Location is phenomenal -right in the old town..Steps away from Irish pub and other places..Staff is great and very friendly..Lady at the front dask-Federike- very kind and helpful. Only problem is Parking..There is almost No parking on the property..Only 5 park spaces and its extra 15 euro per night..I got an ticket 55 euros for parking on the street in the back of the property.. Other than that great 10 days stay

What a wonderful place! Great location, friendly staff, and a delicious free continental breakfast that overlooked the Danube. We had the only suite room and it was perfect! Cozy beds, clean, roomy, & great view. The staff was friendly and we walked right out onto the cobblestone streets from the entrance of the hotel. The price for parking was only $10/day. There are 5 spots and you get your assigned number. It's a tight squeeze, but hey, you're in the heart of Passau!

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht. Das Bett war äußerst bequem. Das Frühstück war hervorragend – es gab wirklich alles, sogar glutenfreies Brot auf Nachfrage. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam, und unser Hund hat zur Begrüßung sogar Leckerlis bekommen – eine tolle Geste! Die Lage ist perfekt, alles befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, allerdings nur in begrenzter Anzahl.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Mitten in der Altstadt, daher etwas viele Geräusche in der Nacht Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig, was dem Alter des Hauses geschuldet ist. Aber alles in Allem ein schönes Hotel mit einem guten Frühstücks Buffet. Sehr netten Personal und sehr sauber. Kann ich nur empfehlen wenn man Passau besuchen möchte.

Ensuite bathroom a little small, but who cannot cope with that. The location excellent. Staff were great, considering the flood they had to deal with. The cobblestone road outside our window was noisy, but hotel supplied good earplugs. Would definitely book again.

Location of the hotel is within the old town across the Danube River. Shops were closed because it was a holiday & Christmas markets were already done. It is a good stay for a 1 night pre river cruise. Opened the windows to have some cool air in our room. No AC but it has heater.

We were greeted warmly and given clear directions to the various spots in the hotel. The reception desk was especially helpful in securing information and a cab when we needed it. I loved our room on the 5 th floor overlooking the river and the beautiful accommodations. Lovely and spacious.

We arranged to stay the night before our river cruise. The Wolf Passau is located right next to the Danube in the old town. This medieval town with its twisting cobbled streets is so charming. Many shops and cafes line the streets and plazas. The hotel itself has been in its current configuration since 1700s but the room was modern with everything needed for a short stay. Staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. While there is an elevator some access is restricted by stairs. There is a delicious buffet breakfast offered with both American and German options and a small bar from which you can take your drinks up to the rooftop terrace for a lovely pre-dinner get together.

We arranged to stay the night before our river cruise. The Wolf Passau is located right next to the Danube in the old town. This medieval town with its twisting cobbled streets is so charming. We arranged to stay the night before our river cruise. The Wolf Passau is located right next to the Danube in the old town. This medieval town with its twisting cobbled streets is so charming. Sehr schönes Hotel. Mitten in der Altstadt, daher etwas viele Geräusche in der Nacht Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig, was dem Alter des Hauses geschuldet ist. Aber alles in Allem ein schönes Hotel mit einem guten Frühstücks Buffet. Sehr netten Personal und sehr sauber. Kann ich nur empfehlen wenn man Passau besuchen möchte.

If you are arriving by car, it will be a challenge to park. We knew that going into it. Great location for walking around town. Awesome breakfast. Pretty nice room. Friendly and helpful staff. We would stay there again.

Great location in the middle of the Old Town. Supposed to be 4 star but I would say it was only worthy of 2. Our room was small with too much furniture, you couldn't even open the wardrobe door without standing on the bed. The beds were rock hard. It was tucked away on the top floor with no air conditioning and the temperature upwards of 35°. On top of all this it was much more expensive than a much nicer hotel we stayed in in Munich.

Great location, comfy bed and excellent shower with great water pressure. Also appreciated the in-room Nespresso and very good breakfast buffet. WiFi in room not good at all. A bit disappointed with the TV…many channels not available and could not access streaming services or mirror personal devices.

Ich habe mich im Hotel Passauer Wolf sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Team am Empfang ist sehr nett und ich werde auf jeden Fall bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt im Passau auch dort wohnen.
