Stylish & spacious 3BR Apt @BEST Location Zona Colonial (OldTown)

Great time exploring more of the colonial district with Chris’s place as home base. Love these trips and the place. It’s perfect for a few friends and the location works great for walking the sites.

This was our second stay this year at Chris's property as we enjoy being there. The location is convenient for walking the historic district and has plenty of space inside for us to spread out and feel at home. No problems experienced with the equipment at the condo or with the location. 6 blocks north of the Cathedral along with lots of museums, restaurants, coffee shops, cigar shops, and clubs to visit.

About 6 or 7 blocks north of the cathedral and a great location for restaurants and entertainment. Quiet and safe location that was enjoyed by us. Would absolutely stay here again.

Apartment is located super close to plaza España, in la zona colonial. So location is ideal and close to many famous landmarks a walk away. Apartment is fully equipped, although it lacked a few amenities. Living room had no A/C unit, and it was humid and hot most of the day, the rest of the rooms do have A/C. Living room does have a ceiling fan that blows way to fast at max speed and has not speed control. We did have a couple mishaps, on one night hundreds of flying ants hoarded one of the room windows and got in through the small cracks/crevaces on the window. The floor was littered with these flying ants for that night, i have pictures, it was gross. I notified the owner and said it’s normal for them to come out during or before rainy days. Please note we never left any window open during all of our stay. Second mishap was our refrigerator broke down and spoiled all of the food we had purchased for the week (to save money on eating out). I notified the owner and he got it fixed within 2 hours. Although the repairman mentioned it had been the 2nd time the refrigerator broke down, each time for a different reason. Location is good but apartment needs some updating, new silverware and dish ware, looks super used. Probably won’t stay again, there are other better apts in the area, wish i would have spent more. Also, area is super loud with surrounding parties and night clubs especially weekends. Super hard to sleep, loud noise ends around 2 am.
