Veldig bra hotell med god service fra du går inn døra. Bagasjen ble sendt opp til rommet som var stort med balkong. Air condition fungerte bra og sengen var veldig komfortabel. Vi var bare en natt, så hadde ikke tid til å prlve ut bassenget. Minibaren har sensor, så med mindre du vil betale for en overpriset brus, ikke rør minibaren.

The comfort and service at the Columbus is outstanding. Don't miss using the shuttle to get around Monte Carlo. Also they're 'complimentary' or borrow list. I borrowed a yoga matt for use in the room. The pool is shared with the condos but very well supervised, larger then it looks.

Great hotel by the water on the west end of Monaco right next to Princess Grace Rose garden and Heliport. There’s an open air gym at the end of the pier and a great seafood restaurant just below with lovely views of Yachts, Oceanographic museum and Cathedral on the cliffs above. Pool is deep so you can’t stand at either end. Gym v small. Tovolo restaurant good for lunch (sorry, never had BF there). It’s a long walk to Casino but twenty minutes to Palace and changing of guard at 11:50!

Pool is misrepresented as it is a shared area with neighboring apartments. These apartments were performing outside construction around the pool which was disruptive and noisy. Hotel management took no accountability for the distraction. I was even informed I was not allowed to bring water to the pool. Very dangerous in 85 degree weather. Staff was rude and inconsiderate. Stayed down the road for the same cost and was blown away by the difference in environment, atmosphere, accessibility and staff. Wouldn't stay here for free!

Great hotel and staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely although buffet only, if you want anything else you have to pay extra. The gym was tiny so don’t bother with that smaller than a cupboard. Apart from that good hotel.

Loved our stay at this hotel, already can’t wait to come back! Lovely clean, modern rooms. The beds were super comfy for a good nights sleep! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The parking was expensive but it is monaco after all. The area is perfect, such a relaxing place lots of nice areas for walking and most things are within walking distance, we walked everywhere didn’t even use the car once.

We stayed for just 1 night, but from the minute we entered the hotel we were met by friendly staff at concierge and reception who went out of their way to help as much as they could. The hotel itself is fantastic with an amazing pool and very spacious rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The free shuttle to the train station was a nice touch and again all staff involved were friendly and polite.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui diverse volte, il personale è molto cortese, la posizione è buona e in una zona tranquilla. Non diamo 5 stelle solo per la polvere che si accumulava di giorno e giorno e non è mai stata tolta durante le pulizie quotidiane, e perché un asciugamano fornitoci era sporco, anche se il personale ha subito provveduto a fornircene uno nuovo.

Our room was beautifully clean, as were the hotel premises. A shopping centre is nearby with a grocery store and pharmacy. The concierge was extremely helpful and pleasant. The one negative is that the breakfast buffet was short staffed during peak times and tables were not cleared so there was nowhere to sit.

I have never experienced such a horrifying hotel stay. I booked this one , expecting a comfortable and safe stay for my daughter and me. Instead, I found bloody stains and signs of bed bugs on the sheets in multiple rooms, including the "replacement" room they offered. The night manager was rude and dismissive, even blaming me for the issue, which left me in tears. When I tried to return to my room, the night manager repeatedly called again blame me, which was humiliating and traumatizing. Morning manager offered me another room, but when I inspected it, I found the same unsanitary conditions. I left immediately and I could not stay another night under this circumstances. This property is unsafe, unclean, and does not meet Hilton standards. As a women, as a doctor, I strongly advise Hotels.com to review this property and warn future guests.

First room dirty pillow cases, lady came and exchanged with more dirty pillow cases and she apologized , brought me some slippers because the floor had stains on them that could not be cleaned . Took a nap and a shower and when I was getting ready the guy from restaurant came to wrong room with order that’s when I realized.Ed they the door on my hotel room lock was not working . It couldn’t be fixed so I had to move all my stuff to room underneath which had a bad view with what I paid for . The next day they moved me up to the 9th floor . Broke a mug I brought from Paris and when told the guy at the front desk he said there was nothing he could do about it. Never received an apology , couldn’t get my money back for the hotel because it was pre paid for , never will I do that again . Still haven’t got my deposit back as of yet , because the guy said something was wrong with the machine . This hotel does not like black people at all .

We were 3 adults sharing a room, it was tight but doable. Liked the balcony, gave us some extra space. Great Elemis products in the bathroom, shower gel, shampoo and body lotion (no conditioner). Hairdryer seemed fine and towels were big which was great. Breakfast more than adequate although strange to have to pay extra for a fried egg. Lovely fresh bread, fruit, juices, yogurt - I wasn't keen on their hot offerings but my friends were. It is a fair walk to the center of Monaco but number 6 bus goes close by plus there are restaurants and bars within 5 mins walk and a carefour supermarket so not an issue. Recommend getting the bus number 80 from Nice airport, easier than the train and you can get group tickets. All staff very nice. Would stay again

Disappointing Room Compared to What Was Advertised I paid extra for a Deluxe Sea View room, but what we received did not match the images shown on Hotels.com. The view was mostly of nearby apartments — you had to stand by the window to get even a partial glimpse of the sea. From the bed, there was no sea view at all. When I asked the hotel staff about switching rooms, I was told that since the booking was made through Hotels.com, they were unable to help. The room itself was also quite small for what was described as a "deluxe" category. Overall, I felt misled by the listing and disappointed with the value for money.

We were only here for one night as part of our EU trip but would definitely recommend this hotel! We most likely would stay closer to a different area we preferred more. However this hotel was perfect if you don’t have a certain area you want to be in. The concierge and luggage attendant went above and beyond for us! We were a party of 6 and needed a ride to the casino. Harder me finding a van at the time, so he personally took us and gave us all the information about the town as we drove. The breakfast was delicious and the beds were the best of our 2 week trip! Monaco is break taking, and we are already planning another trip to this area!

Our stay was perfect, hotel is in a very convenient location, the staff are all wonderful, very friendly and so helpful, especially concierge and reception staff. Hotel is beautiful with a lovely outdoors pool, could not fault anything and can’t wait to return! Thank you!

Esperienza negativa, All' arrivo non c'era il vetturiere, le valige dopo tre ore non erano ancora in camera, ho dovuto chiamare , la camera senza ciabattine, senza calza scarpe, colazione pessima, senza organizzazione e molto approssimativa, mancano tazze, marmellate, ecc. Macchina del caffè guasta, code infinite, camerieri che servivano clienti conosciuti e altri lasciati allo sbaraglio. Ho speso 430 euro, il meridien costava 600 ma è un altra cosa. Grazie comunque.

The Hotel and General Suff were great. However, for the coock to demand "extra" money because i asked for "Sunnyside" eggs as opposed to the scrambled one is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE". I travel around the world more tomes that i can remember including living in Hong Kong for years, AND NOT ONCE I WAS AMBARRASED AS I DID, in addition to the smurks and chuckles by the ignorent server, SHAME ON THEM!!!

Great restaurant with delicous cocktails and delicious, beautiful desserts - Tavolo! Rooms are cmfortable and very clean. Swimming pool is large and very accommodating. The hotel is very good value for money. Conveniently located to main attractions and close to waterfront and marinas lined with excellent restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.

Great location, the room was a good size. The shower worked well. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only down side was the breakfast which was very poor VFM, & the staff were removing the food & drinks 10 minutes after the close of service at 10am.
