Hotel Pestalozzi Lugano

Fint byhotel med gode rum og pænt badeværelse. I gåafstand til alt.

Hotel Pestalozzi made our trip! The breakfast is so convenient and good. Staff answered so many of our questions (posted mail, gave us recommendations and directions, etc.). It’s central to so many things, and we could see the lake from our room. Fantastic hotel!

It was ok, but not more. Feels more run down than it is. The House has Lots of charm, the rooms- not so. No duvet, just a thin blanket (with holes)it’s reasonable in Price and I liked the central Location. My verdict: it needs much more love and engagement. Staff at the reception was excellent. I will not go back.

Equipe muito gentil e prestativa. Quarto de bom tamanho, instalações bem cuidadas e café da manhã super completo. Muito bem localizado (perto da estação de ônibus)
