Incredible Strip View, Peaceful Poolside Escape

Such a lovely home and the pool was so relaxing. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

My wife, 2 teenagers and my mother in law reserved the place for 1 week.The write up and reviews are accurate. Place is very nice and as described. I texted Mary and she responds right away. I bugged her once a day for example to turn on the hot tub and she did immediately. We didnt cook anything but breakfast but the house has everything you need. Its very clean and the drive to the Strip was totally fine. We loved being 20 minutes out from all the congestion. It was also closer to for us to go to Hoover Dam and go kayaking. My only small complaint I told Mary was the outdoor patio could use some TLC as debri from the plants gets blown by the wind every where and she responded that her daughter who was out of town would normally take care of that. That is by no means any deal breaker. I would absolutely stay there again if we were heading that way. We found some nice places to eat in the near by area too - Settebelos pizza, Juans Flaming Fajitas that id totally recommend. Great trip and place

Overall a great stay — the house was exceptionally well-stocked with quality appliances, kitchen tools, and even basic pantry staples that made cooking in a total breeze. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were thoughtfully furnished (loved having actual dressers!), and the common spaces — especially the couch — were cozy and inviting. The house was spotless, and the location worked perfectly for us.One note for future guests: the hot tub operates on a 2-hour timer that includes heat-up time (30 minutes), so plan accordingly. We had some trouble connecting with the host through the app on our first night, but once we got in touch she was responsive and helpful. The hot tub situation is mentioned in the description, but given how prominently it's featured in the listing photos, I'd encourage the host to make the time limitations more visible upfront — it would set better expectations.All in all, a wonderful place to stay. We'd return for the comfort, cleanliness, and convenience alone.
