.

Room was very average, very warm even when you adjust the thermostat to 17 degrees, it was very warm. Breakfast very limited and quality average comparing what the rooms charge, Jacqui was an excellent hostess at breakfast on our second day stay. Overall expected much more.

This vintage facility has been around since the 1800s. We truly enjoyed a relaxing stay there to revel in a piece of Canadian history. Complementary breakfast on the outdoor front veranda was a delight. Some of the building is tastefully set with antiques and the rooms are upgraded with newer decor. Would stay again especially due to the friendly helpful staff.

My daughter and I had a wonderful night’s stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and service was impeccable. We would return. I also left earbuds in the room. They took the time to call me so that I had a chance to pick them up. Not every hotel would do that. I am so appreciative.

Located in a nice walkable community close to shopping and restaurants. Staff are friendly and provide excellent service. Rooms are comfortable, clean with everything you need for a stay.

My boyfriend and I were in London for rock the park and stayed here for one night. The staff were very kind and welcoming, the area around was a nice neighborhood. It was about a 30 minute walk to the festival about 20 minutes from downtown. Breakfast was included, it was yummy. I would definitely recommend staying here

Classy, quaint, romantic and full of history. This boutique hotel provides a stay in history that is great for those who want the quiet yet central. Parking on site make this convenient and friendly staff. Breakfast is excellent! We returned for an additional evening at the end of our trip.

An absolutely amazing experience. Staff was friendly and MORE then accommodating. Food was delicious (best steak I've ever had) and servers were well informed of menus and pairings for drinks. 11/10 will be making this a routine trip location!

This venue has been on my bucket list for a while so when I had a chance to come to London for a friends' wedding, I took the opportunity to stay at this beautiful Inn. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was very comfortable for our 3 day stay. Parking was not a problem. The buffet breakfast was included with our stay. The items were fresh, but there was no change in the breakfast offerings each day. I would have like to see some hot cereals and/or waffles etc. Overall my husband and I had a relaxing stay and would recommend this venue to couples looking for a quiet, relaxing stay, away from the downtown area. I highly recommend the Relaxation Massage - this was definitely worth it.

Sue in the dining room was super! Two gentlemen on front desk (daytime and overnight) were helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was lovely.

The staff and service are amazing. Even though the Inn was full it felt very quiet. The courtesy breakfast can’t be beat. Try the scones! We love, checking in and booking reservations at their five-star restaurant. Definitely worth the stay and had a great price.

The main dinning and living rooms are well worth visit especially the beautiful woodworks on the ceiling and main fireplace. If you appropriate these traditional details, your stays are well worth. Otherwise, stay in a modern and contemporary hotels. Staffs are friendly and helpful. A standard room with 2 queen beds are spacious and good enough. To project a heritage feelings, it would be nice to have a nice vinyl or leather booklet instead of a regular binder about air-conditioning operation and restaurant recommendations. Free Breakfast is a self-serve buffet with a staff serving you a coffee or tea. It certainly can fill you up well. Parking is free. Overall, it's a good stay experience if you enjoy heritage buildings without concerning too much about the size of the accommodation and the age of room facilities.
