The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was large. It was great to have a washer/dryer. The porch and view of the city was great. Everything of interest to a tourist in Melbourne was within easy walking distance.

Such a great property and so well located. The rooms are huge and so well appointed. The staff are super helpful and friendly and it’s so easy to get in and out of parking. Only downfall is a bit of a wait for the lift with one out of order but there’s not much they can do about that.

Photos are deceiving and kitchen isn’t great and clean. Dirty amenities and kitchen ware to the bathroom not the greatest no smart tv and laundry took 5 hours to wash and dry and not open tried calling reception was a bit of a joke unhelpful came to Melbourne for a conference

Our apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Check in was quick and staff friendly and helpful. Parking onsite is reasonably priced for the city. We were in walking distance to the city and public transport was outside the door. Only downfall, out of 2 lifts only 1 worked and this caused delays in getting to and from our room. Overall had a great stay and would book this hotel again. Thank you.

Fabulous room, received our VIP bottle of wine and as we were in the lofts a lovely hamper. It is close to restaurants, bars, shops, river and transport if you need it. Rooms are exceptionally fitted out could not have wanted for any other items. Simply shop at the local IGA next door. We found it easy to walk everywhere. The only downside was the noise from the alley way that you access the lofts. There are restaurants and late night clubs so it does get a bit noisy (mostly by venues getting rid of bottles into recycling bins) and people from venues near smoke in the lane. However, overall

I have stayed here twice during 2025 and is now my default place if I need to stay on the east side of Melbourne CBD. Great rooms, basically a full apartment with the advantages of being a hotel. Parking is also incredibly secure behind two secure roller doors to get in. Worth its weight in gold alone.

The one bedroom suite is spacious and the newly renovated bedroom and living/dining areas were nice. Not crazy about the living room furniture as they were very firm and uncomfortable. Kitchen and bathroom are in desperate need of a remake. The grease/dust around the fan hood and oven is disgusting. Dishwasher barely works. Had a question about the operation of the TV and received nil help. There is good potential but lots more upgrade needed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay the place was easy to find, very spacious and clean, great views across the Yarra River to MCG and tennis arena. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting something central and spotlessly clean. Will definitely be coming back to stay when next visiting Melbourne.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a view on arrival. The apartment was spacious and clean. It was a great location for what we wanted to do in Melbourne. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and we will be back.

Absolutely brilliant accommodation, mattresses superb, view amazing, staff (Terry) wonderful, IGA right next door for groceries, walking distance to Rod Laver Arena for our concert, spacious, clean would definitely recommend and stay again. The apartment was spacious, in a great location, comfy beds and pillows, clean and welcoming. IGA is downstairs for any items needed, making it really convenient. Check in was friendly and efficient. The only downside was the street noise in the wee hours of the night due to some late night venues in the area. Otherwise great apartment!!

The staff are wonderful and the room was huge and comfortable. It is very close to the tram stop, close to everything and it had a great view of the city. The only down sides were the fridge didn't work, which they tried to fix, the dishwasher was full of mould, which I didn’t notice till the last day, thank god I didn’t use it. I did inform the lady at the front desk and she was very apologetic. I would definitely stay there again…..as long as the fridge works

Positives - outstanding views across Melbourne, wonderful staff, generously sized apartment, good storage space, lovely balcony, great location. Negatives - Street noise from trams and trains, issues with appliances (which staff did their best to resolve), uncomfortable lounges, poorly equipped kitchen.

Just a lovely stay - had to extend multiple times for work and the staff made it so easy. Stayed in both the 1 bedroom apartment and the lofts - both are very spacious although the lofts are stairs only so don’t bring a 30kg suitcase like me! Either way, this will definitely be my new first port of call for trips to Melbourne. Great part of town, bus and tram on your doorstep and flinders station is a quick hop away. Beds and sofa were comfortable for a 6’5 man which is rare! Surprised this place doesn’t have a higher rate

Loft apartments are fantastic. Quiet, stylish, spacious and with all the amenities you could want. It is stair access only but staff are incredibly helpful with bags. I’ve stayed here twice now and would happily pay to live here if it was an option.

Nice property. Now its a bit old. I had stayed here before in 2022 around May-June. Even then the rooms and furniture appeared used and old. Its still the same. Its not bad at all but i stayed at the Aspire on King St for a few nights and now Adina on Flinders does look a bit old compared to that. The appliances and decor look old. However, on the location and on the amenities are as described and all in working order. Over all a nice place to stay. Centrally located, good area, grocery shop located right next to it, tram and train station nearby. Southbank is walkable distance. I had specifically asked for a Southbank facing room. I did get one, but it was a corner apartment with a little view of the Southbank. I should have been more specific that I should have mentioned that I don't want the corner apartment.

The one bedroom suite is spacious and the newly renovated bedroom and living/dining areas were nice. Not crazy about the living room furniture as they were very firm and uncomfortable. Kitchen and bathroom are in desperate need of a remake. The grease/dust around the fan hood and oven is disgusting. Dishwasher barely works. Had a question about the operation of the TV and received nil help. There is good potential but lots more upgrade needed.

I had made a mistake & booked the queen's street for the first night as my trip had changed & had to make an additional booking. upon reaching the hotel at 1230 am, I was of course very upset with myself but I must say that the hotel staff ( Praveen ) was so good, he made a call to the queen's road hotel, got my booking transferred & arranged a room for me to stay. he was really very good & helpful not just with this but with a charger etc. super staff. only complaint was that the room wasn't clean on day one despite having speficially asked for it to be done before leaving the hotel.

Arrived to an unattended reception. Sign on desk said to call a mobile number. What's the point of checking in online? Room is large but old. Shower head was useless. Bathroom very basic, no amenities. Aircon was set on 'heat'. Only one powerpoint in entire living/dining area. No luggage rack/shelf.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a view on arrival. The apartment was spacious and clean. It was a great location for what we wanted to do in Melbourne. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and we will be back.

Photos are deceiving and kitchen isn’t great and clean. Dirty amenities and kitchen ware to the bathroom not the greatest no smart tv and laundry took 5 hours to wash and dry and not open tried calling reception was a bit of a joke unhelpful came to Melbourne for a conference

The Adina Apartment Hotel was perfect for our stay with wonderful accommodations, great location, beautiful view, and very helpful and friendly staff who were quick to respond to all my questions before our visit. We booked the Premier 2 bedroom apartment (Garden/Southbank view) which was very nice, well maintained, and perfect for the 5 of us especially since it had 2 bathrooms.

Excellent property with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Close (walking distance) to Rod Laver Arena & MCG and a well-stocked IGA supermarket/convenience store is located next door to the property. Transport options are plentiful and close by. The noise of the trains running nearby was noticeable at first but not a deal breaker from my perspective. The spacious and well-maintained apartment I stayed in (13th floor) made up for that. I experienced no adverse issues during my stay and will certainly stay at Adina on Flinders again in the future. Highly recommended.

Just a lovely stay - had to extend multiple times for work and the staff made it so easy. Stayed in both the 1 bedroom apartment and the lofts - both are very spacious although the lofts are stairs only so don’t bring a 30kg suitcase like me! Either way, this will definitely be my new first port of call for trips to Melbourne. Great part of town, bus and tram on your doorstep and flinders station is a quick hop away. Beds and sofa were comfortable for a 6’5 man which is rare! Surprised this place doesn’t have a higher rate

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay the place was easy to find, very spacious and clean, great views across the Yarra River to MCG and tennis arena. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting something central and spotlessly clean. Will definitely be coming back to stay when next visiting Melbourne.

Two bedroom stay was incredibly spacious and plebty of room for young kids. Easy to get to, with a tram stop less than a minutes walk away, supernarket next door and surrounded by cafes. Staff made check in and out super fast and conveniant.

The Adina is conveniently located on Flinders Street, a short walk from Flinders Street Station, and with trams just outside. The staff were helpful during the check-in process and everything went smoothly.

We had a 2 bedroom appartment room 49, the floors were extremely dirty both the carpet and the linoleum. There was broken glass fur/hair balls. The baby was filthy after crawling on the carpet. The lino in the kitchen and bathroom needs to be scrubed not just mopped over. Very disappointed.

ensuite and second bedroom was locked as it was just the 2 of us. This meant we had to use the main bathroom and we had to stand in the bath to shower which we hated. The bath enamel was flaking off. There was also a rotten smell coming from the ensuite great location room otherwise brilliant. Great staff and parking
