Gute Parkmöglichkeit. Etwas abgelegen vom Stadtzentrum wenn man zu Fuss geht. Mit Fahrradverleih im Hotel kann mann Maastricht sehr gut endecken.

Great breakfast options. Even some American-specific options. Parking was all automated and gated. Very convenient which is not always the case in this part of the world. HVAC was quiet and efficient. Some older hotels have no A/C so this was nice. Great bed and bedding.

For the relatively cheap price this was an excellent one night stay in a superior double room. Bed was comfy, plenty of pillows, good seating, easy car parking (should be free), friendly and efficient service. We had a meal in the restaurant - the drinks and food came super quick and dinner was very tasty (fish n chips). The waiter / chef was awesome - friendly, efficient, professional, quick, multi tasker and well presented. Issues with our stay - we had to run the shower for about 5 or more minutes before it got to the right temperature - pressure wasn’t that great. The other issue was the pool being shut just because it was raining. Really? Would we get wet or something?

Meine Tochter und ich verbrachten eine Nacht im Hotel. Der Service war prima, das Zimmer sauber und gemütlich.Die Außenanlage gepflegt. Werde es wieder buchen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, auch wenn ich den Preis von 21,00 Euro pro Person hoch fand. Aber insgesamt ist Novotel Maastricht zu empfehlen.

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. les chambres sont petites pour une famille avec enfants. Il est impossible de se laver dans la baignoire tellement elle est étroite. Il y a de la moisissure dans la salle de bains et très peu de produits. Le petit déjeuner est varié mais très industriel. On est à 2 km du centre ville dans une zone où il n'y a rien. Cet hôtel ne vaut pas le prix payé.

Matelas complètement affaissé côté droit, trous dans les draps. Restaurant fermé deux soirs sur les trois de notre sejour. Le vendredi soir, malgré la fermeture du restaurant, l'hôtesse d'accueil nous avait informé que nous pourrions tout de même manger des pizzas et des desserts. Arrivé au restaurant, ni pizza ni dessert car la personne était seule pour servir. Prix exorbitant decouvert à l'arrivée, de 25 euros/jour pour notre petit chien alors qu'aucun service n'est prévu pour lui. Bref, le prix est injustifié pour un tel service.

De kamer was niet helemaal schoon. Voornamelijk de toiletruimte en onder de slaapbank. Verder kon de bediening in het restaurant beter. Er was geen oog voor de klant. We zaten een flinke tijd met onze vieze borden voor ons voordat daar aandacht voor was.

Alles was op zich keurig en netjes. Een minpuntje was het douchen in een bad. Voor ouderen was het best wel een hoge instap en dus niet helemaal veilig en dus minder comfort. De bedden waren uitstekend en ook de airco deed het erg goed en was gemakkelijk te bedienen. Een groot pluspuntje zou zijn wanneer het parkeren voor hotelgasten gratis zou zijn of voor 10 euro per dag!

Das Zimmer war okay, das Bett zum ausziehen fürs Kind war echt schlecht, sehr durchgelegen und hat laute Geräusche gemacht! Für 3 Tage ist es gut! Im Treppenhaus hat es sehr unangenehm gerochen, denke der Teppichboden ist alt !!!

I booked this hotel late at 20.30 on our way to Amsterdam. We haven’t been in Maastricht before and chose to stay at this Novotel as we used to booked Accor/Ennismore in the past and the reviews seems to be ok. I’ve informed the front desk that we will arrive late at 23.15. The front desk replied quick and reconfirmed the late arrival. The check-in went smooth, signed a liability form and paid the bill. The room however was not made for a family, double room superior with sofa bed for 2 small children. We were told to pull the sofa out and find the pillows in the room, only to find out that the sofa looks used from previous guests! Yuck! I complained but the late shift staff were not helpful at all. 3 women discussing in the back office and in the end I had to fix the sofa bed at 23.30 by myself carrying the duvets, pillows & backpack from the reception with 2 small children! The receptionist offered to assist though with carrying but I expected a finish made bed and sofa bed for 4 pax at the arrival. This is not acceptable from a 4 star hotel and not used from previous Novotel at all! Unfortunately this is the last time at a Novotel! P.S. Please throw or upcycle the bed sheets with holes.

日本人です。オランダ初1人旅。ヨーロッパで有名、沖縄にもあるノボテルを選びました。昔からノボテルはよく聞く名前だったので、それだけで安心感があります。マーストリヒトから徒歩だけちょっとつらいのですが、ホテルそのもは快適です。閑静な住宅地にあるホテルなので落ち着いた感じです。英語が拙い私にもスタッフさんはとても親切でした。朝食付きを選んだほうがいいと思います。全体的にとても清潔です。ホテルの斜め前にバス停があります。レンタル自転車は入口の横にあります。本当に快適でした。ありがとうございました♪

Gute Parkmöglichkeit. Etwas abgelegen vom Stadtzentrum wenn man zu Fuss geht. Mit Fahrradverleih im Hotel kann mann Maastricht sehr gut endecken.

Great short stay on our way home from holiday. Staff were very welcoming and the room was clean. A little out from the center which is great for driving through, not much for restaurants near by and kitchens close early. We were able to get delivery to hotwl whichwas perfectly fine!

Reception staff was fabulous. Welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Hotel was in a great location from the city, only a 30 minute safe and pleasant walk.

Een prima hotel voor een prima prijs. De kamer was netjes en schoon. Bedden lagen best oké. Douche was wat verouderd. De buren waren vrij goed te horen. Verder aardig personeel en de locatie was voor ons prima. Binnen 10 minuten met de bus in het Centrum.

a 4 story hotel with one elevator is not very convenient. wait times to get to your room are long. the location is in a suburb of the city, thus public transportation is very limited. Overall a nice stay

It was OK, but they had no dinner service & ran out of butter for breakfast. The room was a little stuffy & there was black mold at the base of thd shower. Staff were friendly & spoke English well.

Great breakfast options. Even some American-specific options. Parking was all automated and gated. Very convenient which is not always the case in this part of the world. HVAC was quiet and efficient. Some older hotels have no A/C so this was nice. Great bed and bedding.

For the relatively cheap price this was an excellent one night stay in a superior double room. Bed was comfy, plenty of pillows, good seating, easy car parking (should be free), friendly and efficient service. We had a meal in the restaurant - the drinks and food came super quick and dinner was very tasty (fish n chips). The waiter / chef was awesome - friendly, efficient, professional, quick, multi tasker and well presented. Issues with our stay - we had to run the shower for about 5 or more minutes before it got to the right temperature - pressure wasn’t that great. The other issue was the pool being shut just because it was raining. Really? Would we get wet or something?

Matelas complètement affaissé côté droit, trous dans les draps. Restaurant fermé deux soirs sur les trois de notre sejour. Le vendredi soir, malgré la fermeture du restaurant, l'hôtesse d'accueil nous avait informé que nous pourrions tout de même manger des pizzas et des desserts. Arrivé au restaurant, ni pizza ni dessert car la personne était seule pour servir. Prix exorbitant decouvert à l'arrivée, de 25 euros/jour pour notre petit chien alors qu'aucun service n'est prévu pour lui. Bref, le prix est injustifié pour un tel service.

Gittiğimiz odanın iç kapısı kırıktı ve biz o dada konaklamak zorunda bırakıldık. Ciddi anlamda internet sıkıntısı var. Ailecek internete bağlanamadık bunu görevlilere söyledik ve sorunu çözmediler. Otoparklar ayrıca ücretli. Kahvaltısı pahalıydı. Nevresimleri temizdi. Tuvalet ve banyo genel anlamda temizdi.

Le personnel était au top et ils m’ont aidé sur chaque point dont j’avais besoin (y compris comment brancher ma voiture électrique aux bornes de recharge). Le la literie était extrêmement confortable et la taille de la chambre super! Cependant, j’ai été très déçue par la qualité de la propreté. J’ai trouvé mon premier jour des cheveux dans la douche et le personnel s’est excusé et m’ont dit que le lendemain un nettoyage profond aller être réalisé. Le lendemain soir quand j’arrive tout est propre SAUF le sac de nourriture poubelle que je m’étais livré la veille et qu’ils n’ont pas jeté. La piscine aussi avait une meilleure image sur les photos que dans la réalité. J’ai trouvé les parois autour sales et un peu vertes donc elle donnait pas envie d’y rentrer.

Having read the two awful reviews that Accor place prominently on the web site we were naturally concerned, although we are loyal Novotel clients. However our concerns were completely unnecessary. The parking was easy out front, the reception staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed the pool and bar area and had a big screen TV all to ourselves to watch England play Norway. So all in all the hotel exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed our stay. One negative comment - we were told the very high room prices were because Andre Rieu was performing but the hotel was sparsely occupied so the logic of market demand was incorrect. However, looking at hotel prices in general in Maastricht for that period our rates were reasonable. Highly recommended for a wonderful Maastricht experience.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. One detail I particularly appreciated was the breakfast. Guests can choose from three different breakfast options depending on how hungry they are. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would be happy to return.
