Always one of my favourite hotels. Luxurious with amazing facilities. The staff here really make a difference and always go the extra mile. Special mention to Prakash from the pool area who was excellent throughout the stay. The food as well is stunning and Peshawari is a must try..

Et rigtig dejligt hotel hvor service og betjening er i højsædet. Det mærker man første gang man ankommer og under hele opholdet! Hotellet har en række restauranter, der alle serverer retter af høj standard uanset om man ønsker vegetar, traditionelt indisk eller pan asia. Hotellet er beliggende ved lufthavnen, men man forstyrres ikke på grund af dette. Selve hotellet er elegant indrettet og meget velholdt. Alt i alt et dejligt hotel med en rigtig god beliggenhed for Mumbai samt lufthavnen.

Rude Customer Service (specially at the Concierge desk Mr. Nilgiri), despite of 3rd person's accommodation was paid through Expedia they did not provided sleeping bed, on top that asking for more money at the check-in counter. Secondly, this place is crowded by the local people hosting their parties in hotels banquets hall making extra chaotic. Not the place of peace. Rooms are average.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail felt thoughtfully prepared. The location was perfect and made getting around easy.

The property was pretty decent, but our room was very moldy. Upon entry in our room we smelled mold and for the two days that we were there we did not have enough towels even though we asked multiple times and there was a damp scent that lingered in the room. The bathroom door didn’t close properly so there was always water on the floor even though we tried our best to keep it dry. I will say the buffet is excellent and the servers at the restaurant Peshawar were very friendly.

I had to change rooms twice as I found the 12th floor having a strong smell of smoke and mould from the non smoking floors upstairs. The 12th floor appeared dated and in need of some work. The age was showing. I was moved to the 11th floor the next day which was at a much higher level.

Overall, an incredible stay. Possibly the best hotel experience we have had. The hotel staff is very accommodating and were able to assist with several requests we had. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast spread was extensive and customizable.

I had to change rooms, as the Headboard on my Bed stank of stale sweat. The new Room was nice - but the first was disgusting - and I couldn't work out where the smell was coming from for the first night. The Hotel then charged me $1300 on my Credit Card, rather than blocking the amount.

The hotel is located next to the airport. I got a quiet corner room, and requested a late check out. They let me stay until 3pm. My room was very spacious and elegant, the bed and pillow were comfortable and the blackouts were great, no light came in.

It was wonderful experience staying with ITC property, worth staying.. but I am little disappointed since I paid for 3 occupancy but room was tight and we 3 had to accommodate in one bed where as I have paid for 3 and they were asking for extra bed cost

Das Hotel ist super am Flughafen gelegen, man kann alles gut erreichen. Trotz der Sanierung sind die Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man deutlich sieht. Die Bäder waren noch im alten Zustand. Ansonsten war alles sehr super und das Personal hilfsbereit.

Seems like it’s just bad luck but not only did they give away my breakfast table. They also almost gave away the room I was staying which I wanted to extend. I called them over landline to ensure that I want to extend and my number was taken incorrectly. Then when I tried to extend at hotel, I was told it’s fully occupied the next day onwards. Mr.Vivek from the reception staff helped me keep the room. I don’t expect such confusion in such a well run chain of hotels such as ITC

Although we stayed only for one night, everything was exceptional. The check-in, the friendly staff, the breakfast, the room. I forgot a piece of gold jewelery in the room, and was promptly contacted by the Hotel on email. We stayed for 3 nights Bathroom was leaking from day 1 Entire bathroom was getting flooded They took real care in getting it mopped No smart TV in the room Third night we changed the room There was Netflix but bathroom had similar problems less flooding but still there’s leakage from health faucet Breakfast spread is good but the cleaning of tables was not done well enough every time the change over happened

Overall, an incredible stay. Possibly the best hotel experience we have had. The hotel staff is very accommodating and were able to assist with several requests we had. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast spread was extensive and customizable.

I would like to give special compliments to Vijay from the concierge desk, who was exceptional in his service and made a very positive impression. Overall, the service from the hotel staff , from the front desk, the restaurant team, to the housekeepers ,was warm, professional, and much appreciated. Unfortunately, the car service experience left much to be desired. I had provided my airport pickup details a week in advance, but no pickup was arranged upon arrival. I also hired a full car service for the following day, but there appeared to be no record of the booking. While I had a generally pleasant stay and appreciated the service from the hotel team, the car service coordination needs to be improved significantly to match the overall standard of the property.
