I hadnt stayed at the JW Juhu in over a decade and I am glad to note that I absolutely enjoyed the visit and your team's professionalism. I used the gym, the spa and the exec lounge - team was exceptional. Keep up the good work!

Good staff Attentive, if any issues rectify immediately. Had a problem watching sports at the bar, but management were in the case and tried to fix immediately. V prompt. Good sized rooms, v clean. Nice spa...had an amazing massage. Pool area a little dated. Would defo re-visit.

This hotel is a gem set back from the bustling streets of Juhu. All of the staff could not have been more attentive and friendly, especially those in the Executive Lounge who went above and beyond to ensure that we were well looked after. The breakfast selection in the main hotel restaurant called Lotus was just out of this world, such a comprehensive selection of freshly prepared dishes from worldwide cuisines. I just hope that any unused food can be enjoyed by your very hard working team. We were glad that we selected the Executive Lounge option, it was a perfect place to enjoy afternoon tea mid afternoon and each evening the cocktails and snacks watching the beautiful sunsets over Juhu beach through the Lounge floor to ceiling windows. We will certainly return on our next visit to Mumbai.

The staff work to make check in a breeze and the hotel works to put their guests comfort first. The spa is world class and the women there went out of their way to offer first class service. Ratan and Vrusinali are both spectacular but all the women there were terrific. One surprise highlight was the executive lounge with Rajkumar, Athens, Harsh, Viraj and Makkan was a place where I felt welcomed but also my privacy was respected. I’ve not been a huge fan of JW but the experience with the team was great. Only down side is the inaccuracy of the pictures for the rooms - I had booked a room with a bathtub but when I called to let them know the man at the front desk asked that I come down to “show” him proof and then stated that it would cost more for a room with a tub. Oy. Other than that it was a good hotel made excellent by the spa and exec lounge. Namaste

Amazing! Everything about the property was beautiful. The service was OUTSTANDING! The attention was great. Above and beyond expectations. Special shout-out to Deveng who was very helpful throughout. Access to the beach was wonderful. Pool was wonderful. Breakfast was HEAVENLY!

Great hotel!! Everything was amazing except the spa staff and cold steam room and hot tub!! Spa closes at 10 but they start shutting things off earlier as the staff want to leave! We experienced this when we went at 8.30..

My floor would be flooded with water that leaked from the shower because the door would not close, the temperature dial for the shower would slowly turn to hot on its own repeatedly and caused minor burn on my sensitive skin. The button to turn on the jets for the hot tub was difficult to activate even after a few attempts. I had requested a cold bottle of water from the front desk, after waiting 15mins i had to walk upto the executive lounge on the 4th floor and get it myself.

Room was nice, pool area needs attention, cleaning around the pool area itself had a lot of bits floating in it but apart from that water was clean, grounds needed some attention. Breakfast time was not bad but again needed all the guys in suits to actually take more attention of what was actually going on rather then standing talking. Chefs maybe need to pick an section of area and only ask people in that area how things are so stops the same being asked over again the same thing.

Staff were polite, friendly and very welcoming. Great communication skills and always available to help or assist with any issues or problems. The rooms were fantastic in every way, the cleaning staff were excellent and always helpful and on hand to answer queries or offer advice. The hotel was exceptional in all areas and when I go back to Mumbai this is where I will stay. I highly recommend this hotel

I loved my week long stay at the JW. The breakfast buffet is eclectic with both western and eastern options. What I loved most was the diverse crowd who didn’t seem to all be in Mumbai for tourism. Compared to the Taj Mahal Hotel, the JW seemed to have guests who are truly there to vacation and relax with family or friends. I personally loved that aspect about this hotel. The energy was exciting but also relaxing and peaceful. There were a few bugs in my room that the staff helped clean when I requested but other than that, the rooms were cozy, clean and had everything you would need. The pool area is beautiful with a child friendly area. The staff was top notch and not too overbearing. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Mumbai.

The rooms were very well maintained and apart from shower seals failing and allowing water to seep into other areas of bathroom there were no other faults. Slippers replaced daily and rooms were always fresh and clean after returning from trips out. Breakfast @the Lotus Cafe was great as well as the excutive room on the 4th floor, a hi tea option was given but food was not suffient in regards to quantity on offer and then dinner a few hours later in the Excutive Room was limited and of a poor standard. For a short stay it is understandable but for a week and as hotel is on more expensive side I was very frustrated that at breakfast you could access the Lotus Cafe but not for dinner. On this condition and for the daily rate the hotel charges for stays in my opinion it offers poor value for money. If I come back to Mumbai, I will never stay @JW Marriott Juhu ever again.

Right on Juhu beach with excellent ocean view from the room. Lounge was nice with a reasonably good spread and nice view. Great place to relax and spend quality time with family. Mahesh Lunch home and many other quality restaurants are nearby (if anyone is looking for local food).

It’s an older hotel I’ve been staying here for over 20 years. My main issue is you feel like you’re sleeping in a room with no door, you can hear everything, and the housekeeping staff are extremely loud and doors slamming at all hours of the night. The hotel should invest in a more solid soundproof doors so the guests won’t have to deal with all the loud noises.

It’s an older hotel I’ve been staying here for over 20 years. My main issue is you feel like you’re sleeping in a room with no door, you can hear everything, and the housekeeping staff are extremely loud and doors slamming at all hours of the night. Good staff Attentive, if any issues rectify immediately. Had a problem watching sports at the bar, but management were in the case and tried to fix immediately. V prompt. Good sized rooms, v clean. Nice spa...had an amazing massage. Pool area a little dated. Would defo re-visit.

It was truly an amazing experience with the sweetest staff. Before even entering to the front desk, halls, dining area, and overall hotel, you are greeted by everyone with a smile. The food was also phenomenal and the view was great. Kaushal, one of the front desk people, was very welcoming throughout the stay.

The check-in process was quite time-consuming. After a long road trip of almost 5 hours, I just wanted to relax in my room. However, I had to wait over an hour because a system wasn’t working. The front desk staff assured me that someone would come and let me know when the room was ready. I waited in the lobby coffee shop for over an hour, asking two people to check if the system was up, but no one responded. Finally, I had to walk up to the front desk with a frown and finally got the room. The hotel is busy and popular, but I feel that over the years, it has lost the service it is known for.

The staff work to make check in a breeze and the hotel works to put their guests comfort first. The spa is world class and the women there went out of their way to offer first class service. Ratan and Vrusinali are both spectacular but all the women there were terrific. One surprise highlight was the executive lounge with Rajkumar, Athens, Harsh, Viraj and Makkan was a place where I felt welcomed but also my privacy was respected. I’ve not been a huge fan of JW but the experience with the team was great. Only down side is the inaccuracy of the pictures for the rooms - I had booked a room with a bathtub but when I called to let them know the man at the front desk asked that I come down to “show” him proof and then stated that it would cost more for a room with a tub. Oy. Other than that it was a good hotel made excellent by the spa and exec lounge. Namaste

Personal care was taken by the staff so we feel good and have a wonderful stay. Twinkle one of the lady working there made a special welcome for my son visiting India the first time. One more lady at the reception don’t the name made sure we had all we needed during check in n check out and even offered masala tea complimentary in the morning. It felt as we were home awesome fantastic people working at this property

Right on Juhu beach with excellent ocean view from the room. Lounge was nice with a reasonably good spread and nice view. Great place to relax and spend quality time with family. Mahesh Lunch home and many other quality restaurants are nearby (if anyone is looking for local food).

Lovely property with excellent service. It's smack in the middle of a very busy public beach and does a great job to isolate the guests from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, the city's aroma does permeate into the hotels surroundings, especially the strong fishy odor. Other than that, looking forward to another visit to the hotel.

Spectacularly located on the scenic Juhu beach, this is the place to stay for top level service, great breakfast, celeb spotting and (relative) quiet. We were there for the New Year and Juhu beach was thronging with resellers. Would definitely recommend over Colaba hotels that are a bit too far from the airport

A fabulous hotel on the beach in a very lively area of Mumbai. The club was the best we have visited out of many hotels we have visited in mumbai. However the renovation works were noisy (although we were compensated for this). I would definitely stay here again after the renovations are finished.

JW Marriott Juhu is a lovely property. We love its pool area, and its dining area. It is very open and inviting. The food was good. We especially liked the restaurant Saffron inside the hotel. The highlight our meal in Saffron was the perfectly spiced and super delicious Saag(which is made with five different greens). The second delicious item was the dessert called Chenna. It was one of the best milk-based desserts that we have ever tasted anywhere in India. The texture and the flavor in it were exquisite and its delicate sweetness was a chef's kiss. We also enjoyed the really warm hospitality and attention of the Saffron staff who served us. Special shout out to Suraj in Saffron.

This hotel is a gem set back from the bustling streets of Juhu. All of the staff could not have been more attentive and friendly, especially those in the Executive Lounge who went above and beyond to ensure that we were well looked after. The breakfast selection in the main hotel restaurant called Lotus was just out of this world, such a comprehensive selection of freshly prepared dishes from worldwide cuisines. I just hope that any unused food can be enjoyed by your very hard working team. We were glad that we selected the Executive Lounge option, it was a perfect place to enjoy afternoon tea mid afternoon and each evening the cocktails and snacks watching the beautiful sunsets over Juhu beach through the Lounge floor to ceiling windows. We will certainly return on our next visit to Mumbai.

The rooms were very well maintained and apart from shower seals failing and allowing water to seep into other areas of bathroom there were no other faults. Slippers replaced daily and rooms were always fresh and clean after returning from trips out. Breakfast @the Lotus Cafe was great as well as the excutive room on the 4th floor, a hi tea option was given but food was not suffient in regards to quantity on offer and then dinner a few hours later in the Excutive Room was limited and of a poor standard. For a short stay it is understandable but for a week and as hotel is on more expensive side I was very frustrated that at breakfast you could access the Lotus Cafe but not for dinner. On this condition and for the daily rate the hotel charges for stays in my opinion it offers poor value for money. If I come back to Mumbai, I will never stay @JW Marriott Juhu ever again.

The experience was just ok. Especially since I had stayed at another JW Marriott property a week prior . Room service food was terrible- greasy. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the toilet water kept running.

I had half day wait for the flight back to Europe ,so I decided to stay closer possible to the airport. Very nice and clean hotel. The service at the reception is great as well as the fitness center with all the last techno gym equipment. Great pool outside with available services. BUT….What I have really really appreciated is the Italian restaurant inside the resort and the Italian chef Jacopo who makes myself feel like at home with his amazing menu… grazie Jacopo 😊… excellent service also at the restaurant reception from the lady ( I don’t remember the name only that she is from Greek). Strongly recommended . Thank you Mauro

On check in, the staff were polite, helpful and willing to help with all our questions. Kaushik and the young lady (I didn't get her name), were excellent, and later, Jude met us and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. In the lounge, Brewster, Philipi, and Nglapem were very attentive and provided a great service. In the Lotus cafe, Lalit alwats sertved us with a smile. Whilst there are works going on in the hotel, most of the services were still available except the steam, sauna and kids pool. This didn't deter the hotel being one of the best! The rooms were clean and comfortable with good products, the cleaning staff made sure everything was stocked up. The breakfast is one of the main highlights and it didn't fail to meet expectations, a great feast!
