Overall, a great stay; however, the rooms and mainly the washrooms need upgrading if not then deep cleaning is an absolute must. The hotel is old so the room had a damp smell to it. The bathtub and its curtain in the washroom had pink mold which was gross and uncomfortable for us. Positives would be the staff, the lobby, and the restaurants.

Great service with exceptional check in facility. Rooms are well presented and clean. Housekeeping was quick and efficient. Hotel offers good options for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Our stay at ITC Maurya was excellent! The service was everything we expected from an ITC and more. The room was beautiful and we loved the traditional feel to it. The property looked well cared for. The food was delicious and the service at the buffet was lovely as well. We can’t say enough good things about our stay. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Delhi and have great access to touristy areas and shopping!

When I arrived after a long travel from jodhpur.. the first thing as I entered is how horribly the hotel smelled. It took them 35 min to check me in after that they said I couldn’t have the lunch or dinner I paid for . I had to wait another 35 min for my luggage to arrive at my room . When I arrived at the room the carpet in the hallways were dirty . The were several stains all over the curtains in my room as if somebody took their dirty hands after they have eaten and wiped them all over the curtains. The reception was terrible did not speak English . I wanted a refund for the $40 I paid for lunch and dinner to this date did not receive it . The hotel cars are just as dirty as the rooms . This is the worst hotel I stayed at on all of India . I stayed at leela palace which charged me the same price , picked me up at the airport in Bmw . After looking at the conditions of the room , the hotel cars, even the dirty white clothes of staff I would be afraid to eat at the restaurant .. I would get sick . Do not stay here this place is worse than a motel 6 in America which would cost only $50. This place is not worth $50. Dirty, disgusting , rude staff, unfriendly front desk . I ban all the iTC in India. Only stay at leela, taj, or oberoi. To be safe choose Hilton or Sheraton .

This is one of Delhi’s iconic legacy hotels, and no doubt a great place to stay. The staff is excellent. I stayed in a junior suite which was spacious, but signs of age are starting to show. The rooms feel dated—for example, the shower stall lacks a handheld option. Renovation work next to my room was a bit disruptive, though it’s likely a sign the hotel is modernizing its rooms. Breakfast involved a 5–15 minute wait each day, which seems to have become standard in such hotels—I had a similar experience at the Taj. On the plus side, they did offer alternative breakfast venues. Bukhara, the famous in-house restaurant, is still very good, but its once-unique appeal has diminished as excellent North Indian/tandoori options, both old and new, have become more widely available in Delhi.

Executive room was worn and small. I upgraded to a larger room and got caught up in the Expedia to hotel negotiation. Am hour later the hotel did the upgrade themselves with me paying an upcharge. The second day, we returned to our room, opened the door and found three staff members in our room! We had the dnd light on and had requested no service. BE WARNED it is the policy of ITC hotels will come into your room without letting you know ifyour DND light is on for two service cycles (one day), i confirmed this policy with the general mgr of the hotel. He apologized for thr people being in our room with the door shut but not for them coming into the room. I let him know that i have never been in a hotel with this policy and i likely will not stay in an ItC hotel again. Also the breakfast service was slow with many service people but not good organization. Overall, not bad if you get a deal but dont expect too much andmake sure you tell them not to enter your room wihout your permision. Spend a few bucks more and stay at the Taj or the best classic hotel, the Imperial.

The staff were kind and helpful however they had no record of my booking upon arrival, despite me having pre-paid over £800 for 4 nights stay. The lobby was chaotic and the reception desk busy, even at 11pm. It took 30 minutes to resolve the check in issue, which is the last thing you want after a late flight. The room itself was nice but I had issues with the touch pad control panel that controls the lights, AC etc. The pad wasn't working and the lights kept going on and off in the middle of the night. I reported this the following morning, was told it was fixed but the same issue happened the following night which was very disruptive. As there were no master switches to control the lights, I ended up removing the power card entirely. Upon check out, I was told I needed to pay for my room fees, which I had already paid for. The check out process took 15 minutes to resolve which was frustrating as I needed to get to the airport and the issue had supposedly been addressed on check in. Because of these issues, I would not stay here again and would instead try one of the other 5 star hotels in the area.

Executive room was worn and small. I upgraded to a larger room and got caught up in the Expedia to hotel negotiation. Am hour later the hotel did the upgrade themselves with me paying an upcharge. The second day, we returned to our room, opened the door and found three staff members in our room! We had the dnd light on and had requested no service. BE WARNED it is the policy of ITC hotels will come into your room without letting you know ifyour DND light is on for two service cycles (one day), i confirmed this policy with the general mgr of the hotel. He apologized for thr people being in our room with the door shut but not for them coming into the room. I let him know that i have never been in a hotel with this policy and i likely will not stay in an ItC hotel again. Also the breakfast service was slow with many service people but not good organization. Overall, not bad if you get a deal but dont expect too much andmake sure you tell them not to enter your room wihout your permision. Spend a few bucks more and stay at the Taj or the best classic hotel, the Imperial.

I had a pleasent stay at ITC Maurya. I would especially like to thank the bell desk for arranging the pick-up of my jacket and wallet from the airport and the hotels representative in the airport for doing the pick-up. This really saved my trip!

Great place, fantastic breakfast spread. Has seen a lot of prestigious guests over the years. And one can see why. If you’re there, must try Bukhara, their restaurant. Courteous and helpful staff overall, though the lady checking us in said she would save us a table at Bukhara and then forgot to do so.

The staff were kind and helpful however they had no record of my booking upon arrival, despite me having pre-paid over £800 for 4 nights stay. The lobby was chaotic and the reception desk busy, even at 11pm. It took 30 minutes to resolve the check in issue, which is the last thing you want after a late flight. The room itself was nice but I had issues with the touch pad control panel that controls the lights, AC etc. The pad wasn't working and the lights kept going on and off in the middle of the night. I reported this the following morning, was told it was fixed but the same issue happened the following night which was very disruptive. As there were no master switches to control the lights, I ended up removing the power card entirely. Upon check out, I was told I needed to pay for my room fees, which I had already paid for. The check out process took 15 minutes to resolve which was frustrating as I needed to get to the airport and the issue had supposedly been addressed on check in. Because of these issues, I would not stay here again and would instead try one of the other 5 star hotels in the area.

Our stay at ITC Maurya was excellent! The service was everything we expected from an ITC and more. The room was beautiful and we loved the traditional feel to it. The property looked well cared for. The food was delicious and the service at the buffet was lovely as well. We can’t say enough good things about our stay. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Delhi and have great access to touristy areas and shopping!

施設、スタッフのレベルも高く、ホテル内のレストランも充実。静かで治安もいいエリアなので快適な滞在ができました。ただし、周りには何もないので、移動には毎回車が必要。ただ主要エリアにはすぐにアクセスできるので、便利でした。歩いて行けるところとしては、徒歩５分程のTAJホテルに美味しいレストランもあります。

Absolutely fabulous! Every detail was just right. Tower room was very well anointed. The french press coffee in room was a nice touch. Marble floors and a wood paneled sitting/ study area! Great spread for breakfast. Courteous and professional staff. The list goes on. No wonder the who"s who of the world stay here when in town. We got a good rate on Expedia as well considering all this. Not cheap but well worth the experience...

The room was of a high standard. However, the restaurant options were very limited in that two restaurants always had lengthy waiting lists (due to high numbers of non-hotel guest diners) and the food quality at the Pavillion restaurant being poor with slow service and unprofesssional management. This is in the context of a hotel location where there are no other eating options closeby. We were unimpressed overall with this hotel having stayed at other hotels in New Delhi in the past and would not consider this as an option in the future.

Quite very good service friendly staff great food free breakfast got an option for free lunch or dinner. Amazing food at Bukhara once in a life time opportunity to eat at Dum Pukht greatest food I ever ate in my life. Pavilion food was best variety served in any hotel in India staff and service went way behind their usual to make me eat and enjoy food and experience
