Hotel looked lovely, service was great. However very disappointed they didn’t open roof top pool until day we left considering it was 34 degrees outside. Room was very small and noisy being on level 1, and the TV would not connect and work.

Comfortable hotel but small rooms, especially for this expensive rate (300 per night). Nice smell in the hotel when entering. Breakfast is great and quick, I do think they should add boiled eggs. Fruit is plentiful + some a la carte options. Pool is nice but small but comfortable. Lots of seating around the rooftop. I do think an iron should always be available in the room. Overall, a nice stay.

Hotel urban is a nice boutique hotel. The BEST thing it has is its service. Everyone is incredible nice and attentive, super detailed oriented and available to give you recommendations and make reservations for your. The room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable. a/c had some issues but nothing that ruined my stay. Theres a small bar with very good drinks, and a michelin stared restaurant. Its location is great, about 8 min walk to Puerta del Sol, 10 min to Gran Via. Many restaurant options near by. Great shopping in the area. The only thing i did not love wss the gym, its basically a closet and doesn’t have a treadmill. Recommend signing up for breakfast it is delicious and coffee is amazing. Highly highly recommend.

Très bel établissement 5 étoiles d’une propreté et d’un confort exemplaires, son emplacement en centre ville est un magnifique atout incontestable. Le personnel, tout particulièrement en salle du petit déjeuner, pour l’entretien des chambres et celui en roof top, est très professionnel et prend soin des clients de manière exceptionnelle. Petits points faibles : climatisation en chambre un peu bruyante pour un 5 étoiles, musique répétitive et beaucoup trop forte au très beau roof top qui gêne les échanges et la sérénité de l’endroit, piscine étriquée où les règles du respect collectif ne sont pas assurées (notamment avec les enfants), le personnel à l’accueil moins chaleureux et accompagnant que le reste du personnel Malgré cela, un établissement qui mérite sa belle découverte

Beautiful hotel, clean, walkable to restaurants, bars, shopping…etc. nice staffs. It is truly 5 star. The only issue we had, early in the morning we could hear cleaning staff outside and sometime we could hear the neighbour guest. For that reason, we grade it 9/10 instead of 10/10. I would recommend it to family and friends.

We were so disappointed with the hotel Urban. Considering that it’s rated 5* and the price was steep - we expected a lot more! The rooms need renovating - lighting was poor - floors creaked - the sink and shower did not drain properly and they were not clean - there was mildew. We complained but management felt our complaints were unwarranted.

The cleaning staff and doormen at this hotel could not be more helpful. But the property itself is long overdue refurbishment! Our room was not sound proofed - my mornings started by waking to the sound of our neighbour making morning phone calls. The artworks in the atrium are thick with dust. The gym does not have a treadmill. The helpful staff made the stay as nice as possible, but hotel is not the luxury experience advertised.

A localização é excelente, porém os quartos são antigos, com piso de madeira rangendo e o armário de roupas mal cheiroso. Os corredores são bonitos, a recepção da mesma forma, e deveriam seguir o mesmo padrão na parte interna dos quartos. Funcionários muito gentis e prestativos, que deixaram a estadia mais agradável.

A localização é excelente, porém os quartos são antigos, com piso de madeira rangendo e o armário de roupas mal cheiroso. Os corredores são bonitos, a recepção da mesma forma, e deveriam seguir o mesmo padrão na parte interna dos quartos. Funcionários muito gentis e prestativos, que deixaram a estadia mais agradável.

Wir konnten das Zimmer welches im Hinterhof war und ständig ein dröhnendes Geräusch war tauschen gegen ein Zimmer im 1. Stock wo es kein Tageslicht gab. Beim Öffnen des Fensters konnten wir meistens den Küchengeruch wahrnehmen. Alles in allem war das Hotel ganz in Ordnung.Lage sehr gut und Sauberkeit ok. Die Zimmer sind schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und der dunkle Stil muss einem gefallen.

Wir konnten das Zimmer welches im Hinterhof war und ständig ein dröhnendes Geräusch war tauschen gegen ein Zimmer im 1. Stock wo es kein Tageslicht gab. Der var relativt meget larm på hotellet grundet dårlig lydisolering. Derudover var servicen generelt ikke særligt god særligt i receptionen. God morgenmad, men et hotel der generelt godt lige kunne bruge en kærlighånd. Fin placering

In this hotel the staff makes the real difference! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, great recommendations for restaurants and instant help with making reservations. After being confronted with other very disrespectful hotel guests they helped us instantly and offered compensation without even having to ask. Lili, Lydia, Paula, Alba and all others from the doorman to the breakfast staff….. you make the fifth star to this lovely hotel. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Loved Hotel Urban. The staff is amazing, so friendly. Everywhere is beautifully decorated and so clean. My room was large, such a comfortable bed with loads of pillows, large tv, nice mini bar fridge. Bathroom was spacious, and loved that there was a bathtub with the rainfall shower. Large windows, good A/C, very quiet, great walkable location. The pool and rooftop bar were super nice also. I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel Urban is a fantastic hotel! Walking distance to Gran Via, Puerta del Sol and the Prado Museum. Upscale, chic & clean. Most importantly the staff is absolutely amazing, Lydia and Lydia were super friendly and helpful. Sadly I only stayed one night but will be back, in the future.

This hotel is amazing! Would highly recommend staying here if you are in Madrid. The building is incredible, the staff was phenomenal. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. Location could not be better and value for money is unmatched.

A perfect hotel for exploring Madrid. Staff were excellent and a complimentary glass of cava on arrival was well received. Food at terrace and cebo both top rated. Do try Glass by Sips the cocktail bar the drinks are amazing. Definitely will be returning.

Hotel con extraordinaria ubicación, el edificio y sus habitaciones son en sí un museo. El diseño se ve en todos los detalles. Habitaciones espaciosas y personal muy atento y esmerado, Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño y el baño y la ducha estupendos. El restaurante para desayunar, excepcional, tanto servicio como en alimentos. La única consideración que me pareció un poco decepcionante es que después de reservar 17 noches para mí y para mi familia, pedí el cambio de una sola habitación en una de las noches para un día posterior y la respuesta de la gerencia fue negativa –quizás el contrato les daba la razón (porque reservé sin derecho a cambios), pero el sentido común, no.

Comfortable hotel but small rooms, especially for this expensive rate (300 per night). Nice smell in the hotel when entering. Breakfast is great and quick, I do think they should add boiled eggs. Fruit is plentiful + some a la carte options. Pool is nice but small but comfortable. Lots of seating around the rooftop. I do think an iron should always be available in the room. Overall, a nice stay.

Wow! I loved staying at this hotel. The amenities were gorgeous, with a Michelin rated restaurant in the lobby. Walking distance to so many tourist musts like la Plaza Mayor & Cardamomo flamenco. Perfect location for anyone wanting to experience the best of Madrid. The staff was so lovely and sweet from the bellhops to the reception staff. We will definitely be back

Such a beautiful hotel! We honestly didn’t expect our stay to be this amazing. The hotel is incredibly modern, spotless, and even smells wonderful. The staff is extremely helpful, kind, and attentive. We received excellent support from everyone, especially Yanna, who gave us so many wonderful recommendations about the area and made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The rooftop pool area is beautiful, with a bright and cozy bar that is perfect for relaxing. There is also a very cute museum on the lower floor, which was such a lovely touch. The staff goes above and beyond, offering water or champagne throughout the day, with delicious candies always available. We also received delicious chocolates in our room every day — such a thoughtful detail! We will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much to everyone for making our stay so special!
