This hotel has had a real makeover, and it shows. The staff seemed very happy in their work, and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. The wide screen TV accepts external hard drive. The shower has great pressure and bathroom stocked with good shampoo and shower gel. Buffet breakfast was excellent but sadly, no Bacon. Parking is easy and right by the door. If I have to find one fault, the mattress is very hard, but always the same in Thailand 😉

At the arrival we were disappointed to see that our room was not in main hotel . We didn't understood it was outside when we did the reservation about marina's room. Maybe a way to improve details on your site description. However the area is quiet, safe and has a good restaurant proposals. Really good swimming pool and breakfast. So we are happy about our stay. The minibus to go from hotel to room is not so practical . 3 times we called it but had to go by walk to go faster.

I was given a room away of the main building which require to call and ask for a transport. Inconvenience and late. room was on 3rd floor out of 3 without elevator and was very hot due to the climate in Phuket . not clean. left garbage from previous guest found in the cabinets and dust was not removed event after calling for cleaner.

There was a bait and switch. We stayed away from the main resort. Meaning we had to get a buggy every time we wanted to use the facilities. But overall we had a calm stress free restful break. Also the food is bland but still edible so i am sure we could recommend this resort

They gave us a room in another building, they told us that it was a better room. The cleanliness was conspicuous by its absence. The bathroom was about 30 years old. There was no furniture. There were not even tables on the sides of the bed. It had a good terrace and nice views but not a chair. to sit and even less a table, the truth is if this is a 5 star I would take 2 or 3 from it, we will never return I understand that they are having a wedding but that they get you out of the way because you come through an agency I see it as very bad.

Meget velholdt hotel. Vi boede først i den gamle del som lå ved havnen, lidt længere væk fra poolen, men meget charmerende. Der var dog noget med aircondition der betød at værelset lugtede af røg når vi tændte den. Da vi nævnte det blev vi flyttet til hovedbygningen. Meget pænt og lækre værelser. Selve hotellet ligger lidt øde - der er lidt restauranter og et minimarked, men ellers ikke noget. Morgenmaden var dyr på hotellet. Hotellet var hyggeligt og der var venligt personale. Vi kommer gerne tilbage dertil - dog for en lidt kortere periode

Room was full of mosquitoes and later found out that it was also termite infested. We are now worried that some bugs are brought back home, so leaving our bags in the bathroom for a while... The communication between different areas is horrible as well. When I ordered room service I requested for extra plates and cutlery as my kids were sharing a meal. The person taking the order asked me to call house keeping for this, which is strange as all I needed was another plate and cutlery. The house keeping never cleared the room service plates. It was cleaned and left in the sink. So that's nice I guess. On the good side, it's located fairly convenient if you need to stay central of the island. There's a lot of restaurants at the marina 2 min walk and there's a super market and ice rink within 5 min walk.

The room given to me was not listed on the site so it was a shock to check in get a different room but the worst part was how discussing the room was it was absolutely filthy and there’s construction going on all sides bugs,flies no door bumpers so you can literally here all the doors slamming shut. Never again will I stay there.

Fantastiskt hotell. ”Plumpen i protokollet” var restaurangen på hotellet. Första kvällen intog vi vår middag där, beställde vi en fördrink var, servitrisen tog då även upp middags beställningen samtidigt. Allt tar enligt vårt förmenande väldigt lång tid (relativt), in kommer servitrisen med en fördrink + två öl som vi beställde till middagen!!! Den andra fördrinken var inte klar (en margarita)??? Så restaurangen drar ner hela upplevelsen, men i övrigt har vi inte sovit så gott som här i Thailand, äntligen mjuka madrasser och i övrigt var servicen mycket bra. Hotellet rekommenderas starkt, dock inte restaurangen.

Hotel was amazing, it is a very large complex so need a fair walk to get to your room if in a suite. For a room this expensive, my only fault of the motel is no pillow menu. (So not much to pick on) Location is not central to much other than the marina, food options around quite expensive because you are within the marina complex (so assume you have money) Supermarket just next door and 7-11 at end of driveway (all accessible with free shuttle from lobby) Taxi is very easy from lobby or driveway + fixed shown cost ( see photo ) which was great.

I had some initial issues with check-in i was contacted by management who quickly attend to the issue m overall lovely place very relaxing m great facilities, will definitely return big thanks to Floor manager TOM , also GM TYE

Fantastisk hotel som gav os et fremragende ophold Kan anbefales. Gode faciliteter og et meget hjælpsom personale. Også morgen maden var god, vi manglede intet. Lystbåd miljøet med gode restauranter. Et meget sikkert sted og hvis man skal et smut til Phi phi sejler man fra havnen. Vi kommer gerne tilbage. Til management i har et dygtige medarbejdere.

I was given a room away of the main building which require to call and ask for a transport. Inconvenience and late. room was on 3rd floor out of 3 without elevator and was very hot due to the climate in Phuket . not clean. left garbage from previous guest found in the cabinets and dust was not removed event after calling for cleaner.

Room was full of mosquitoes and later found out that it was also termite infested. We are now worried that some bugs are brought back home, so leaving our bags in the bathroom for a while... The communication between different areas is horrible as well. When I ordered room service I requested for extra plates and cutlery as my kids were sharing a meal. The person taking the order asked me to call house keeping for this, which is strange as all I needed was another plate and cutlery. The house keeping never cleared the room service plates. It was cleaned and left in the sink. So that's nice I guess. On the good side, it's located fairly convenient if you need to stay central of the island. There's a lot of restaurants at the marina 2 min walk and there's a super market and ice rink within 5 min walk.

Meget velholdt hotel. Vi boede først i den gamle del som lå ved havnen, lidt længere væk fra poolen, men meget charmerende. Der var dog noget med aircondition der betød at værelset lugtede af røg når vi tændte den. Da vi nævnte det blev vi flyttet til hovedbygningen. Meget pænt og lækre værelser. Selve hotellet ligger lidt øde - der er lidt restauranter og et minimarked, men ellers ikke noget. Morgenmaden var dyr på hotellet. Hotellet var hyggeligt og der var venligt personale. Hotel was amazing, it is a very large complex so need a fair walk to get to your room if in a suite. For a room this expensive, my only fault of the motel is no pillow menu. (So not much to pick on) Location is not central to much other than the marina, food options around quite expensive because you are within the marina complex (so assume you have money) Supermarket just next door and 7-11 at end of driveway (all accessible with free shuttle from lobby) Taxi is very easy from lobby or driveway + fixed shown cost ( see photo ) which was great.

This hotel has had a real makeover, and it shows. The staff seemed very happy in their work, and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. The wide screen TV accepts external hard drive. The shower has great pressure and bathroom stocked with good shampoo and shower gel. Buffet breakfast was excellent but sadly, no Bacon. Parking is easy and right by the door. If I have to find one fault, the mattress is very hard, but always the same in Thailand 😉

At the arrival we were disappointed to see that our room was not in main hotel . We didn't understood it was outside when we did the reservation about marina's room. Maybe a way to improve details on your site description. However the area is quiet, safe and has a good restaurant proposals. Really good swimming pool and breakfast. So we are happy about our stay. The minibus to go from hotel to room is not so practical . 3 times we called it but had to go by walk to go faster.

Fantastiskt hotell. ”Plumpen i protokollet” var restaurangen på hotellet. Första kvällen intog vi vår middag där, beställde vi en fördrink var, servitrisen tog då även upp middags beställningen samtidigt. Allt tar enligt vårt förmenande väldigt lång tid (relativt), in kommer servitrisen med en fördrink + två öl som vi beställde till middagen!!! Den andra fördrinken var inte klar (en margarita)??? Så restaurangen drar ner hela upplevelsen, men i övrigt har vi inte sovit så gott som här i Thailand, äntligen mjuka madrasser och i övrigt var servicen mycket bra. Hotellet rekommenderas starkt, dock inte restaurangen.

There was a bait and switch. We stayed away from the main resort. Meaning we had to get a buggy every time we wanted to use the facilities. But overall we had a calm stress free restful break. Also the food is bland but still edible so i am sure we could recommend this resort

Very slow front desk service and poor response to guest needs. The room lacked basic supplies such as bottled water and face towels, and repeated calls to request them were unsuccessful. English communication and service efficiency need improvement. Check-in also took much longer than expected. I would only stay here again if necessary for a nearby family gathering.

Very good and sumptuous breakfast which was varied every morning. This hotel has very quiet location. So perfect for taking it easy. Pool has too few sun beds, but hotel guests can use nearby pool club. Housekeeping sometimes arrived very late, like 4pm. Laundry service impeccable. Room can also be in the marina buildings, and mine was without an elevator.
