- Food was really great Chef Bhushan made Jain Misal for us which is something really awesome - Staff is really kind Rutuja from Front Desk gave a very warm welcome by providing free breakfast and discount for SPA - Staff in the feast restaurant Yash,Abhishek,Malaya,Ajay and Feli were really helpful and made our stay really really enjoyable experience. My kids absolutely loved it.

Clean and plenty of facilities including iron, fridge, TV with come sports channels. Room quiet even though facing station with triple layered glass. Large shower room with scales and complimentary shower gel and Shampoo.

Great facilities, but poor surrounding and inconsistencies in staff behavior. Some are excellent especially Ms. Sumana, went out of the way to get us into room and recommended which restaurants to try.

Noisy area. Sheraton used to be Le Meridian which used to be kept very well. Current staff is good and polite but poorly trained by management of the hotel. Low quality fixtures in the room, low quality lighting, flooring etc. Spa was hidden so well that I could not find it and the staff could not direct me!! Okay for thr money I paid. Not deserving of more!

The proximity to the railway station is a major disadvantage as there is constant train horns throughout the night doesn’t allow much rest or sleep. We were on the 9th floor and there is a restaurant on the tenth floor.again the loudness of the patrons cwas rather disturbing. This continues into the early hours of the morning

Wonderful place to stay in Pune. The lobby is absolutely beautiful, the rooms so comfortable and super clean. The restaurant had a great buffet. Cheff Bhushan gave us special service and all restaurant staff were so nice, specially Aradya.

두번째 방문인데 여러모로 불편했습니다. 방에 온수도 안 나와서 프론트에 몇번 얘기를 했으나 조치 한다고 시설팀이 와서 보고갔지만 개선이 안되고 아무조치가 없었네요. 결국 이틀을 찬물로 샤워해서 감기에 걸렸네요. 그리고 중요한건 호텔 전체에 오래된 냄새가 많이 납니다. 예민한분들은 불쾌하실 수도 있겠네요 일정 때문에 이틀날은 조식 도시락으로 준비했는데, 빵도 딱딱한걸로 준비가 되고, 전체적으로 4스타 급 호텔보다 떨어지는 것 같습니다.

Room was decent but walls and windows were porous. A member of staff was vacuuming at 00.30 at night for over 10 minutes in their hallways, so not ideal for peace and quiet. Shower was good.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Pune. Very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing.. hotel is positioned in walking distance to the Metro station in case you want to visit historical sites.

Clean and plenty of facilities including iron, fridge, TV with come sports channels. Room quiet even though facing station with triple layered glass. Great facilities, but poor surrounding and inconsistencies in staff behavior. Some are excellent especially Ms. Sumana, went out of the way to get us into room and recommended which restaurants to try.

- Food was really great Chef Bhushan made Jain Misal for us which is something really awesome - Staff is really kind Rutuja from Front Desk gave a very warm welcome by providing free breakfast and discount for SPA - Staff in the feast restaurant Yash,Abhishek,Malaya,Ajay and Feli were really helpful and made our stay really really enjoyable experience. My kids absolutely loved it.

Wonderful place to stay in Pune. The lobby is absolutely beautiful, the rooms so comfortable and super clean. The restaurant had a great buffet. Cheff Bhushan gave us special service and all restaurant staff were so nice, specially Aradya.

두번째 방문인데 여러모로 불편했습니다. 방에 온수도 안 나와서 프론트에 몇번 얘기를 했으나 조치 한다고 시설팀이 와서 보고갔지만 개선이 안되고 아무조치가 없었네요. 결국 이틀을 찬물로 샤워해서 감기에 걸렸네요. 그리고 중요한건 호텔 전체에 오래된 냄새가 많이 납니다. 예민한분들은 불쾌하실 수도 있겠네요 일정 때문에 이틀날은 조식 도시락으로 준비했는데, 빵도 딱딱한걸로 준비가 되고, 전체적으로 4스타 급 호텔보다 떨어지는 것 같습니다.

We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights at the Sheraton Grand Bund Garden, Pune. It's a awesome hotel with first-class facilities and services. The staff were very friendly and nice, they came to pick us up from Pune airport with a short notice and no extra charges for it. It was a grand welcome with fresh coconut water followed by a family picture and this family picture was printed on a coffee mug which was gifted during checkout. Room was very spacious, neat and cleaan and was very comfortable for four of us which included me, my wife and two young kids. Room had a train station view with a background of Banear town's hills and it was very beautiful while it was raining and we also saw 4-6 parrots hanging around near the window and it was very pleasant to see them everyday in the morning. Morning breakfast buffet was a grand buffet to choose from a wide range of items starting with fresh Juices, fruits, bakery, south Indian, north Indian and western breakfast. Staff was very helpful and was bringing juices & other food items to your table. Also, on our last day at the hotel, staff arrange a big chocolate egg to break with a small wooden hammer and it was fun experience and we had family pic with the staff too. Great hospitality! Special thanks to Sumeet, Akanksha Singh, Harshal, Nagraj, and Noor for proving a exceptional service during the breakfast time and Dagdu Gori for helping us recover my daughter's necklace which was lost in the swimming pool.
