Loved the pools and the beautiful gardens. There was a lovely complimentary breakfast. Close to the sea, night market and shopping. But the best part: the staff at the front desk was amazing!!! So helpful and friendly🙂

The staff and food was second to none especially Mayank. But the hotel lists several facilities that werent available and in dire disrepair. The hotel spa and massage centre was falling apart and in disarray but was stil listed on the avalable facilites online. I had actually hoped to use the facilities on rainy days but had to go of site to find them instead. Apart from this the resort was great but as said above needs some repairs and adjustments to online advertisements

Resort is nice, 3 pools was a bonus. It is set on a hill but that wasn’t an issue. AC was super strong and room was cleaned everyday. Very central and definitely would go back and stay. It was a cheap place to stay for $50pn and rooms were very spacious.

The entrance and pool area looks good. The breakfast is set up everyday but the food is open and there eere flies and nets all over the food ...i couldn't eat anything. There is no elevator pass the 2nd floor terrible experience with climbing the stairs. The hotel is on a big steep hills just terrible for people with limitations or the elderly. I would not book with this hotel oh and keep your deposit receipt to get your 100 returned. I almost lost my money even though they kept account of me paying them.

Room and service were excellent, but the facilities could be improved. The walkways on the property grounds were not lit at night and were difficult to navigate. Some of the facilites looked worn but overall the stay was nice.

The resort is located on a very large hill (the name gives it away) and it’s quite a steep walk up and down to get into town (nothing else on the hill but another hotel so no choice for food). This hill would be bareable if you could then use an elevator to your hotel room. Alas, I was staying on the 4th floor in a building that had no lift. Not very 4 star and I was unaware of this at the time of booking (in fact I requested a ground floor room). The aircon was awful. After the big hill and 4 flights of stairs, I loved walking into a sweat box and towel drying myself multiple times. Big queen bed was very comfortable, shower was awful. Changed temperature by itself and had zero water pressure making it hard to wash hair/body. Multiple pools to choose from, stable solid breakfast and cheap room service/cocktails. Overall nice but the no lift + bad shower + bad aircon makes it hard to justify the price. Preferred my very very cheap hostels…

Location just perfect, in the middle of Karon and Kata beaches! Hotel is located top of quite steep hill but it was very calm place to enjoy the beautiful hotel area and sleep well. Still just 100m from all the shops, massages etc. Night market close too. Free shuttle to Kata beach, but it was only about 500m to each beach.. Breakfast very good and you can enjoy it in two restaurants. Three pool-areas, good sunbeds and umbrellas but no wind at all so quite hot in there :D Good cleaning, and spacious room (deluxe). Bed was suprisingly soft and towels were changed every day if needed. Safetybox in the room. Staff speaks english and I think everyone are friendly. Affordable choice for transportation to the airport is to take Smart bus; stop is just down from the Peach Blossom. Would definitely stay in this hotel again when in Phuket!

The hotel is comfortable, but it feels somewhat outdated. This is especially noticeable in the pool area and the bathroom, both of which could really use some renovation. With a few updates, the stay would be much improved.

Peach Hill and its adjacent sister property (you can use either restaurant or pools and corresponding short walk access to Kata Beach and Karon Beach). For busy west coastal Phuket, both of these beaches are bit less busy (especially Kata), but give you short taxi access to Phuket City (and it’s ocean activities) or busy/popular Patong Beach. It seems like Peach Blossom may be a bit newer and nicer, but our room on the Peach Hill property was great and had all the amenities most folks on holiday would want. If walking distance to a nice beach and a moderate amount of shops/restaurants is what you are looking for, I definitely would recommend this property, If you are looking for a super quite/exlusive/private beach experience, I am sure there are some pricey option. But for the money, this was a great deal. We really appreciated help with booking some activities (where our own efforts were not working out).

i don't advice you to stay here. room is dark, one window facing walkway on the dark side so no light. it smells dump, sheets are nasty with yellow sport on it. i did book bungalow room with jacuzzi that suppose to be on balcony but i did not even have a balcony, jacuzzi was in room with shaded window and it was dirty. Overall room was dirty. Also really noisy, you can laterally hear your neighbor even breathing lol unfortunately i got neighbor who was getting drunk every night and singing songs lol Stuff do not speak English, neither other 2 languages i speak ( Russians and french) assuming neither of languages except their native. was really hard to communicate any needs. one time they just hang up on me when couldnt understand what im orderingm what really upset me

Ce que je reproche a l’établissement, c’est que la connection Internet (pour les appareils APPLE) est un vrai problème. Nous avions internet très peu souvent et étant des voyageurs nomade , ca devenaient très frustrant.

After the big hill and 4 flights of stairs, I loved walking into a sweat box and towel drying myself multiple times. Big queen bed was very comfortable, shower was awful. Changed temperature by itself and had zero water pressure making it hard to wash hair/body. Multiple pools to choose from, stable solid breakfast and cheap room service/cocktails. Overall nice but the no lift + bad shower + bad aircon makes it hard to justify the price. Preferred my very very cheap hostels…
The resort is located on a very large hill (the name gives it away) and it’s quite a steep walk up and down to get into town (nothing else on the hill but another hotel so no choice for food). This hill would be bareable if you could then use an elevator to your hotel room. Alas, I was staying on the 4th floor in a building that had no lift. Not very 4 star and I was unaware of this at the time of booking (in fact I requested a ground floor room). The aircon was awful. The hotel is comfortable, but it feels somewhat outdated. This is especially noticeable in the pool area and the bathroom, both of which could really use some renovation. With a few updates, the stay would be much improved.

Algemeen goede accommodatie. Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Ruime kamers met groot balkon. Echter maakt de airco veel lawaai en verspringt deze soms vanzelf van temperatuur. De accommodatie is verouderd, maar nog steeds netjes met alle nodige voorzieningen aanwezig. Vlakbij het strand gelegen, maar bevindt zich op een steile berg. Dit zou een probleem kunnen zijn voor personen die minder goed te been zijn. Ondanks alles hebben we hier een fijne vakantie van 15 dagen doorgebracht. Prijs-kwaliteit voldoet het aan de verwachtingen.

Loved the pools and the beautiful gardens. There was a lovely complimentary breakfast. Close to the sea, night market and shopping. But the best part: the staff at the front desk was amazing!!! So helpful and friendly🙂

Yes it’s up a hill. But you’re only walking up it once or twice a day. There is another way up, longer but not as steep. Via the sister hotel. Hotel itself- brilliant. Has everything you and what it doesn’t have is made by the staff. Yes it’s very quiet, beds super comfortable, air conditioning great. There was two staff in the restaurant but I didn’t get there names. The gentleman staff began with a P. He was so helpful. The staff are always so happy, and they remember you and what you order. Perfect location. Not too close and not too far. Perfect for Kata, Karon and Patong beach.

i don't advice you to stay here. room is dark, one window facing walkway on the dark side so no light. it smells dump, sheets are nasty with yellow sport on it. i did book bungalow room with jacuzzi that suppose to be on balcony but i did not even have a balcony, jacuzzi was in room with shaded window and it was dirty. Overall room was dirty. Also really noisy, you can laterally hear your neighbor even breathing lol unfortunately i got neighbor who was getting drunk every night and singing songs lol Stuff do not speak English, neither other 2 languages i speak ( Russians and french) assuming neither of languages except their native. was really hard to communicate any needs. one time they just hang up on me when couldnt understand what im orderingm what really upset me

The entrance and pool area looks good. The breakfast is set up everyday but the food is open and there eere flies and nets all over the food ...i couldn't eat anything. There is no elevator pass the 2nd floor terrible experience with climbing the stairs. The hotel is on a big steep hills just terrible for people with limitations or the elderly. I would not book with this hotel oh and keep your deposit receipt to get your 100 returned. I almost lost my money even though they kept account of me paying them.

Second time here and wont be my last. Dont know how they do it for the price. It has all the amenities of hotels twice the price! They upgraded me to a villa as well for no reason which was excellent. They cant do enough to help you. Cant wait to go back.

Terrible experience. The hotel laundry service lost my clothes and mixed my shirts up with someone else’s, then refused to reimburse me or take responsibility. Completely unacceptable. The location is decent, but that’s the only positive. The resort itself is old, poorly maintained, and not suitable for older guests or anyone with accessibility needs. Would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

Kjempe fint hotell som ligger fint til midt mellom Karon- og Kata beach. Blide og serviceinnstilte personell og god mat. Kan absolutt anbefales! Det ligger litt i høyden så det blir noen trappetrinn i løpet av oppholdet :)

Resort is nice, 3 pools was a bonus. It is set on a hill but that wasn’t an issue. AC was super strong and room was cleaned everyday. Very central and definitely would go back and stay. It was a cheap place to stay for $50pn and rooms were very spacious.

Prachtige locatie om zowel van Kata als Karon Beach te genieten. Beiden kun je wandelend doen (5tal minuten) of via de shuttle dienst van het hotel. Het stevige eindklimmetje neem je er met plezier bij.

Location just perfect, in the middle of Karon and Kata beaches! Hotel is located top of quite steep hill but it was very calm place to enjoy the beautiful hotel area and sleep well. Still just 100m from all the shops, massages etc. Night market close too. Free shuttle to Kata beach, but it was only about 500m to each beach.. Breakfast very good and you can enjoy it in two restaurants. Three pool-areas, good sunbeds and umbrellas but no wind at all so quite hot in there :D Good cleaning, and spacious room (deluxe). Bed was suprisingly soft and towels were changed every day if needed. Safetybox in the room. Staff speaks english and I think everyone are friendly. Affordable choice for transportation to the airport is to take Smart bus; stop is just down from the Peach Blossom. Would definitely stay in this hotel again when in Phuket!

Hotellet ligger mycket bra i Kata, på kullen nära Karona södra del. Nära Kata stranden. En brant backe om 80-90 meter som va bra träning när du ska tillbaka till hotellet. Den är brant så avråder de som har svårt att gå i backar. Rummen va rena och helt ok standard i relation till priset. Poolområdet va överraskande fint. Frukostmatsalen va ganska trevlig men i ärlighetens namn va frukostbuffen lite mager. Dock god Omelettestation.

The staff and food was second to none especially Mayank. But the hotel lists several facilities that werent available and in dire disrepair. The hotel spa and massage centre was falling apart and in disarray but was stil listed on the avalable facilites online. I had actually hoped to use the facilities on rainy days but had to go of site to find them instead. Apart from this the resort was great but as said above needs some repairs and adjustments to online advertisements

Hotellet är uppdelat i flera byggnader, för många trappor att ta sig till frukosten eller till stan beroende i vilken byggnad man bor i. Frukosten sådär. Central AC som låter onormalt mycket!

Hotellet ligger mycket bra i Kata, på kullen nära Karona södra del. Nära Kata stranden. En brant backe om 80-90 meter som va bra träning när du ska tillbaka till hotellet. Den är brant så avråder de som har svårt att gå i backar. Rummen va rena och helt ok standard i relation till priset. Poolområdet va överraskande fint. Frukostmatsalen va ganska trevlig men i ärlighetens namn va frukostbuffen lite mager. Dock god Omelettestation.

The hotel was lovely, and I had a room on the top floor with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, there was almost no water pressure, so it was nearly impossible to take a shower.

Återkommer alltid till detta hotell. Underbar personal. Lugnt. Bara en promenad ner för backen så kommer man till city av Kata och kan njuta av mat och shopping. Vill man inte lämna hotellet har de väldigt bra mat.

Nice large hotel, enjoyed the view from the balcony. Although one member of staff lied about the room I had booked when checking in and caused needless stress, the other staff were very helpful. Although they never sorted out the line of the joint beds, which we could feel when laying on the double bed. We asked a few times and nothing was done. Really handy shuttle down to the beach, which is a really nice beach and lots of cool pools on the complex. The room was large, clean, bright and modern, with a handy bag for the beach, towels, well though out. Only thing, even if young, the hotel is up a very steep gradient, but it wasnt so bad really for us, but definitely will need taxi/shuttle to get back if old or infirm in some way, as it is VERY steep in gradient. Would happily stay here again and ideally for longer as we really enjoyed it, hotel being a good part of that.
