The villas were very spacious and the pool area was lovely. It was not too crowded and we enjoyed having breakfast by the pool every morning . Happy hour drinks were wonderful and all of the staff was very helpful and friendly!

A small very quiet adult hotel with very spacious rooms . Fitness facilities at Front Village was so small max 5 m2 and bad maintained. Breakfast wasn’t great but okay .. we rated this hotel almost 5 star because of the quietness and the staff willingness to help and solve the problems.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, ruhig und klein. Die Angestellten sind sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Auch wenn die Villen schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind,, wird viel Zeit in die Sanierung und Renovierung investiert. Schade war lediglich, dass der Spa-Bereich gerade aufwendig renoviert wurde. Ansonsten kann man das Ressort auf jeden Fall nur weiterempfehlen!

We spent 2 weeks at The Village and it was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and the service was great. Really good and varied breakfast options and the pool area was very relaxing. Super fast internet and great facilities, would definitely recommend staying here :)

The property was nice, very comfortable rooms and the pool area delightful. Only setback was that the spa was closed during our whole stay.. we chose this place because it had an onsite spa and had planned to get some spa treatments. Unfortunately we could not, would have been nice to know before we made booking. Other than that we did enjoy our stay, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The pool outside the room was great, alongside the main pool with a swim up bar (and happy hour cocktails!). Staff were lovely, and food in the restaurant was really good. Great stay, would definitely recommend.

The resort was lovely and had a different vibe to it. The room was great and linked on to the pool, but wasn't a great swimming spot to physically be in, another room would potentially have a better location. Only thing to note was the pool wasn't very deep and the spa wasn't working, a bit disappointing. Staff were all so friendly and were able to translate seamlessly.

Nice property (very lush/ green) nice to be away from Phuket. Karon beach is definitely the place to be. This hotel is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The hotel is villa style, and nice. Rooms are very spacious. Food was good, happy hour was good. The pool and swim up bar were awesome! What we didn’t like: 1. Beds and pillows are rock hard terrible 2. No mini bar supplies 3. AC turns off without key, room was very hot for 30 minutes every time we entered.

The Village Resort and Spa was excellent. We opted for the pool access rooms. The rooms were more like mini villas. Very spacious with separate large walk in closet and bathroom. The front lounge space was really nice in the evening especially, and the pool access was fun and felt like you had your own personal swimming area. The staff were so kind and attentive. Great drinks at happy hour, and the food was pretty good too. The spa was small but there are a large variety of services offered and is very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was disappointing. When we checked in, the floors did not feel very clean, the bed was hard as a rock, not enough toilet paper, we always had to ask for more, the toilet would keep running each time you would flush it. My husband had to keep pushing the plug down inside the tank to stop it from running. The buffett breakfast was horrible, instant coffee, juice was very diluted and no flavor with the hot food items. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. The cost of the room per night was not worth it.

Die Palmen und der Rasen sind nicht gepflegt und benötigen dringend Gartenplege. Die Wände in der Poollandschaft sind nicht weiß, sondern sehen verrottet und grau-weiß aus. Die Fliesen im Pool benötigen eine gründliche Säuberung. Im Badezimmer sind die elektrischen Schalter nicht geputzt und der Dreck und das Fett von anderen Hotel Gästen ist zu sehen. Die Zimmer und die komplette Anlage sehen ziemlich abgewohnt aus. Der SPA ist nicht benutzbar, da dort eine Renovierung stattfindet.

This is a really lovely hotel, the grounds and swimming pool are lovely. The plants are well established and compliment the lay out. It is a well established hotel and some aspects could do with an update but this somehow does not detract from the experience. We thought it was like an oasis when you come back from the hustle and bussle of Karon. The staff are polite and helpful although sometimes a bit elusive. The rooms are comfortable and large and well designed. Overall we loved this hotel and would happily stay there again.

Amazing detached tropical villa with separate bedroom, dressing room and lounge. Very clean. Wonderful pool area and always found some sunbeds. Ate in hotel restaurant one night and was excellent. Easy walk to Karon beach (very windy) and to restaurants etc (Two Chefs on Soi Saneha was fantastic). Easy to get a taxi from gatekeeper nearby. Only irritant when we discovered that during 'happy hour - 2 for 1' the price of a small can of Chang beer had been increased by 50% from 120 to 180Bht which was not advertised in the room or around the pool. Very sneaky! We complained and only paid the lower price.

The Village Resort & Spa exceeded our expectations. The photos on the website didn’t do justice to the hotel – the rooms and pool area were many times more impressive than they appeared in the pictures. My partner and I were traveling with our children (two young adults), and having separate apartments was the perfect solution for us. We could spend time together while still having the option to retreat to our own spaces when needed. The apartments were very spacious and clean, and upon request, we were given apartments next to each other. The hotel staff were friendly and took great care of us. The pool area was clean, and at times, it felt like we were the only guests in the hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant. We enjoyed every moment!

Room was comfortable with strong air conditioning which was great! However, the room cleaning can be improved as some days the floor still felt sandy. The shower water pressure was also not very strong and it’s a delicate operation to control the water temperature. Lastly, there was no full length mirror. Resort was quiet and clean. Staff were very professional and friendly too.

リゾート感のある部屋は広めな上、南国の植物が部屋の周辺や敷地内に植えられ、部屋からの眺めもリゾート感にあふれていた。 ウェルカムフルーツや蚊取りマットが特にうれしいサービスでした。 環境保護の観点から、掃除は毎日ありません。（私はいいことだと思います。）歯ブラシセットもないので、自分で用意してください。 ここのバスタブは、浴槽がかなり大きいので、湯は４分の１くらい貯めて工夫して入浴しました。おそらく満水にするとシャワーの湯音に支障が出ます。 交通の便については、ホテルはスマートバスやソンテウのバス停から徒歩15分くらいの場所にあるので、タクシーに頼らずに移動ができる立地にあります。ちなみに、私たちは空港からスマートバスでスーツケース2つ持ってホテルへ着きました。歩道はガタガタなので、少し大変でした。 ホテルの立地は、カロンビーチまで徒歩10分くらいで、カロンの町の端にあるので、レストランやマッサージ、果物屋さん、コンビニも周囲にたくさんあります。繁華街から少し離れているので静かだと思いましたが、爆音車からの爆音が深夜まで頻繁に聞こえました。主要道路沿いにあるので、仕方がないです。ホテルの責任ではありません。 私たちはホテルに6泊しましたが、朝食ビュッフェは毎日少しづつ変えてくださり、毎日楽しませていただきました。 全体的に、このホテルの滞在は、ローシーズン料金であったので、かなり満足度が高かったです。また泊まりたいと感じたホテルです。 スタッフのみなさん、ありがとうございました。

Booking was very easy. The hotel made sure to contact us several times before our arrival date to make sure all accommodations were meet (transport from the airport, spa appointments, special room request) Village was clean and neat. Fantastic place to stay and highly recommend for friends and family. We visited here twice 5 years ago but going back we recognise that the place has not been maintained. So they need to be careful as things are getting shabby. The spa was closed too. Breakfast - we’ve had better. So yeah it’s losing its sparkle now

The villas were very spacious and the pool area was lovely. It was not too crowded and we enjoyed having breakfast by the pool every morning . Happy hour drinks were wonderful and all of the staff was very helpful and friendly!

Amazing value place on the edge of town. Walking distance. The pool was beautiful although too cold. We loved our room - the tropical villa- it was beautiful with lots of space and an amazing bath. The only downside was the bed was too hard for me.

Room was comfortable with strong air conditioning which was great! However, the room cleaning can be improved as some days the floor still felt sandy. The shower water pressure was also not very strong and it’s a delicate operation to control the water temperature. Lastly, there was no full length mirror. Resort was quiet and clean. Staff were very professional and friendly too.

Nice property (very lush/ green) nice to be away from Phuket. Karon beach is definitely the place to be. This hotel is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The hotel is villa style, and nice. Rooms are very spacious. Food was good, happy hour was good. The pool and swim up bar were awesome! What we didn’t like: 1. Beds and pillows are rock hard terrible 2. No mini bar supplies 3. AC turns off without key, room was very hot for 30 minutes every time we entered.

The Village Resort and Spa was excellent. We opted for the pool access rooms. The rooms were more like mini villas. Very spacious with separate large walk in closet and bathroom. The front lounge space was really nice in the evening especially, and the pool access was fun and felt like you had your own personal swimming area. The staff were so kind and attentive. Great drinks at happy hour, and the food was pretty good too. The spa was small but there are a large variety of services offered and is very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

The room, the pool and restaurant/bar were all fantastic! I’d highlight recommend to anybody considering. The stand out is the people. The staff here are so welcoming and friendly they couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was perfect! Thank you so much Village resort Last point. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, we loved our stay here. Lots of dining options within 5-10 minutes (walking). We were here in “low” season so it was relatively quiet at the property. The spa was very nice

This is a really lovely hotel, the grounds and swimming pool are lovely. The plants are well established and compliment the lay out. It is a well established hotel and some aspects could do with an update but this somehow does not detract from the experience. We thought it was like an oasis when you come back from the hustle and bussle of Karon. The staff are polite and helpful although sometimes a bit elusive. The rooms are comfortable and large and well designed. Overall we loved this hotel and would happily stay there again.

Tropical garden villa was very nice. The staff were super kind. They were very careful with my daughter’s peanut/ tree nut allergy. There is a security person that stops traffic in front so you can cross the busy road. It’s a short walk around the lake to the Karon beach area.

We spent 2 weeks at The Village and it was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and the service was great. Really good and varied breakfast options and the pool area was very relaxing. Super fast internet and great facilities, would definitely recommend staying here :)

Amazing resort, close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Staff were amazing here they went out of their way. Our flight was delayed, changed our airport pick up and had 12pm check out. One of our group was sick, they organised a dr so quickly. Cooking school is a must, the chefs were really good. Pool super clean. Pancake and Thip were always their smiling every morning. Booking was very easy. The hotel made sure to contact us several times before our arrival date to make sure all accommodations were meet (transport from the airport, spa appointments, special room request) Village was clean and neat. Äldre anläggning men välj villa med poolaccess, dom andra området bakom ser riktigt slitet ut. Poolområdet jätte vackert och lummigt inramat. Villan jätte stor och fräsch. Poolhandukar och 2 vatten på rummet varje dag. Trevligt med happy hour på em. Tyvärr var personalen mycket slö, stod hellre och pratade med varandra än servade gästerna. Kocken var inte på plats när frukosten öppnade, fick avbeställa mina scrambled egg för när kocken dök upp efter halvtimme var jag klar med frukosten. Än vi var dom enda lunchgästerna tog det ca 1 timme att få in pasta och när den kom var den kall. Samma en annan dag med pizza att den var kall när vi fick den. Lunchen tillagades på hotellet bredvid och med den inte allt för alerta personalen hämtades inte maten när den var klar. Ca 200 meter över en väg till strand. Jätte stor och fin sandstrand.

You really love our stay here at the village resort. The little bungalows give you a real cultural experience, unlike some of the corporate style Skyrise hotels. We found the pool to be amazing and it was much better once you get in it and experience the serene environment of the pool bar and trees our room was a little villa, and that was great to have so much space for the few nights we were in Phuket. It was a little inconvenient to walk all the way to the beachfront because it is not right in town but at the same time that made it quieter. Maybe it’s only a five minute walk to the beach, but when it’s a very hot day . We are renting a scooter tomorrow so that should make things a bit easier. But be careful if you rent a scooter in Phuket for sometimes it is dangerous if you go to busy areas. Overall cool down pretty quickly once we turn on the air condition and it felt pretty safe. I look forward to trying the Spa.

The property was great the staff are excellent but the access into Karon itself needs updating and fixing to make safe. The walkway is broken with stretches of just sand from pavers that have been taken up.

Amazing detached tropical villa with separate bedroom, dressing room and lounge. Very clean. Wonderful pool area and always found some sunbeds. Ate in hotel restaurant one night and was excellent. Easy walk to Karon beach (very windy) and to restaurants etc (Two Chefs on Soi Saneha was fantastic). Easy to get a taxi from gatekeeper nearby. Only irritant when we discovered that during 'happy hour - 2 for 1' the price of a small can of Chang beer had been increased by 50% from 120 to 180Bht which was not advertised in the room or around the pool. Very sneaky! We complained and only paid the lower price.

Our villa was huge and very clean. Loved that we had our own private pool access. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not right on the beach, but just across the street, and they even have a security guard to help you with street crossing. It is about an 8-10 minute walk into town where all the shops and restaurants are. Was overall very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

It was exactly what we were looking for, quit and relaxing, full of greenary lovely little hotel with the pool and just 5 minutes walk from the beach. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in the walking distance along with market stalls and grocery shops. 15 minutes drive to Patong beach with Bangalow Road and shopping malls if you are up for some wild fun.

This property was disappointing. When we checked in, the floors did not feel very clean, the bed was hard as a rock, not enough toilet paper, we always had to ask for more, the toilet would keep running each time you would flush it. My husband had to keep pushing the plug down inside the tank to stop it from running. The buffett breakfast was horrible, instant coffee, juice was very diluted and no flavor with the hot food items. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. The cost of the room per night was not worth it.

Loved this property. The room was absolutely fabulous. The service was fantastic. The staff was great. We had our laundry done here for inexpensive. the pool was fantastic. My only complaint is none of the food was good. It wasn’t authentic and even the Thai tea seems like it was made from a pre-done mix.

Love love love this place!! Only spent 2 nights here, but wish I could’ve stayed longer. Definitely one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed. Every window in our villa had a wonderful view. The pool was clean and we enjoyed our time at the pool bar after a long day at Phi Phi Island. We didn’t eat there, since there was a great little Thai restaurant only a 3 min walk from the resort, but the alcohol beverages were delicious! Definitely plan on returning here in the future.

We didn’t eat there, since there was a great little Thai restaurant only a 3 min walk from the resort, but the alcohol beverages were delicious! Definitely plan on returning here in the future.

This is a very nice hotel! It had everything we needed- amazing buffet breakfast, close to a beautiful beach , walkable to the main streets where all the restaurants are located and a nice spacious room. The staff were excellent and so friendly. Don’t hesitate, it’s a great choice

Restaurant was very good and affordable, food was good. Pool area was great. Only concern was the bed was not very accessable to the older person. Overall a brilliant stay

A small very quiet adult hotel with very spacious rooms . Fitness facilities at Front Village was so small max 5 m2 and bad maintained. Breakfast wasn’t great but okay .. we rated this hotel almost 5 star because of the quietness and the staff willingness to help and solve the problems.

Loved all the areas of the grounds, fabulous staff very helpful. Pool area beautiful and the pool access villas old style and wonderful. Breakfast was ok could have have alittle more variety but good. Dinner menu or room service menu fantastic.

We spent 2 weeks at The Village and it was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and the service was great. Really good and varied breakfast options and the pool area was very relaxing. Super fast internet and great facilities, would definitely recommend staying here :)

Äldre anläggning men välj villa med poolaccess, dom andra området bakom ser riktigt slitet ut. Poolområdet jätte vackert och lummigt inramat. Villan jätte stor och fräsch. Poolhandukar och 2 vatten på rummet varje dag. Trevligt med happy hour på em. Tyvärr var personalen mycket slö, stod hellre och pratade med varandra än servade gästerna. Kocken var inte på plats när frukosten öppnade, fick avbeställa mina scrambled egg för när kocken dök upp efter halvtimme var jag klar med frukosten. Än vi var dom enda lunchgästerna tog det ca 1 timme att få in pasta och när den kom var den kall. Samma en annan dag med pizza att den var kall när vi fick den. Lunchen tillagades på hotellet bredvid och med den inte allt för alerta personalen hämtades inte maten när den var klar. Ca 200 meter över en väg till strand. Jätte stor och fin sandstrand.

Boede i villa med direkte adgang til pool, som var skøn. Morgenmaden var ret basic, men ok. Personalet var utrolig søde og hjælpsomme. Der er happy hour hver dag i poolbaren, hagen er bare, at priserne stiger samtidig.

The breakfast selection was excellent, as was the variety of fresh fruit on offer. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spotless. The decor of the room was fabulous, very much felt like we were in Thailand rather than just in a five star bland room that could be anywhere in the world.
