Comfortable but basic budget motel accomodation. Great for $ concious travelers. No problems or issues with the suite. Clean and tidy room with a comfortable and well made bed.

You can see from the pictures that this hotel is what it is. It is a convenient location right off the highway close to a large variety of places to eat. Don’t expect grand marble fountains in the reception area and finely manicured gardens. It is a nice little motel to stay at on our way through Alberta. The room was clean and cozy. It was perfect for what we were looking for. A complimentary modest breakfast of fruit, cereals, muffins, juice etc. was also provided. We really enjoyed our stay here. A nice clean place to get a good quiet night sleep after passing through the Rockies on our way across Alberta. It’s nice to know there are still reasonable places like this to stay at. Receptionist was very sweet and eager to help. I will be looking to stay here again when passing through.

I like the park in front of your door and walk in!

Always a great stay. Very comfortable room with bar fridge, microwave and coffee maker. So much easier being able to park in front of your unit to unload. Continental breakfast has several choices.

Great place to stay clean rooms stayed here a couple times now and always been good

Filthy, needs to be levelled to the ground, pillows flat, towels like rags, curtains threadbare and the free breakfast was HALF A MUFFIN or a bagel that could be used as a weapon

We stayed in room 22. There was such a funky smell and the carpet was put over a rotting floor or something. There were large bumps everywhere. Do not stay here.

A really nice welcome by Dick it was fun to have a chat. The price of the room are ok Deposit for the room without credit card is 100 . Quick changing of channels on tv. New tv . The floor and even the toilet have cigarette burns.. it smells of cigarettes upon entering the room . Old couch .

The staff were friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and it was easy to find. Perfect for our one night stay.

Our room was provided with no pillows, just pillow cases and empty spaces. The internet was down the entire stay. The Television never worked. Towels were old and ragged and seemed reused I guess we got what we paid for, but I did expect a little better.

Room was very outdated bathroom was outdated toilet leaked and wouldn’t stop running would not stay again

Convenient, as we attended a wedding across the parking lot from your establishment. Your staff was exceptional, extremely kind, caring & helpful. I do believe that your establishment needs a new reno facelift and bring it up to a more modern, clean look and with new bedding. Also the air-conditioner in the room was extreamly loud and didn't produce a whole lot of cool air. Thank you

The air conditioning in our unit sucked and we were supposed to have a queen bed but ended up with a double. Otherwise, everything was very clean, quiet and good service.

Everything went well at the check in. Room was clean and the bed were comfortable!

The hotel wasn't easy to find because of the configuration of the streets at that corner. Our GPS was confused. Not sure what, if anything, can be done about better visibility or signage. Once we found the entrance, we were welcomed by a friendly receptionist.

Arrived very late (2am)after a long day of traveling, the gentleman who checked us in was very nice and accomadating. Suoer fast and smooth check in. The room was pretty dated and had a strong musty smell..i pack incense for this very reason when traveling so not a huge issue. Fridge was kept unplugged so we couldnt use it to put our travel food into to keep cold for the 2nd day of traveling. The major problem was when an unknown female.entered our room at about 6am. All four of us woke up as she tried to enter but the lock on the door only let her enter about 4 inches. She then apologized and closed the door. Not the most secure hotel and nerve wracking to try and go back to sleep.I mentioned this to the front desk gentleman when checking out and his response was it was probably the hotel owner as they have master keys and maybe they didnt know the room was rented out...okay...hmmm...still strange..6am???? Also saw the housekeeper using a shopping cart to clean the rooms..was taken back by this as at first look I thought it was a homeless person going into a room with the way the cart looked. That might want to be changed as it doesnt give off a very clean vibe. Over all...it was a place we could sleep (well sort of) for 1 night while we continued on our way.

The property is less expensive than others but it does not mean that customer service will be poor as well. The assigned room was not ready but marked cleaned. The hotel transferred us to a different room without paying an extra charge which is good customer service after the fact.
