Ferienhaus / Villa - Cassis

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Das Objekt ist in einen super Zustand und der beheizte Pool war ein echtes Highlight für unsere Kinder. Der Besitzer und Pascal standen und im Vorfeld und vor Ort immer zur Verfügung. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das Haus liegt in einer geschützen Anliegerstraße sehr weit oben am Hang. Es ist vollständig eingerichtet und bietet für die weniger heißen Tage in der Nebensaison einen tollen Wintergarten. Wir haben unsere Woche dort sehr genossen! Herr Bréchet ist ein sehr sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns einige gute Tipps gegeben hat.

Les lieux, le temps était moyen mais personne n’en était responsable, la conciergerie PARFAITE, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons.

We had stayed at the house for two weeks. The villa located in a gated community approximately 10 min drive from the center of Cassis and about the same distance from the beach. The house has stunning views of the sea and the mountains. The neighborhood is safe, peaceful and quiet. There are three refrigerators, a washer and a dryer, gas grill and a pool (hot-tub size) on the property. Almost all rooms have air conditioning, which was such a great feature. Plenty of seating area inside and outside for big groups, plus three parking spaces. We also had access to the big pool and a tennis court on the communal grounds. There are many great restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and coffee shops in the area. However, the house is in a tired and worn condition and in an urgent need of repairs/renovation. It really needs to be painted and deep-cleaned all over. The faucet in a master bedroom is very inconvenient to use. They either need to change it or reinstall the mirror. There were ants inside, which is not what you would expect from a "luxury" place. The internet connection was not very reliable, so we had to purchase a local mobile modem. Also, in all other places we stayed in France, Italy, Portugal and Spain over the years, the price always included a weekly cleaning and a change of bed linens. Not here, unfortunately. It is a great property. It just needs some love and care.

This was the perfect place for our week of vacation with our grown daughters. The location and the town are incredible with stunning views, wonderful restaurants and markets, and great hiking and swimming. The house was exactly what we were looking for, especially the wonderful outdoor living spaces and the small pool. The hosts were very responsive and made sure everything was seamless.
