el personal un 10 la lipiadora del primer dia no era muy limpia el resto de los dias estupendo la limpieza nos quejamos y la gobernanta lo soluciono estamos contentos la verdad nos lo hemos pasado muy muy bien agua caliente la de la playa y la masajista expectacular la mejor y super agradable la gente del spa fantastica lo aconsejamos la verdad

Great place on the end of La Manga. Close to the Mediterranean beach and very close to the port, where you will find an outstanding sunset and pretty good food options. Great pool, although they allows people from outside (even after dozen of signs stating that was forbidden, I found non guests there. Amazing breakfast, full of fresh and hands made options

Es stand klein gedruckt: „Nur für Erwachsene“, aber es waren Kinder dort. Wenn ich das so buche, dann möchte ich dies auch. An den Pool darf man erst wenn die Bademeister anwesend sind. Im Bad ist keine WC-Bürste vorhanden!!! Essen war sehr gut, aber für Vegetarier etwas schwieriger. Nicht viel Auswahl. Vegan wäre sehr schwierig. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Hotel was very clean and welcoming, glass of cava on arrival. Room was excellent and food also excellent. Had read some of the reviews before going but felt I wanted to see for myself. The hotel had obviously been modernized size these reviews and food excellent. Only upset was the Spa, given the wrong prices over the phone before booking, but reception sorted that oroblem, lovely lady on the desk.

El hotel está bien, pero tuvimos algunos problemas sobre todo de limpieza en la habitación estuvimos tres noches y no limpiaron bien ningún día, por lo demás el personal muy amable en el restaurante y en la recepción, , la comida buena pero algo escasa en opciones para alérgicos.

The room furniture looked tired and floor was not mopped or cleaned under the bed where there was at leased a months dust. Mattress cover ensured sweating when sleeping,not what I would class as a 4* hotel. The spa was value for money but massages offered were light weight, food on offer wasn't of a 4* standard.

Para ser un 4 estrellas decepcionante. Limpieza horrible, ducha con migo y suciedad. Se atasco la ducha y se salió el agua. No limpian suelo ni terraza, solo camas y toallas. Servicio escaso, no había personal pero el que había tengo que decir que simpáticos.

Great room with a lovely view over the Mar Menor. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast good, dinner ok - limited choice but fine. Spa services good quality at reasonable price. To be honest, for a bargain price I can only recommend this hotel.

Amazing view! Just amazing view to the lagoon. Sunset plus city lights/ street lights in the silhouette. 11/10 there could be some vegetarian options at the breakfast and amazingly no salad or cucumbers etc. veggies otherwise breakfast was also very good with fresh fruits and lots of eggs and stuff. Good breads and pastries. Rooms are a bit noisy as there is no insulation on the doors and walls a bit thin also. :)

Out of season this hotel caters more for the Spanish clientele, the receptionist older gentleman was great, the younger gentleman receptionist was rude when we went to check out as straight away assumed we were late checking out and went on the computer to see if he could charge us for late check out where instead we were checking out a day early no questions asked why we were leaving early to which I would have replied noise! The nose of everyone slamming their doors is horrendous every day and night constant. I have never known a 4 star hotel not have soft closing doors! So if you want a quiet hotel to chill at do not go here

Melanie que es la animadora del hotel es encantadora súper simpática y muy profesional en su trabajo, hace unas catas de quesos increíbles y demostraciones de productos típicos de Murcia un 10 para ella, crea un buen ambiente de animación tanto de día como de noche, en general totalmente recomendable. Habitaciones muy cómodas.

Out of season this hotel caters more for the Spanish clientele, the receptionist older gentleman was great, the younger gentleman receptionist was rude when we went to check out as straight away assumed we were late checking out and went on the computer to see if he could charge us for late check out where instead we were checking out a day early no questions asked why we were leaving early to which I would have replied noise! The nose of everyone slamming their doors is horrendous every day and night constant. I have never known a 4 star hotel not have soft closing doors! So if you want a quiet hotel to chill at do not go here

El alojamiento está bien. Creo que falta un plus: toallas bien dobladas, encontramos agua de la condensación del aire, no hay perching de no molestar en las habitaciones… el personal eso si, muy amable, la instalación está limpia y la cama es cómoda. El desayuno normal pero 10€ me parece un precio razonable. Aparcamiento fácil por la zona aunque es verdad que no es muy bonita. Alojamiento práctico aunque un poco alejado de la zona de ocio pero tienes autobuses cerca.

Connivance location to beach area and mar minor, cafes and shopping is walking distance. I prefer hotel over renting an apartment. Same price without the headache of cleaning, room service is available every day. Highly recommended for the L manga fan

Nice hotel, need a taxi if you want to go out anywhere. Only a silly gripe but normally in an hotel of this type included in the Tea and Coffee making facilities a small capsule of long life milk is included…the hotel refused to supply this. One of our group had no shower gel in the bathroom so it is obviously not checked. It was reasonably clean, seen better and seen worse.

Mi experiencia ha sido extraordinaria. Fui por una boda, y pasé allí dos noches con desayuno. Súper tranquilo, súper higiénico todo, el desayuno espectacular. Las vistas desde el balcón al amanecer de la playa fueron brutales. Sin duda si vuelvo a La Manga, volveré a Poseidon. Frente al hotel está la playa, la cual es una maravilla la paz que desprende, y los paseos y baños que te puedes dar. Está cerca de todos los servicios necesarios.

Très bien bon hôtel chambre spacieuse et propre, buffet du pdj et du soir très bien du choix et bon.l hôtel est bien équipé,sauna, piscines,bar . Accueil agréable et personnels souriant.Seul bémol il n' y à pas de commerces autour de l hôtel,par contre plage des 2 côtés de l hôtel

Great place on the end of La Manga. Close to the Mediterranean beach and very close to the port, where you will find an outstanding sunset and pretty good food options. Great pool, although they allows people from outside (even after dozen of signs stating that was forbidden, I found non guests there. Amazing breakfast, full of fresh and hands made options

El hotel estaba muy bien, los empleados de recepción y spa super simpáticos y agradables, habitación cómoda con una variedad de infusiones para tomar y todas las comodidades pero faltaba airearla un poco ya que olia a humedad (desconozco el motivo), limpieza y orden adecuados, el spa muy bien, la atención muy muy buena y completo, estaba tranquilo ya que éramos pocos, una grata sorpresa el que también tengam en el spa una variedad de infusiones (un gran detalle), el pero de mi estancia fue el restaurante buffet, poca variedad y cuando alguien tiene alguna limitación alimenticia se encuentra con que no ponen que es cada cosa ni lo que lleva, al preguntar a una cocinera fue muy incomodo.

Amazing view! Just amazing view to the lagoon. Sunset plus city lights/ street lights in the silhouette. 11/10 there could be some vegetarian options at the breakfast and amazingly no salad or cucumbers etc. veggies otherwise breakfast was also very good with fresh fruits and lots of eggs and stuff. Good breads and pastries. Rooms are a bit noisy as there is no insulation on the doors and walls a bit thin also. :)

Det er sjældent, at housekeeping er hotellets største aktiv, men her er det. Derudover er sengene super behagelige og poolområdet er fint. Men kvaliteten af morgenmaden var utrolig ringe. Dårlig kvalitet af “engelsk morgenmad” utilberedt bacon, overtilberedt æg, “engelsk pølse” var af tvivlsom kvalitet. Det skal bemærkes, at min partner er Britisk. De franske fristelser har aldrig været i nærheden smør, men smagte mere af gærbrød. I baren er cocktails lavet af færdiglavet mix, som smager uforståeligt ringe og meget af kemi.

Es stand klein gedruckt: „Nur für Erwachsene“, aber es waren Kinder dort. Wenn ich das so buche, dann möchte ich dies auch. An den Pool darf man erst wenn die Bademeister anwesend sind. Im Bad ist keine WC-Bürste vorhanden!!! Essen war sehr gut, aber für Vegetarier etwas schwieriger. Nicht viel Auswahl. Vegan wäre sehr schwierig. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
