Good value for money. Close to St Vincent’s hospital, dining, culture, gardens, etc. Has a lovely little garden with a pool alongside and barbecues, as well as seats dotted around. Safe parking. Room 23 was a good size, with separate laundry, bathroom (it has bath/shower combo), dining-room, Lounge area, kitchen and separate bedroom Comfortable bed with lovely crisp sheets, plus a balcony with two chairs. Everything neat and tidy with sufficient amenities for cooking. Would have loved a plunger so I could have the ground coffee I brought from home. Easy walk to trams, Museum and the city.

Lovely quiet room. It was convenient having laundry facilities in apartment. Great places to eat nearby. Short walk to catch street car around the CBD. No lift available to upper apartments.

Our room was great and had a gate to access without having to go into main buildings. Loved this. This was also handy as our keys would not work to get into main building doors. We did swap them but new set would not open doors either accept for room door. Occasionally we could get in some side access gates. Other times we just walked around and past reception. Lots of needles on ground in back alley car park so moved car day 1 to near reception and only parked there . Lots of noise early mornings and late night from back alley way which is where the needles were. That being said the rooms and facilities were great. Staff lovely and great location to city and theatres. Would stay again.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment facing the road. Apartment was quite stuffy. The windows needed to be left open but when the windows were open there was a lot of noise up from the street. Considering the street is dead and straight and goes nowhere it’s still appears to be a lot of people walking along the street making their conversations as they walk. On arrival the bedside lamp didn’t work and had no quote in it at all. There was dust on the TV unit and mould in the shower upside the apartment has a washing machine and dryer air conditioning in both the living areas and bedroom. Apartment is only a short walk to the free tram zone where you can travel around the city. Also just a short walk to restaurants cafes in the Italian quarter at Lygon Street and the Melbourne Museum and exhibition Centre is less than a two minute walk.

Top Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und sauberen, modernen Zimmer. Auch die Lage ist perfekt. Zu Fuss kommt man in die Stadt und denoch ist es sehr ruhig! Sogar mit unserem schweren Gepäck wurde geholfen! Vielen herzlichen Dank! PS: Das Internet ist sehr schnell…. Top!

Very convenient place to stay. Cleanliness seems to have slipped a bit (bathrings in the bath) and lots of mess on the stairs leading from the carpark area. Staff are always obliging and the place is still good value.

These apartments are a welcome surprise hidden in the laneways of Fitzroy. Constructed around a well maintained and spacious courtyard and pool gives it a pleasant feel. The apartment was very clean and tidy and more than big enough for two people and even better for me as I was on my own. It was also very well fitted out for anyone who wanted to be self contained with meals and cooking. After reading reports from some of the other accomodation in the area, I am very glad I picked this one.

Very dated. Would not want to stay longer than 1 night. Bed hard, bedrooms need blockout blinds, was like daylight through the night. Bathroom needs revamp. Booked for two couples but only had enough lounge seating for 3. Had to pay for 2 car spaces, not secure parking, just regular motel spaces.would not recommend. not secure

Room needed a little love, it needed someone to come through and fix a few things ie the tv had fallen off the wall and was sitting on a table, the toilet seat needed replacing. The room felt a bit generic and boring. Don't get me wrong everything was fine/good

The location was fantastic. Price is good but you get what you pay for. The apartment we were in was large and had 2 bathrooms etc. But the curtains in each room were ripped and spots where the aircon used to be were left unpainted. Small touches and maintaining the property would make it seem more like a hotel, but felt a bit back packer style. Easy fixes.

Its in a pretty good location. However, they advertise parking included and then try to charge you $20 when checking in. Its street parking. The wifi doesn't work in the bedrooms. Check in hours are limited and we were told we would be given info on how to check in after 5pm. This didn't happen. We had to ring the duty manager who was helpful.

No consideration given to the fact that I had to cancel due to a life threatening medical condition threatening my partner. Her brain tumor operation was brought forward by her neurosurgeon, however hotel management decided to stick by the no-refund cancellation policy. Not to matter that we already paid out many thousands in hospital and specialist bills, this hotel management wanted their couple hundred regardless.

No consideration given to the fact that I had to cancel due to a life threatening medical condition threatening my partner. Great size apartment, nice and quiet, great positioning, easy to park, really friendly and helpful staff. If I need to stay in that area of Melbourne again, I'll stay here again.

Its in a pretty good location. However, they advertise parking included and then try to charge you $20 when checking in. Its street parking. The wifi doesn't work in the bedrooms. Check in hours are limited and we were told we would be given info on how to check in after 5pm. This didn't happen. We had to ring the duty manager who was helpful.

We liked it all we had a unit which had stairs to the bedroom l had a problem with getting up and down them so the next morn l reported to the office and they couldnt do enough for me as my husband had a procedure at St Vincents Hosp so Trish helped me move to an all ground floor we were very appreciative we will be definitely staying there again Ron and Rosemary

This is a great place to stay while in Melbourne. Quiet, comfortable and so convenient to the trams and within the free tram circuit. The garden is beautiful and it's hard to believe you are in the city. It's a haven from the hustle and bustle of the city outside.

We stay here whenever we are in Melbourne. The apartments are very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is so convenient. A short walk to the CBD or jump on a 96 tram to St. Kilda or a 86 tram to Docklands.

The location is great, and we were able to walk around the city; we didn't even need a car or a tram. There's a tram station close by if you don't want to walk so much. The apt is not new, so don’t expect a renovated walk-in shower. Actually, the bathtub was a bit slippery, so be careful if you travel with kids or elders. There aren't a lot of kitchen appliances or supplies, but we got by with what we found there. Also, the laundry was really helpful. Considering the price of accommodations in the city, it was ok, the only thing that really bothered us was the shower/ slippery bathtub.

The room was very dated, needs to have more updated appliances to bring it up to date. The bed was the hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep in. Unfortunately I didn't sleep well.

The room was spacious and clean if a little dated. The king bed was two beds pushed together and very short! Gardens and pool were lovely but visited reception twice and both times it was shut (when it was meant to be open) so I couldn't get a towel.

Good location but our apartment was quite dated, basic, ok for 3 nights. Poole and area around if was much smaller than expected and quite dated too. Place felt chilled and the close proximity to the CBD and shops is good, just not luxurious.
