A séjourné 8 nuits

Bien situé. À cinq minutes à pied (en pente) du quartier commerçant. En face de hardware lane (zone de restaurants). À proximité d’une station de tram. Appartements entretenus et modernisés ; nous y étions déjà venus, il y a 10 ans. Toutes les commodités sont présentes et la machine à laver et la sécheuse ont été appréciées. Le chauffage fonctionnait dans notre chambre ce qui n’était pas le cas pour tous les membres de notre groupe. Ménage au strict minimum (ex : lit pas fait) avec nécessaires de toilette (serviettes…) renouvelés à la demande. Je regrette l’absence de vue avec un vis à vis nous obligeant à laisser les rideaux tirés tout le séjour. Dommage que ce point n’ait pas été précisé lors de la réservation ; nous aurions opté pour une catégorie de chambre supérieure.

Spacious apartments and an excellent central location. Whilst very clean, they are getting a little tired though, the TVs are old and the one in my room didn't work properly. The bathroom was nice but the water pressure in the shower was poor. I needed an extra blanket and that needs to be sourced via reception rather than being available in the room. Overall fine, but there's room for improvement.

While check-in was smooth and efficient, unfortunately the standard of the accommodation and service throughout the rest of our stay fell well below what we expected. The initial room was in poor condition and clearly had not been adequately checked or maintained. There were a number of broken or non-functioning items, including a dishwasher that flooded, a broken balcony door, a safe that did not operate, a broken kitchen drawer and a damaged shower shelf. The cleanliness was also disappointing, with food found underneath the sofa and rubbish under the bed. We were moved to another room, which was an improvement but still fell short of expectations. Although there were fewer maintenance issues, the room was not particularly clean and had old, worn carpet that detracted from the overall appearance and feel of the accommodation. Room servicing was also irregular and, when provided, was not particularly pleasant or thorough. The staff were able to arrange a room change, and we appreciated that assistance, but having to move rooms after encountering so many basic maintenance and cleanliness issues was disappointing and disrupted our stay. Overall, the experience did not represent the standard we expected and, based on our stay, we would be reluctant to return.
