The only thing I suggest for an improvement is to have the bar open past 10 pm on a Saturday evening. We came from the soccer game and almost weren’t able to grab a late dinner at the hotel. Other than that, great spot! Will definitely stay here again!

My room on the 7th floor was clean, comfortable and lovely. We were disappointed the bar was closed our entire stay. Also, we found the restaurant hours were limited. Many hotels have coffee/tea/water in the lobby for patrons. This one only had water. Overall, a positive experience!

The hotel was lovely and the room quite comfortable. However, the elevator was out of order for the 4 floor hotel. They did not put signs on the the single elevator and when you hit the button to call the elevator it would open and the doors would close when you got in. The. It would not move. The doors would not open again. Called the phone line in the elevator and no one answers at all. Had to pry the doors open to get out. When told the front desk, they were like -we know but did not bother to put any out of order signs on the elevator. Happened to many people that morning. Overheard a house keeper say that the elevator was just repaired after being out of order for 2 months. Not great for a rather large hotel with only 1 elevator.

Pools are lovely. Staff are very nice. Parking was tight because there was a soccer game, but not a big deal. Kids loved it!

The location is wonderful and walkable distance to the biodome, restaurants and many parks. Parking is for free and customer service is good. However, the rooms are dirty. Our bathroom was very dirty and there was pee stains on our toilet. Very dusty room. So it made our stay a little uncomfortable. Also the pool is very poorly maintained.

Good hotel and good price !! The only thing is the bathroom shower is full of molds in wall and the sliding door of the shower . The sink are clog in the first day we came in the our room but they fixed it after I complain about it .

Our first room, the floor was sticky, our second room, the floor was stickier, so your hotel put us in a different room with carpeting. We were very grateful and left for the evening. Upon return, the TV wasn't working, the channels were limited, couldn't switch over to HDMI to play a movie from my laptop and it seemed to be affected by the movement of the unit. We had someone come to the room...he took out a book and said these channels work. and proceeded to show us... and then when it didn't work, he said , "you don't get all the channels. Not - I'll fix it, or get someone to look at it. And so we just watched the lap top for the remainder of our stay.

Never again. This hotel is so run down and dirty. I will never choose to stay here again if I don't have to. Upon arrival I found the bathroom in the lobby to be absolutely disgusting. Our room had a busted up door to the outside that looks like it had been kicked in. There were dirt, crumbs and hair all over. The bathroom sink and tub would not drain. The bed was HARD. Like lay on the ground with a sleeping pad kind of hard. There is zero sound proofing. You heard every person in the hallway and every door slam. Second day, the main elevator broke down. Overpriced. Do not stay here.

I stayed just one night while on a work trip. The room was spotless and well kept. I used the internet and it worked very well. I watched a bit of English TV, there were many channels of both French and English. Only problem I had was not enough plugs near the bed for phone chargers and CPAP devices and alarm clocks. There was a desk for working on that had space for charging devices, just not next to the bed. Also I had to leave before 7 for work but the restaurant only opened at 7am. So I had to grab a bite elsewhere.

The location and complimentary parking are definite advantages. However, the overall condition of the hotel appears to be older than it initially seems in the pictures. The cleanliness is satisfactory, but upon moving furniture, some unexpected issues may be uncovered. Additionally, the shower vent requires attention, as it was in poor condition.

This is an older hotel. The rooms are renovated, but poorly - faucet is set too far back on the sink so it’s hard to wash, toilet roll holder is several feet away from the toilet, towel holders are too far from the shower entrance/exit. Carpet seemed old and dusty; windows sweated. Room and hallways smelled of cigarettes and weed. Staff was friendly though. Parking lot was down to 50 percent capacity due to renovation, but the hotel still hosted 4 events in addition to hotel guests. There simply was nowhere to park. Staff member offered to move their car to allow us to park.

they gave us 2 cards for the room , one did not work. get in the room and could not find any info for room service. the phone in the room did not work. went to the restaurant (only one open other had closed) to get food and brought it back to the room. food was not great and expensive. kids were playing hockey in the corridors could barely hear the TV had to call 2 times reception to tell them. Parents were partying in the corridors drinking till late. there were teams for a hockey tournament at the hotel. the advertised premiere tv channels were verry few and could not connect to internet. went for breakfast Sunday morning expensive, verry little on the plate and not good. will not go back there again.

This hotel was comfortable enough for a quick stay, but the building is very tired. Lots of small things in our room were broken or not working. The hotel hosted an event the same evening we stayed and we could not even park on property. We love visiting Montreal, but we’ll likely stay elsewhere in the future. This hotel has potential if the owners ever choose to reinvest in themselves at some point.

It's an older building and in some ways it's showing its age. You can tell though that they are doing their best to keep up with the maintenance in some areas. However, it's not quite - the walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallway. We had kids above us and you can hear them running around. The mattresses were terrible - old and rock hard. There is a certain charm to the hotel which I appreciated.

My husband and I spent a weekend at the Hotel and were very pleased! The Hotel is about 30 minutes from Old Montreal and St Catherine Street, however the routes to get there are easy The room was very pleasant and quiet as the AC is not an under window unit rather Central air, we both loved that!!, and the beds were comfortable. You could take a long hot shower and the pressure in the shower was awesome. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

La location est parfaite lorsque nous détenons le passeport espace pour la vie! Le personnel est très gentil! Par contre l’insonorisation est inexistante…pour les gens qui ont besoin de dormir…ce n’est pas la meilleure option!

Solo traveler here ! Just departed this lovely spot, and they accommodated me wonderfully for my short overnight stay. I was there on 9/30 when someone pulled the alarm system at 3:30am. Although not the hotels fault, very little guidance or instructions were given. We all just stood around dazed and confused and sleepy.

Nice location for a 4-day getaway. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Hotel restaurant was good and very reasonably priced for breakfast and dinner. Superior hotel rooms are much smaller than shown on their website - you get carpeting and a higher floor. Hotel is quiet and away from the busy, noisy downtown Montreal area and 8 minute walk from the Viau Metro. Left our vehicle at the hotel parking lot and got a 3-day metro pass $21.25 for unlimited travel on the fantastics Montreal Metro.

Great location for access to Parc Maisonneuve and Olympic Stadium. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Location isn’t great for access to restaurants or other parts of the city. There waa nothing nearby to walk to. Not being familiar with the city I didn't realize we would be tok far away to walk to anything. No restaurants or cafes close enough to walk. The hotel itself was nice. Room was adequate. Having onsite restaurant convenient. We didn't use pools or spa so I cannot rate those.

Very good. Staff were friendly and helpful every time we spoke to them. The room was clean, coffee was nice. Breakfast very enjoyable and the bar had a good atmosphere. William on reception was helpful in explaining how to get to the Metro station. We were in Montreal for the Canadian F1 Grand Prix which was easy to get to from the hotel.

they gave us 2 cards for the room , one did not work. get in the room and could not find any info for room service. the phone in the room did not work. went to the restaurant (only one open other had closed) to get food and brought it back to the room. food was not great and expensive. kids were playing hockey in the corridors could barely hear the TV had to call 2 times reception to tell them. Parents were partying in the corridors drinking till late. there were teams for a hockey tournament at the hotel. the advertised premiere tv channels were verry few and could not connect to internet. went for breakfast Sunday morning expensive, verry little on the plate and not good. will not go back there again.

My room on the 7th floor was clean, comfortable and lovely. We were disappointed the bar was closed our entire stay. Also, we found the restaurant hours were limited. Many hotels have coffee/tea/water in the lobby for patrons. This one only had water. Overall, a positive experience!

Coming up to the building it wasn’t much to see, but once you go inside the hotel lobby was beautiful and clean. The rooms were clean and updated and served their purpose. Breakfast was decent but a little pricey for what you get.

My teen son and I booked here for an annual trip and it was not at all the experience we’d hoped for. Arrived to three police officers in the lobby taking to staff holding a mug shot on an iPad. We were told where parking was and that car theft is common so to avoid certain spots. Not a great start. The door in our room had a quarter inch gap all around. We were able to see people walking by. The shower has an open vent in it, half hanging off, despite being recently renovated, that looks like someone tampered with it. The beds are rock hard! Then there’s the noise. You can hear people in the hall talking, laughing, yelling. You hear all your neighbours, and then you get woken up by 7am to an insane vibrating grinding noise. I called the front desk to have them look into it, The maintenance guy told me it’s a daily occurrence due to the construction and has been ongoing for nearly a year. It was an atrocious noise and we couldn’t get any morning rest with it. At night they block the entrance with a van to help protect from car theft, but that blocks out those who stay there coming back late. Three of us were lined up waiting for someone to come move the van so we could get back in at 12:30am. No snack vending machines and nothing within walking distance. I tried to get a room move after the noiser complaint and the staff weren’t able to help at all. Overall it was a place to sleep, not a good one, not a comfortable one, and definitely not one I felt super safe at.

Little bit expensive hotel. Location is not busy, but it was nice to be close to the Olympic village, stadium. Free parking at the hotel. Metro is approximately 10 minutes walk. It is clean, not expensive. Ladies at the front desk were kind, helpful! My biggest issue with this hotel is the bathroom. You basically step in to the bathroom area. Open concept style. There is a sliding glass door to separate the toilet/bathtub from the sink. The bathroom should be more private in a hotel. Other than that, it was nice.
