Tolle Lage. Tolle Unterkunft. Ruhig. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Rezeption und Rezeptionsmitarbeiterinnen sind leider nicht sehr freundlich. Erfüllen doe Pflicht.

I have never felt more at home at a hotel. The staff went out of their way to ensure my friends and I had an amazing experience.

⸻ I stayed at this hotel for five nights. The location of the hotel is very good, just 100 meters from Ornos beach. The hotel is rated four stars, but in my opinion, that’s too generous. The breakfast was very basic, and I didn’t find the rooms to be very clean, even though housekeeping came every day. The staff were kind and friendly. There are two pools — the front pool was fully functional and had sun umbrellas, but the umbrellas were very old and not in good condition. The back pool was not ready at all during our stay; it hadn’t been cleaned, and they only showed it to us on the first day. They actually started cleaning and preparing it on the very last day of our stay.

Incheck was niet 14:00 maar 15:00. Jacuzzi was leeg en verouderd. De gym waren 3 apparaten achterin de tuin en verouderd. Service was goed met welkomstdrankje en hulp met taxi richting vliegveld.
