Quality Hotel Fallsview Cascade

The only complained not enough parking .

I’m not sure why it was rates as high as it was other than the price is great for the location. They have no elevators so we had to lug luggage up to the 3rd floor. The bed was very uncomfortable and neither of us slept well because of it.

Very clean room, free parking, breakfast, nice pool and hot tub. The staff was great, too.

Pool & Hot tub very nice temperature. Great breakfast till 11am! Our room was clean but tap, shower head, and drapes need updating.

This place has the rare feature of free parking very close to The Falls. But, there is not enough on-site, requiring later arrivers to use a large lot close to the hotel. Not a long walk, but inconvenient. The "continental" breakfast usually has only apples as fresh fruit, but it has scrambled eggs and sausages. The yogurt is in big squirt bags. There is no honey. Also no unsalted butter. Cleaning is adequate, but don't look too closely in the corners. Beds comfortable, and that matters. Will return.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. As a couple with my wife, or bringing famies with me. This time i was with my families and we have multiple rooms and multiple vehicles. No problem. The rooms were nice, and parking was on- site. One of our family vehicle was an EV and they have some EV charging spots!! And they even provided the adapter to fit the not so popular brand. Awesome. One enhancement that could be made was that they could add security cameras around the parking areas to monitor any suspicious activities.

Older building but clean, stayed in the tower portion. Excellent breakfast area and was open till 11am checkout time. Pool was under construction and not available. conveniently located able to walk easily to OLG stage or casino and restaurants. Only stayed one night, reasonably priced

Hotel has everything we needed for our trip, rooms are clean, free parking, breakfast is included and a pool. Also close to the casino falls and margaritaville. We have chosen to stay here many times. Room wasn’t ready for check in but not a big deal as we just say in our friends room until ours was ready

The floors were filthy, pretty sure they hadn't been cleaned. The hotel itself wasn't what we were expecting, there are 3 separate buildings that we had to walk back and forth between reception desk with main hotel, to our separate room (more like motel setup), then pool. Pool shutdown so we were directed to walk down the street to Holiday Inn's pool. This traversing to different buildings was a bit more difficult due to the blizzard, which is obviously out of their control, but I just mean to say it's a bit of an inconvenience we weren't anticipating. Bathroom had dirty floors. Balcony was just a view of parking lot. I assume the main hotel section has a better view, maybe of falls, but am unsure because we were in separate motel section. Wouldn't recommend.

The room itself was clean and comfortable however very limited parking space on the property. The pool was very far from our room.

Everything looked old. TV did not work. Not enough parking. Room did not look properly clean.

The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling behind the door. The coffee pot had black gunk in where you put the water. When I reported this during checkout, the man at the front desk insisted there is no humidity in Niagara Falls to cause mold!?!? A bathroom with a hot shower gets steamy! A mold magnet! Duh! The location of the hotel was perfect.

Good staff with pleasant greeting and quick check-in. The room was spotless and very comfortable with good ammenities like coffee and fridge. The breakfast was excellent in quality and abundance.

The beds and bathrooms were not clean. There was a big insect in bathroom and hair stuck on shampoo bottle.

Dirty mop used to clean the floors. We arrived 45 mins after the check in time and still had to wait 30 mins for our rooms to be cleaned. How do you clean 2 rooms in under 30 mins. Makes you wonder.

Arrived about 11:30 pm. Kids fell asleep right away. When we finally got in bed, we realized the sheets/bed had a STRONG smell of pee/urine. Not sure if the sheets were not changed or if someone had urinated in the bed and the mattress did not have a sufficient mattress protector. Tried to sleep on top of the comforter since our kids were already asleep and it was way too late to change rooms. Still woke up smelling of pee and had to shower immediately. Absolutely gross. Let front desk know of the issue in the morning and they nonchalantly let us know they would make housekeeping aware. They did NOT apologize at all for the issue.

Clean place. Breakfast was surprisingly very good. Room was clean. Bathroom was small but good for one night. Guys at reception were great.

Great location, nice view from balcony and good price but comforters were stained with old blood and other stains. Tub felt like we were walking on a water bed and Bugs in bathroom. Coffee not good quality very dated.

The place is excellent and we can see the American Falls from our balcony and everything is walkable.

Noisy ac/ heat unit.

Yes the rooms were nice and clean. But since it was windy days the balcony door so noisy with noise of wind during the night, so couldn't sleep well on day 1. Day 2 it was okay no problems.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds are comfy. Great location for wandering the falls. Love the little deck outside our sliding door.

Probably our sixth or seventh time staying here, great value, great location and staff. First time in an 05 room in tower and HVAC unit is noisy, other than that we will always return.

The staff at check-in were friendly and knowledgeable. Offered meal suggestions for my picky kid and even a coupon for the restaurant. They gave us a room really close to the pool as well.

The staff at the front desk was lacking personality and hospitality. In fact, we felt like we were actually bothering them just by checking in. The one guy spoke to my wife like she was a complete idiot when she asked a question above parking. Next the room was not the room we wanted. It was an outside room on the third floor with no elevators. No where on the website did it show choices of where your room is located because I would have booked our room in the tower due to my bad knees and needing an elevator. When we asked for a room change and stairs being an issue, the guy did check but joked about it only being 2 flights of stairs. The room was absolutely disgusting. My wife spilled water on the bathroom floor and just went to wipe it up with a towel. Even with a light pat the towel came up black with dirt. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything all around you. They had a nightstand up against our interior door that adjoins to the next room. On 2 occasions the people next door tried to get in. We could hear and see our door rattling as if someone on the other side was trying to get into our room. We put another chair plus the nightstand up against the door. Then there is the balcony that has a bit of a divider but the rest is a small railing that could easily been hopped over. No privacy between rooms. We didn't use the pool because we would have to go outside in the cold to get to it from our room. Resort fees were charged for a terrible stay!

I had a horrible stay at this hotel. Hotel was not fully clean, there was a disgusting smell coming out of the bathroom sink. Next door neighbours were too loud and were not mindful of others neighbours. We were trying to sleep and they were out coming in and out of their room talking loudly and laughing. The staff in the morning were mean and were not helpful at all. The breakfast did not taste good and the food was old. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The overall stay was very good, from cleanliness and dining room help, to comfortable beds and clean sheets. Our only complaint was about one of the reception staff. He was an older man with extremely white hair (he may have been albino) He was very rude to me when I asked for directions on a map as to our position there, suggesting in his "repartee" that I didn't know that water runds down hill. 83 years old and I didn't know that?? Also when I checked out he was engrossed in a phone call, grunted in reply to my "Good Morning" and never acknowledged my presence at all. I found his attitude extremely bad for someone on the reception desk. But he was my only complaint of our stay. The hotel's position is excellent, merely a short walk down the hill to The Falls. And the Bistro next door has excellent food. I would recommend a stay here if you can ignore the older receptionist. The young man who booked us in was charming.

Helpful staff at the front desk.

Close to everything. Check in was a nightmare. They had two check in clerk on hand .Both had to use a magnifying glass to check the I.D. and computer screen. Had to wait over half hour , for them to tell Me My room was not ready. On check out, the clerk that was on was no more interest in Me telling Him that the shower drain was backing up, well taking a shower.

It started off poorly when I found out I had to pay resort fees on top of my Expedia payment, I was led to believe that the fees had all costs and taxes added. Expedia let me down. The hotel was a $99.00 dollars at best, not $230.00 dollars. First I paid for two parking spots and was unable to find parking.The hotel had no elevator to the third floor and made it impossible for my wife with two bad knees to take the stairs, after arguing with the woman behind the front desk who additionaly wanted to charge me an extra ten dollars for a room on the main level, I had to loose my temper in order to have the extra charge for the main floor room dropped and a parking spot in the V.I.P spot. The room was ice cold,the heater was noisy, I was kept up from the noisy water noise when the above units used the bathroom. Not impressed!!!!!

This is our "go-to" hotel when visiting Niagara. The rooms are clean and quiet (even though ours was beside the elevator). The breakfast is good with an attentive server keeping all food items well stocked.

The property is located right in the tourist area with access to the casino, the falls and the other attractions.

Location, location, location!!!! It is very conveniently located close by the falls. We happened to have room with falls view although we did not specifically asked for it. The breakfast is decent (apples, oranges, cereal, jams, butter, freshly-made waffles, juices, coffee, bread, sausages, and scrambled eggs). Free coffee was available throughout the day at concierge . The free parking is included which is a plus. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The A/C was a little bit loud in our room, but it wasn't a big thing for us as we were not very sensitive to it. the furniture and bathroom are a little bit outdated, but in good shape. The room comes with coffee makers and coffee pouches, a small refrigerator, iron table (not sure if the iron itself was there), and blow dryer. The stay was worth every penny of it if I want to put it in a sentence!

Breakfast was okay, with a few good options like toast, eggs, and coffee. However, the variety was limited, and some items weren’t very warm. The staff were friendly, but the area got crowded quickly. Overall, it was fine but could use a bit more freshness and organization.

Clean room with great location, but serious safety and maintenance concerns I stayed at the Quality Hotel Fallsview Cascade on Dec 27 and was placed in the Tower area. While the room was clean and the location is excellent for accessing the Falls, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. The room is in need of some repair, specifically regarding the electrical outlets. One of the outlets was open/exposed, and I actually received a small electric shock/static discharge when trying to turn on the fan. This is a safety concern that needs to be addressed immediately. Regarding the breakfast: It was okay, but the replenishment service was lacking. When I arrived, there was only one piece of fruit left (a molded orange), and despite staying for the duration of my meal, the items were never refilled. Overall, it’s a decent spot for the price and location, but the hotel needs to step up its maintenance and breakfast management.
