Property entry was not well signed and we missed the turn off. Front desk was unattended when we arrived at about 3pm so we had to wait outside in the cold. Room was not very clean. Bathroom exhaust fan was dirty and noisy. On site restaurant and bar; bar had two foreign beers on tap but the taps weren’t working so we purchased two beers from the fridge, they were not cold, needless to say we didn’t purchase any more and left the bar. Security bond has not yet been returned two days after checking out.

The reception was very helpful and very nice, I made an error in booking and he was patient and helpful. I was able to still get a room and he organised a roll out bed. The apartment complex is older, has enough parking & an Indian restaurant on site. The room itself needs a revamp, many patches in walls and doors , older appliances, bed hard and basic equipment in the kitchen. The bathroom is fine with a large shower. Was in a good area for us with shopping close and many restaurants around.

Lovely tidy room with good outlook. Indian restaurant as part of complex was lovely to dine in. Several dining options within walking distance. Convenient to locate. Easy parking outside room. The staff was ok but the room was bad. The tap in the kitchen was too short and this meant that water ran onto the bench and the floor every time I washed anything. The couch and cushions were stained. The tv was very basic with no internet and streaming channels. The toilet had poop on the walls and the shower had mould on the seal at the bottom.

It wasn’t very clean looking. Mouldy bathroom. Didn’t look like it had been vacuumed between guests. There was bloodstains on the single bed mattress. The dryer didn’t work. Replacement was promised but never arrived. So unimpressed that we got a refund and left early

One bedroom apartment with 2 queen beds was filthy. kitchen floor tile grout dirty, oven putrid and missing a knob, black mould on splash back tile grout, microwave ancient and grotty. Walls patched not sanded or painted hair stuck to wall beside frig,cockroaches.Just awful,feel totally ripped off at $200 a night reception acknowledged complaint but took no action

While the accommodation was ok, the room was dirty and had cobwebs everywhere. The TV remote worked intermittently and the WiFi was terrible. Even using a WiFi dongle the quality was poor. Not a good stay if you need reliable internet.

IU as on the bottom floor, once opened I discovered th clock had the screws almost removed. I contacted the nice guy in reception he tightened them up. I also noted and let them know that he safety chain was missing from the door so I had to push something up against the door for sleeping. Water pressure is super strong when I turned on the shower the head she up and flooded the ceiling and walls. I also let them know that pressure restrictors are really needed. The indian restaurant was ok the manager very friendly. I wish that I had ordered chicken as the lamb was impossible to eat very dry and tough.. The whole place needs a good clean and refurbish. The cleaners should clean up the bed as well. The location suited me well so thats where I went. Don't usually do reviews, but thought a real review is a good review.

Rude staff, filthy room, mice running around in our room, no service to apartment even though it says serviced!! We were there for three nights with no service. Urinated on mattress just dumped at our door which we had to step over to enter our room, filthy soiled laundry on the ground outside our room and in two huge trolley’s either side of our door. Staff don’t care about ANYTHING!! I tried to speak to owner / manager and they said he doesn’t pick up and doesn’t care anyway. The lounge was putrid ,white bathmat went brown after sitting it on the bathroom floor, almost every wall was damaged and not repaired , kitchen floor filthy, dirty stove top and filthy kitchen drawers etc. Had a dish washer but no dish powder or tablets, no tea towel, the lounge room window was broken, damaged and filthy coffee table, and to top it off !!! The tv didn’t work. Avoid this place, the staff are feral and it seems they have people squatting / living there. DO NOT BOOK TO STAY HERE!!!

We found check-in tedious and the staff member inefficient. He had to search for our key in a messy cluttered drawer. Reception area super messy and not professional or inviting. The room was spacious and clean but there was a large crack in the glass of the wardrobe door and the towel rail was hanging loose. Shower pressure and heat of water was amazing. We booked for 2 persons but obviously only one of us was meant to wash our hair as only 1 each tiny shampoo and conditioner was supplied. No biscuits as are usually supplied complimentary in even the most economy motel.Spare blanket was old and worn. Good supply of kitchen cleaning supplies left. The whole room while clean and spacious was tired and dated with a few recent additions like a new toilet and sink but the general feel was tired.

Great if you are looking for a very budget option. Wasn’t what I was looking for. The owner and reception staff were very understanding and provided me with a refund. Thankfully I was able to find alternative accomodation.

This property is very close to where I needed to be. It’s a great place to stay so roomy and the facilities were good. I would recommend this property to anyone. As I will come and stay again. Great value for money and the staff are amazing.

Room suited us for 1 night stay. Was close to the event we were attending. Rooms a little older. Couldn't fault the staff, they were super helpful to accommodate our last minute requests such as an extra person, and a late check out the following morning.

Just an average place. Cant remember how much paid. Booked because the location was closer to the place we wanted to visit. Very old building. Rooms was spacious.

Property entry was not well signed and we missed the turn off. Front desk was unattended when we arrived at about 3pm so we had to wait outside in the cold. Room was not very clean. Bathroom exhaust fan was dirty and noisy. On site restaurant and bar; bar had two foreign beers on tap but the taps weren’t working so we purchased two beers from the fridge, they were not cold, needless to say we didn’t purchase any more and left the bar. Security bond has not yet been returned two days after checking out.

This property is very close to where I needed to be. It’s a great place to stay so roomy and the facilities were good. I would recommend this property to anyone. As I will come and stay again. Great value for money and the staff are amazing.

The reception was very helpful and very nice, I made an error in booking and he was patient and helpful. I was able to still get a room and he organised a roll out bed. The apartment complex is older, has enough parking & an Indian restaurant on site. The room itself needs a revamp, many patches in walls and doors , older appliances, bed hard and basic equipment in the kitchen. The bathroom is fine with a large shower. Was in a good area for us with shopping close and many restaurants around.

Cobwebs in the room.Grounds we’re in kept, nothing like the photos. Website says room service available which I expected breakfast to be delivered to room, but apparently it means rooms are cleaned.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The photos do not match the rooms. The room was filthy and the bathroom had mould everywhere. There were stains all over the couch and water stains all over the bench tops. The fan in the bathroom was noisy and there was not new toilet paper provided. The toilet brush was filthy. The walls had marks all over them and the carpet was ripped up on the edges. Without doubt, a horrible experience.
