Best Western Dorchester Hotel

Niente di speciale solo abbastanza vicina centro. Fortunatamente parcheggio per lasciare macchina anche se esterno. Non mi è piaciuto perchè si sono dimenticati di rifare la camera per 2 gg. Scomodo in quanto l'ascensore non arriva al piano delle camere ma bisogna scendere di 5 gradini per andare alla nostra camera terzo piano con le valigie pesanti.

The hotel is perfectly located by the waterfront. The lobby and hallways stink! Not sure what it was, it was a mix of cat litter and/or bad food. Our room was not ready when we checked in. Disappointing but it was not a long wait. The room itself was clean, spacious and a fantastic view.

Laundry room closed. Good burger restaurant in Hotel. Noisy hotel room noise, odd stairs not good for handicapped. You get what you pay for

Wondered why my room was not cleaned first 2 days so went to front desk. Lady says "you had to let us know by 10pm if you wanted the room cleaned". Nobody told us this. Had NO idea. So I asked if we coukd have our room cleaned for today, she said no. Could we at least ger fresh towels? She said maybe, would check. Came back to room at 4pm.... NOTHING! Staff are powerless. No ability to pivot of a situation or make a deciaion. "Rules are rules" I guess. Liked the hotel but will probably stay across street next time. GREAT restaurant at hotel though which was highlight.

Room wasn't very clean. No sealing around the door so all night the noise was nonstop. Just an old hotel. Parking sucked. Laundry machines weren't working. Had to fight for hot water. Other wise great beds, good towels, easy to get to in a great location.
