It was an awesome hotel! With character and not just the clasisc luxory hotel, this is absolutely worth visiting, could even do a week! Awesome pools (heated - downside, they close at 7 pm when they look their best) the hotels has aweosme viewd a pool table, places to sot worl and chat, restaurants and bars are awesome and not that expensive. Will definitely go back.

Fantastic hotel in the city walls, walkable to everything and felt safe. Staff were great, changed up large notes and the welcome tea/pastry was a nice touch. We were lucky and got upgraded, the room had dressing gowns and slippers, and everything you could wish for. The Indian restaurant was lovely, as was the heated rooftop pool. Would definitely recommend and stay if we came back xx

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Walkable distance to all the top attractions. Although very central the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The rooftop bar is beautiful.

The property was tired. Extra charges to use the spa pool for guest. We did have a spa massage which was very average and the therapist weren’t really engaging. The indoor spa pool wasn’t warm enough. We did eat in the restaurant and it was average. Generally all staff were pleasant. Our room had been plastered in the bathroom and bedroom and wasn’t redecorated? An average hotel close to the square so this was convenient. We went for a winter sun break and the weather was great!

Superbe hôtel en plein centre de Marrakech, véritable havre de paix et de fraîcheur. Chambre spacieuse, confortable et très propre. D’un point de vue écologique, je trouve dommage que les serviettes soient changées tous les jours, et que des pétales de rose soient mis chaque jour sur le lit, quel gâchis. Super petit déjeuner, le personnel est très professionnel ! Un vrai bonheur, nous reviendrons !

Cet hotel a pris un gros coup de vieux. Les parties communes sont sales (tapis dans les couleurs plein de poussières), la chambre sentait le renfermé. Honnêtement, je trouve que le prix n’est pas justifié. Le seul avantage: l’emplacement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre est très spacieuse, l’attention dans cette dernière est très appréciable. Les deux piscines sont top, surtout celle à l’étage qui est chauffée. Les soins du spa sont également à recommander si vous avez le temps. Le seul inconvénient est l'insonorisation de la chambre avec le couloir, vraiment dommage car cela nous a réveillé à plusieurs reprises. La propreté pourrait également être améliorée mais pas catastrophique. Un ++ pour le chauffeur privé, très aimable, qui vient nous prendre à l’aéroport pour 20€. La situation est parfaite a quelques minutes du Souk et de la place Jemaa el Fna.!

The hotel is beautiful - lovely ambience and a quiet haven after wandering the souks. We were given a small corner room right next to the elevator, where it was clear we would hear people talking as they waited, not to mention the sound of the elevator door. We requested another room, and Latif at the counter very graciously upgraded us to a very nice junior suite - thanks Latif. However, there were small cockroaches in the bathroom - not good for $300 per night! We had drinks in the lovely bar, which is like being taken back to the 20s. The breakfast is super, huge amount of choice and fresh fruit juices - and the serving staff very professional. I also used the spa, and while some of the services could have been better, it was quite good. It helps if the massage therapist sees you as a person rather than a body - and asks what areas might be particularly problematic etc. I had 2 massages, but was never asked anything at all - but he lady who took care of my hammam-gommage was very nice and friendly. I also tried the indian restaurant, and I would give it a 0 if I could. The service was not great, the "naan" was actually roti, I believe. I had aloo gobhi, which is easy to make (I make it frequently). It was over-salted, not tasty, and the veggies were in about 3 large tablespoons of oil clear to see. The hotel should get rid of this restaurant and the tacky sign for it at the entrance. We did have a nice stay, but the hotel seems over-priced.

Hôtel Ryad XXL splendide a 100 mètres de la place principale et des souks. Superbe position pour les sorties nocturnes et excursions. Merci aux réceptionnistes pour le surclassement en suite junior avec vue sur la Koutoubia. Chambre & salon & terrasses de rêve. Staff super. Breakfast buffet très bien. Piscines chauffées donc on se croit en Été au mois de Février. Roof top très sympa. Tout était beau et magique pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Marrakech est super ! Dépaysement assuré !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. Our room was spacious and had a lovely balcony with a doube sun bed overlooking the gardens. The bathroom was very elegant and spacious as well. The front desk was very helpful in making arrangements for airport transfers and a guide to take us thru the souks. My only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

Fantastic hotel. Charming, authentic, I had a huge room that felt like a suite. And the property has been smart enough to put double glasses windows - so I could finally sleep without waking up at 4.30am for the prayers. I’ll certainly stay there again

This hotel is very close to Jemaa el-Fnaa, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The guest room was very spacious and comfortable. It was a nice surprise to see rose petals strewn about the bed and all around the bathroom. It was a nice surprise to see rose petals strewn about the bed and all around the bathroom. This was a fantastic hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Marrakech but once within its walls it was so peaceful and quiet it was hard to believe you were in a bustling city. Food was excellent and the Suite we stayed in was just stunning. When we return to Marrakech (which we will as we loved it), we will definitely stay here again

The location is PERFECT! Just at the entrance of the main medina and a few blocks from Koutoubia Mosque. The hotel is beautiful. All the restaurants are great. The staff is great. Registration not so great... We booked for 10 days to be paid at the end of our stay. After 3 days, we learned we needed to leave early. We gave 7 DAYS notice we were leaving 4 days early and the hotel refused to allow us to cancel those 4 days with the rationale it was high season and they didnt want to make this exception. So we ended up paying for 4 days we didn’t stay ($2,400).

Fab location - 2 mins walk to Market Sq and opposite direction, 2 mins walk to Masjid de Koutoubia. However the hotel, garden, pools are serene & quiet ie you wouldn’t know you were in the heart of vibrant city. The spa is also superb. Definitely recommend the Fusion package. Breakfast is very good. The Bala restaurant is also good. The snack bar is good. Everyone is absolutely welcoming and helpful. Received an upgrade on checking in which was wonderful and greatly appreciated.

The hotel is beautiful - lovely ambience and a quiet haven after wandering the souks. We were given a small corner room right next to the elevator, where it was clear we would hear people talking as they waited, not to mention the sound of the elevator door. We requested another room, and Latif at the counter very graciously upgraded us to a very nice junior suite - thanks Latif. However, there were small cockroaches in the bathroom - not good for $300 per night! We had drinks in the lovely bar, which is like being taken back to the 20s. The breakfast is super, huge amount of choice and fresh fruit juices - and the serving staff very professional. I also used the spa, and while some of the services could have been better, it was quite good. It helps if the massage therapist sees you as a person rather than a body - and asks what areas might be particularly problematic etc. I had 2 massages, but was never asked anything at all - but he lady who took care of my hammam-gommage was very nice and friendly. I also tried the indian restaurant, and I would give it a 0 if I could. The service was not great, the "naan" was actually roti, I believe. I had aloo gobhi, which is easy to make (I make it frequently). It was over-salted, not tasty, and the veggies were in about 3 large tablespoons of oil clear to see. The hotel should get rid of this restaurant and the tacky sign for it at the entrance. We did have a nice stay, but the hotel seems over-priced.

Hôtel Ryad XXL splendide a 100 mètres de la place principale et des souks. Superbe position pour les sorties nocturnes et excursions. Merci aux réceptionnistes pour le surclassement en suite junior avec vue sur la Koutoubia. Chambre & salon & terrasses de rêve. Staff super. Breakfast buffet très bien. Piscines chauffées donc on se croit en Été au mois de Février. Roof top très sympa. Tout était beau et magique pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Marrakech est super ! Dépaysement assuré !

The hotel is extremely conveniently placed near everything worth seeing in the Medina, and a short taxi ride to some of the other museums like YSL and Jardins Majorelles (a must see)... I do not recommend using the concierge to book excursions, but rather do your homework and book elsewhere. The Moroccan restaurant in the hotel is absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying, eating at one of the tables outside on the patio by the pool... Two pools are available, one in the ground floor courtyard, and one on the rooftop terrace. Views are beautiful. I could not recommend this hotel enough and we shared contact details with family and friends.

Uno de los más hermosos hoteles donde me haya quedado. En recepción nos dieron un upgrade a una suite real. El personal amable en extremo. El bar de roof con vista a la Koutoubia fue hermoso. El restaurante indio y el Relais perfectos. Desayuno delicioso. Dos albercas hermosas. Todo impecable.

The hotel and its team were wonderful. Perfect location for the fantastical Medina and only a 30 min walk to the Jardin Marjorelle and Comptoir Darna restaurant. The roof top pool was fab as was the Indian restaurant and food in all areas. Rooms quiet and comfortable and grand.

This hotel is exceptional from the moment you enter. It is kept in immaculate condition, with well tended gardens in the riad and communal spaces very clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the large beds very comfortable. The centrally located swimming pool is a feature of the hotel. There is also a roof-top swimming pool but we didn’t use this one as it was too hot and sunny. The hotel is well placed within the medina and walking distance to all the main attractions which is a bonus compared to staying further out the city where you would have to take taxi’s to reach the city centre. There is a good choice of food and drink at Breakfast ( additional cost) but worth it. The gym could benefit from more variety of equipment as it is located in a spacious basement spa area and there is ample space.
