Convenient location, close to the market Square vibrant even in the spring showers. The left was out of service during our stay, but the staff was great about helping us trundle the luggage up and down a winding staircase that served our room.

Hotel wordt als 4 sterren vermeld. Toch enige bedenkingen hierbij : Kamer werd niet echt gekuist, bed opgemaakt en propere handdoeken. We zaten van voor in een ‘suite’ op 2de verdieping, zonder lift. Dit was geen probleem voor ons maar kan me wel inbeelden dat voor mensen moeilijk te been, dit een probleem gaf. Geen water op de kamer, alhoewel dit aangegeven was. Bed dat niet waterpas stond, wel degelijk een probleem bij het slapen. Inconsistentie bij bediening, geen melk bij de koffie alhoewel gevraagd, geen bestek bv voor een zacht gekookt eitje>> alweer vragen. Voor de betaalde prijs, niet echt kwaliteit gekregen.

Nice small boutique hotel, we had a generously sized room right under the roof. Downside: you need to walk up the stairs with your luggage and there's no help offered and you can't fully darken the room as the lower windows have no blinds.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Convenient location and good amenities. Especially the garden at the back. Only two minor criticisms: 1. The basin did not have anything that allowed it to be filled. Just had to keep the tap running. 2. The power points by the beds are inconveniently located.

We waren hier eerder en hadden een mindere ervaring vanwege problemen met de douche, maar besloten het hotel een 2e kans te geven en dit keer was alles fantastisch! Bijkomend voordeel is dat er vlakbij een ruim parkeerterrein ligt.

The location was excellent, but on Friday it was noisy until around 4 or 5 in the morning, so I couldn’t sleep very well. The room that didn’t face the main street was quiet, which was nice. The room itself was cute, like the kind of attic-style apartment you’d live in if you imagined living in Europe. But it felt more suited for younger people. The breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious. Lastly, if you book a Superior room or a suite, be aware that there is no elevator.

Position of the hotel was fantastic and staff very helpful, although reception was closed when i wanted to check out at 7.30 which made me late for a meeting. Lift was out of action temporarily but we were notified of this well in advance. Overall, i would definitely recommend and use it again.

Quirky little boutique hotel in a great location on the edge of the old town. Good choice of eating places within a few minutes walk. Shops are 5 mins away. Rooms/bathrooms were clean and bed was super comfy. Would stay here again if visiting Maastricht.

We had to arrive before 11.00PM as no attendance is on site thereafter. The lock on the door of our room wasn't working; a bit unpleasant when you have a room on the patio.

Position of the hotel was fantastic and staff very helpful, although reception was closed when i wanted to check out at 7.30 which made me late for a meeting. Lift was out of action temporarily but we were notified of this well in advance. Overall, i would definitely recommend and use it again.

Convenient location, close to the market Square vibrant even in the spring showers. The left was out of service during our stay, but the staff was great about helping us trundle the luggage up and down a winding staircase that served our room.

The location was excellent, but on Friday it was noisy until around 4 or 5 in the morning, so I couldn’t sleep very well. The room that didn’t face the main street was quiet, which was nice. The room itself was cute, like the kind of attic-style apartment you’d live in if you imagined living in Europe. But it felt more suited for younger people. The breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious. Lastly, if you book a Superior room or a suite, be aware that there is no elevator.

Quirky little boutique hotel in a great location on the edge of the old town. Good choice of eating places within a few minutes walk. Shops are 5 mins away. Rooms/bathrooms were clean and bed was super comfy. Would stay here again if visiting Maastricht.

Hotel wordt als 4 sterren vermeld. Toch enige bedenkingen hierbij : Kamer werd niet echt gekuist, bed opgemaakt en propere handdoeken. We zaten van voor in een ‘suite’ op 2de verdieping, zonder lift. Dit was geen probleem voor ons maar kan me wel inbeelden dat voor mensen moeilijk te been, dit een probleem gaf. Geen water op de kamer, alhoewel dit aangegeven was. Bed dat niet waterpas stond, wel degelijk een probleem bij het slapen. Inconsistentie bij bediening, geen melk bij de koffie alhoewel gevraagd, geen bestek bv voor een zacht gekookt eitje>> alweer vragen. Voor de betaalde prijs, niet echt kwaliteit gekregen.

Unfortunately, the room itself didn't live up to a high standard. It felt quite tired, dated, and simply wasn’t as clean as expected. While the bedding was crisp and pristine, the bathroom area—specifically the toilet—felt a bit basic and budget-level for a hotel of this caliber, the room overall needs a deep clean and an update to match the gorgeous design of the rest of the property

Mooi hotel wij hadden een kamer achter in de tuin in de winter heerlijk stil. Alles aanwezig een schoon. Kleine opmerking is de verlichting in de badkamer die is wat mager. Zeker voor de spiegel zou je meer licht mogen verwachten.
