Excellent pool area for kids! The Buddha head swim-up bar was a highlight. Very convenient for the beach and a huge variety of restaurants close by. The rooms and breakfast were fine. Overall, brilliant stay for families.

Pools were great and big in size, slides were fun and fast. Hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay that much better. Tuk tuks very close by, Karon beach only 300 meters away, good beach activities. Overall great stay and would come back.

The hotel was old and require lots of renovation inside rooms and the bathrooms. Outside area in particular the stairs in water slide was rusty and all the painting was worn-off. Very unpleasant when you walk up the stairs. Services were great and fast, never seen anything being left empty in breakfast buffet. Staff were very kind and helpful. The New Year dinner's ticket was sold way over priced in compare to what was offered. The music band playing the Russian songs for more than an hour was very annoying for other nationalities attending the party. It was such an unfair opportunity for everyone else regardless of the number of Russians being resident in the hotel. The management should reconsider how to select an enjoyable program for the entire guests who are staying in hotel and not to only pay attention to a specific nationality for their leisure.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and the staff were excellent. The facilities are showing signs of age, but overall this was an excellent place from which to enjoy Karon.

施設自体は古く劣化が目立ちますが、働いているスタッフの皆さんはとてもフレンドリーで気持ちよく過ごせました。ルームクリーニングは手が行き届いていませんが、お掃除の方は１人でたくさんの部屋を掃除していたので可哀想でした。それは掃除が行き届かなくても仕方ないと感じました。

ウォータースライダーはとても良かったです。子供用のスライダーでもたくさん遊べますし、大人用のものも4-5歳の子供も遊べて楽しめました。朝食会場や部屋に蟻がいるので、日本の感覚からすると衛生面が△という感じです。近くのTHAVORNにも泊まったのですが、こちらと比べると全体的にホテルのランクは落ちる印象です。

We arrived at the hotel at 3-4pm and got the keys to our 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms wasn’t cleaned yet and the housekeeper told us 30 min. Not what you really want after 14 hours of travelling. The rooms was very dirty even after cleaning. Hair in the shower and sand on the floor. We also had ants in the room for the entire stay. The hotel is in need of a renovation for sure. Otherwise, nice staff in the pool bar (small one) and breakfast.

The hotel is centrally located in Karon, within convenient walking distance to the beach, 7/11, eateries, money exchange and pharmacy. The property is expansive and carers to families with the option of 3 pools and water slides. Breakfast each morning had a good variety of food, catering to Asian and western preferences. The rooms were well appointed, but looked a little tired. The room smelt musty, but that's pretty normal for the climate. We preferred this accommodation over the neighbouring hotel. We will definitely stay again!

The resort offers a lot for the children but the quality of the room was poor and everything is showing its age. The room was most disappointing with leaking taps, poor airconditioning, broken light switches and lights and nothing remarkable for the price. The room makeup service made the beds, emplied bins and replaced towels, nothing more. Empty glasses were left for days and flooring not cleaned once in 5 days. The toddler pool was good for our youngest and so were the waterslides for our eldest. We also stayed at Thavorn prior to this resort and would pick Thavorn on our return trip as the overall quality of the resort was better. For a similar price the room was also much larger, everything worked and the rooms were maintained to a high degree. The pools and water slide were also excellent and breakfast was a little more diverse for a longer stay.

This property is conveniently located close to the beach, shops, bars and place we visit. The staff are all lovely and the slides with the pool are a bit hit with our family. My room was super quiet at night and the bed was comfy.

Children like the slides and swimming pool a lot. Room is very dated but clean. Food choice in buffet breakfast is not a lot but enough. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Easy access to beach but beach is not fit for swimming (big wave) when I went.

Our stay was great, friendly staff and a lovely resort. Thexresort is a bit tired and needs a refresh but all still functional. The housecleaning staff sometimes forgot rmto replace consumables such as tea, coffee, milk and toilet paper. The bars and staff were great but the cocktail list needs to be rotated, after a few days they git a bit boring. The location is in the quieter end but tuk tuks are always available or everything is a nice walk away.

Resort was OK. Was disappointed that the main onsite restaurant (Le Bayon) was unavailable for lunch and dinner every day during our stay due to an onsite conference/convention. This meant we had to leave the resort every night for a decent meal. Used the onsite Spa for a pedicure. It was literally just my nails being painted, not the traditional pedicure you would expect. Highly recommend hitting the street for Spa services. Daily breakfast was good if you were there extremely early (0600 - 0700). Resort was OK. Was disappointed that the main onsite restaurant (Le Bayon) was unavailable for lunch and dinner every day during our stay due to an onsite conference/convention. This meant we had to leave the resort every night for a decent meal. Used the onsite Spa for a pedicure. It was literally just my nails being painted, not the traditional pedicure you would expect. Highly recommend hitting the street for Spa services. Daily breakfast was good if you were there extremely early (0600 - 0700). The staff are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast buffet has a great selection. The place is close to the beach restaurants and shopping. The pool and water slides are a hit with the kids. Will definitely come back again.

Really looked forward to our stay, rooms are tired, lifts not working but the worst was the rude & disinterested staff who would push past you and did not offer the true Thailand experience, breakfast was terrible as they would scrap the plate in front of you with the trolley next to your table Very disappointing Kata Group

The housecleaning staff sometimes forgot rmto replace consumables such as tea, coffee, milk and toilet paper. The bars and staff were great but the cocktail list needs to be rotated, after a few days they git a bit boring. The location is in the quieter end but tuk tuks are always available or everything is a nice walk away.

The hotel is centrally located in Karon, within convenient walking distance to the beach, 7/11, eateries, money exchange and pharmacy. The property is expansive and carers to families with the option of 3 pools and water slides. Breakfast each morning had a good variety of food, catering to Asian and western preferences. The rooms were well appointed, but looked a little tired. The room smelt musty, but that's pretty normal for the climate. We preferred this accommodation over the neighbouring hotel. We will definitely stay again!

Excellent pool area for kids! The Buddha head swim-up bar was a highlight. Very convenient for the beach and a huge variety of restaurants close by. The rooms and breakfast were fine. Overall, brilliant stay for families.

The property is exactly as advertised. It is not fancy but meets all your needs. The pool, water slides and access to the beach are all great. The surrounding area has plenty of dining, shops, 7/11 and massage. For the bigger adventure 200 baht for taxi to other end of Karon ( lot more shop, markets etc) or 400 baht to Patong.

Children like the slides and swimming pool a lot. Room is very dated but clean. Food choice in buffet breakfast is not a lot but enough. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Easy access to beach but beach is not fit for swimming (big wave) when I went.

The hotel was old and require lots of renovation inside rooms and the bathrooms. Outside area in particular the stairs in water slide was rusty and all the painting was worn-off. Very unpleasant when you walk up the stairs. Services were great and fast, never seen anything being left empty in breakfast buffet. Staff were very kind and helpful. The New Year dinner's ticket was sold way over priced in compare to what was offered. The music band playing the Russian songs for more than an hour was very annoying for other nationalities attending the party. It was such an unfair opportunity for everyone else regardless of the number of Russians being resident in the hotel. The management should reconsider how to select an enjoyable program for the entire guests who are staying in hotel and not to only pay attention to a specific nationality for their leisure.

Rommet var rent, men sengene var kjempeharde. Spesielt madrassen øverst i køyesengen. Min sønn sa at den var like hard som gulvet. Opplevde at bassenget ikke var rent. Rengjøringspersonalet var heller ikke blide, og vi ble frastjålet en giftering, uten at det ble gjort noe mer med det. Ansatte i bar og restaurant var veldig hyggelige.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was far below my expectations. The room had an unpleasant smell, and the furniture and facilities appeared very old and poorly maintained. Overall, the room did not provide a comfortable environment. In addition, I was dissatisfied with the breakfast service. The quality and selection of food were poor, and there were birds flying around the dining area and eating food from guests’ plates. This created an unhygienic and unpleasant experience. Considering the price paid and the standards expected from a hotel, I found the overall experience unacceptable.

Staff brilliant, Rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable. Downsides - sunbeds and umbrellas are cheap and some are falling apart. The grounds themselves need some tlc. We stayed 20 years ago and it was a beautiful hotel. Now it’s kids focused and some of the walkways are patched up with offcuts of astroturf.
