De junior suite was ruim en netjes met veel licht en ook mooie ruime badkamer. Er was een aparte ruimte voor de kleding. De lounge toegang was prima met hapjes en wijn. Ik heb gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt buffet en dat was zeer uitgebreid met vriendelijk personeel.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria and had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is very nice and well maintained. The main reason I chose it was the convenient location, and it did not disappoint. Having a shopping mall directly attached to the hotel is a huge advantage. The mall is large enough to be lively and well-stocked, but not so large that it feels overcrowded or chaotic. What truly stood out, however, was the breakfast buffet staff. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuinely positive attitude completely changed how I experienced the hotel. Every single staff member I interacted with was smiling, helpful, and clearly took pride in their work. It wasn’t just one person — it was all of them. Because of them, this stay felt noticeably different from other hotels I’ve stayed at. When I think of this hotel now, I immediately think of that team and their energy. Many thanks to the breakfast staff for making the stay memorable.❤️
