Great stay - really helpful staff (we arrived very late with bikes but no problem at all) - comfy bed - and an excellent breakfast before we left

A decent stay in Poole , comfy bed , clean , decent TV , good parking , good location . Breakfast variety good and decent .

Staff helpful. Hotel really convenient for ferry. Room fine for a one night stay although the price had really shot up from when we stayed at Christmas.

The reception staff were helpful, the room is very spacious and clean and not to forget we had nice hot breakfast. We stayed for one night for the concert in Lighthouse which took us five minutes to walk back to the hotel and it’s near to town centre and train station. It’s an excellent location for all the facilities that we need.

Just back from 3 night break and was surprised at how quiet the hotel was well away from any noise of roads. Room was fine and had aircon and very good wifi included. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and refreshed regularly so never ran out of anything, only scrambled eggs no fried etc but that’s a minor issue. Parking bit steep at £10 for 24 hours. Fairly short walk into main front area of Poole for shops boat trips restaurants etc. Bit tricky to find way in and out of hotel on road system but fine once mastered
