The purpose for choosing this hotel was it is located proximate to the big conference arena. The website boasts easy access using their own complimentary shuttle bus. Guess what - it doesn't exist. There are no easy access to metro stations so you cannot even get the transit to iFEMA. A ten minute walk and then two buses. It has added a daily 30-40euro cost on taxis. Room clean, but everything is a little off. A 21" tv screen makes no sense. The shower door doesn't close so each time you shower you flood the bathroom, there is a bath, but it is sized for a large child at 1500mm. The highlight was the automatic coffee machine at breakfast - but even then, each serving could fill one of the minuscule cups twice. I told front desk that their website was misleading. The answer was "we don't control the website, we control the reception"!

Two things: 1. Do not have air conditioner available (cancelled to be used because said the winter time isn't over - in april (spring time) room was very hot. 2. They seling by internet things that doesn't exist. They don't have free transport to the airport (Barajas) from the pandemic's time acording employee in front desk. In that event they supose to cancelled from the information supported in their internet "portal"

Habitación sucia, suelos sin fregar. Hay una pequeña mesa circular dentro de la habitación y alrededor de ella el suelo estaba sucio, pegajoso, sin barrer ni fregar. Había pelos en el suelo, en la zona del pasillo y otro pelo en una de las camas, bajo la almohada. En el baño, la tapa del bidé también sucia.

My stay was excellent! The staff were incredibly kind, courteous, and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I also want to thank them for serving the ONE OF best breakfast in Madrid — delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommended!

We didn’t get breakfast but I did appreciate being able to have an early check in. Only issue was there was hair on the shower assuming from previous guests… there was a full body mirror.

The TV was not connecting to the Wi-Fi, and the staff mentioned they were unable to fix it. The hotel is also in need of renovation, as the overall condition feels very old.

Our room is clean and 2 twin beds are big and comfortable, however it doesn’t come with facial tissues, electric kettle, coffee or tea bags which is super inconvenient! Our room also has an issue where the bathroom door won’t stay in place instead it’ll keep moving towards the toilet before it stops. This caused me hitting my head or hitting my knees if I didn’t make a point to kick it back when standing up!! There’s a design issue in my opinion. There’s another issue with the shower door not shutting close so waters are spilled all over the floor. I’m super annoying with my room and will not recommend this hotel.

Pros: clean, comfortable bed, good water pressure in shower, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is a distance from the city center but there are two buses that take folks right into the city. Varied, ample, and tasty breakfast. My only disappointment was that there were no tissues in the room which was especially tough for me as I had gotten a bad cold with a lot of sneezing and nose blowing. We were not in an area where I could buy tissues, so toilet paper had to do. Also tp served to remove make up and didn’t do such s good job! However, when I asked why they didn’t provide tissues in the room, I was told it was not their policy but that she’d be happy to give me a packet, which she did. I probably should have asked earlier.

Al prinipio no me localisation mi reserva y luego solo encontraban una habitacion mientras que réservé dos. No me parecieron muy professional es en la réception y en el desayuno también fui sorprendido por algunas cosas que hicieron.

I have stayed at the Silken Puerta Madrid a few times and always been happy with my stay. Excellent hotel. Also you have a bus 146 that takes you to the city centre.

I have stayed at the Silken Puerta Madrid a few times and always been happy with my stay. Excellent hotel. Also you have a bus 146 that takes you to the city centre.

Schoon en groot hotel, grote kamers en alles nog vrij nieuw. Logt dicht aan snelweg dus met raam open slapen heb je er wel last van verder niet. Stopt een bus naast het hotel waarmee je zo ongeveer richting het centrum kan al zijn de tijden niet altijd even gunstig. Over het algemeen prima hotel.

Excelente ubicación, lejos del bullicio citadino pero bien comunicado para trasladarse cómodamente en transporte público a los puntos de interés turístico. Habitaciones confortables y limpias. El personal atento y eficiente para hacer más placentera la estancia. Muy buen precio respecto a otras opciones similares.

Pros: clean, comfortable bed, good water pressure in shower, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is a distance from the city center but there are two buses that take folks right into the city. Varied, ample, and tasty breakfast. My only disappointment was that there were no tissues in the room which was especially tough for me as I had gotten a bad cold with a lot of sneezing and nose blowing. We were not in an area where I could buy tissues, so toilet paper had to do. Also tp served to remove make up and didn’t do such s good job! However, when I asked why they didn’t provide tissues in the room, I was told it was not their policy but that she’d be happy to give me a packet, which she did. I probably should have asked earlier.

Todo Genial, el hotel muy bien, el desayuno super bien, el personal amable. todos muy atentos. el hotel esta bien ubicado ya que aunque esta lejos de la gran via, hay un autobus que te lleva a todos lados, asi que hay rutas de facil acceso

Lo que más me gusto es que en el restaurant pedí un guacamole, y te lo hacen en el momento en tu mesa. El servicio del personal en General es excelente y siempre tienen un trato amable y cordial con los huéspedes.

My stay was excellent! The staff were incredibly kind, courteous, and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I also want to thank them for serving the ONE OF best breakfast in Madrid — delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel - top quality. We would return but two things were unusual for a hotel of this category: 1. the air was turned off in the room and we coul not open the window because of the wind and alergies. So, the room was overly warm and there was no way to remedy it. We tried the thermostat but the system was obviously turned off which is fairly normal in this season because the hotels try to save on energy. BUT it was uncomfortable and will cause us to consider an alternative hotel in the future. 2. We had a late event and so wanted to get something light to eat at about 6 pm (= time for "merienda" in Spain). The bar had drinks and a couple of stale sandwiches - two of which involved shell fish although not in a refrigerated display case. The lady was helpful and told us we could walk down the street about 6-10 minutes, which we did. It was not a pleasant experience because our time was extemely tight. Again, in a lesser hotel I wouldn't think twice. But one of this category with a bar present . . . not a wise management decision from a client's perspective.
