Nice to have Pool facility, comfortable bed, clean & practical kitchen, good size dinning table. Water view from cross the road and 5 minutes walk down to beach. Only one thing I wasn't expected was gate noise. My room was just above parking gate and frequently made open/close noise when I was in bedroom. Otherwise I enjoyed our stay as easy to drive around city center, beach area and back to homely acomodation.

Excellent facilities, good kitchen and apartment was quite spacious. Only downside was that l was on the third floor and there is no lift to help get bags to the room. This is a minor concern. Good safe parking.

The room was a really good size, the heated pool and spa were well liked by our children.

Stayed two nights in August 2023. Very nice one bedroom apartment - spacious, comfortable and well equipped including laundry. Nice pool and BBQ area. Access from basement carpark difficult with no lifts. Good value.

A family oriented property with 2 pools and a spa, a barbecue area and Flynn’s Beach across the road. It is well maintained and comfortable. You would need a car here as shops and playgrounds are a short drive away.

The apartment had a strong musty odour upon entry, which persisted throughout the stay and created an unclean, damp atmosphere. There was visible mould in the bathroom, and the smell suggested potential mould in the carpet and furniture as well. The carpet and lounge were stained, and the bedding did not appear fresh. We raised this with management and strongly recommend a deep clean prior to hosting future guests, as mould poses serious health risks. We were provided with four towels and politely requested two additional towels for our children to use after the pool. This request was met with a dismissive response, stating, “You get four, that’s it,” followed by a patronising comment about using the washing machine provided. Most accommodations are willing to accommodate reasonable requests to enhance guest comfort, but this was not the case. Additionally, the washing machine drawer was broken, and no detergent was provided, making this suggestion impractical given our schedule. The bedroom’s fan/light system was faulty, Guests are required to carry all rubbish to a remote bin area at the end of the car park. Perhaps most disappointing was the poor customer service during and after our stay. Our feedback was met with a dismissive and unprofessional tone from the manager and staff. As business owners ourselves, we understand the importance of guest satisfaction and believe these interactions fell well short of acceptable hospitality standards.

What an incredibly well kept apartment property. Everything was spotless and the parking is really easy. Having stayed at many apartments in Australia, this property is low-key but very sufficient and in tip-top condition. Beach properties like this can get run down easily, but you know that much care has gone into the maintenance of this place. We were so happy to have stayed here!

we had to change rooms twice as the air-conditioners were riddled with black mould. there was also thick black mould in the shower. cleanliness of the room overall was good, was a shame we were unable to use the air-conditioners though because of the excessive mould

My daughter and I stayed 3 nights here. We had a big apartment on the ground floor which had all the things we needed and was very clean and nice. We especially loved the pool area and spent many hours here. Perfect for families with kids! The area was not that interesting though - but very close to the beach. We didnt mind much, since we had already stayed a few days at a place close to the center of Port Macquarie. - and if you have a car it wont be much difficult to also get to town, supermarkets and so on, but the area around the hotel in itself is not very interesting. Very close to Flynn’s beach though!

Nice 2-day stay and good comfort. The appartments are not brand new but the beds are high comfort. A few things in the kitchen needed an extra cleaning but with the dish washer it was easy. The staff is kind.

The property was easy to find, located directly across from Flynn's Beach, and the property manager greeted us with a smile. I stayed on the third floor, which offered the best beach views. The apartment was incredible—clean, furnished well, and low maintenance. The grounds were well-manicured, featuring beautiful flowers throughout. The pool, spa, and seating area were also clean and well-maintained. I hope to return again soon.

Clean, comfortable, spacious 2bed RM unit. Newly renovated. Highly recommended.

We would have liked to see lifts or easier access to units. Bed was very hard to sleep on. I ended up back pain in am deim bed. The stay was wonderful we were able to met up with family and not have to move from the units.

Nice ocean view. Warning for those with bad knees - no elevator so ask for a ground unit!

Great location across from Flynn’s beach and a good apartment with views of the beach from some of the windows. Great amenities such as the pool and heated spa. Good communication with property manager. Would stay there again.

Goed onderhouden en ruim appartement. Ons appartement wel donker binnen, omdat het in de hoek lag tegenover een muur. Comfortabeke bedden. Terras met uitzicht op zwembad was aangenaam. Mooi zwembad met spa. Bbq ruimte in de schaduw. Wandelafstand tot strand en busstop. Ligging aan vrij drukke weg, constant lawaai van auto's is storend.

The apartment was large, modern and well appointed and clean as a whistle. The kitchen had everything you could need and the laundry felt like a bonus - with both dryer and drying rack available (with pegs, yay!) So if you're like me and forget to pack little essentials (bottle opener!) finding them already here made things so easy. Beautiful beach across the road and great pool / spa. wifi good at night, a little sketchy during the day. I will be coming back!

booked for three days. got a phone call from apartments saying we have restricted parking movements on the Sunday from 4am to 4pm. due to Ironman event. had we have known when we booked would have only booked 2 days. asked for a refund for last day as we were leaving early on Saturday ie 9am. got told no we don't refund. sofa bed was broken and had a printed sign saying it was broken also full of dust and stains on carpet. have photos to verify

Location is great and close to the beach. No issues at all with the booking and communication.

Very noisy from traffic and neighbours, need double glazing. Shower advertised as rain head, nope just stock standard round head. TV advertised as cable - nope free to air only and not all channels available Asked for someone to get back to me re issues nope!

I was lucky enough to have 3 weeks on and off in these apartments with a work trip. I travel 2/3 of the year with work and these apartments and staff members are one of the best I’ve come across. The apartments are so spacious and comfortable and the staff were so kind and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay and my work colleagues as comfortable as possible. From juggling around bookings to help us extend or finding us an apartment at very short notice. Great apartments, awesome location and amazing staff.

The apt was clean and had good amenities. The pool was heated and the spa was nice and big. The parking was easy and communication with manager was good. The location is right across from the beach and food is right down the street. would absolutely recommend this place and if we go to the Port again we would stay here.

The Customer service was very good. The apartment was very spacious, very clean and tidy. The pool and surrounding gardens are very well maintained and a lovely balcony to sit and read whilst overlooking the pool and garden area. There are no elevators for this coastal complex, however, every apartment on all three levels are easily accessible. Thankyou for a wonderful weekend stay in your lovely town of Port Macquarie..

We had a lovely family stay, apartment had everything we need to cook our meals, relax and get a good sleep with 3 little kids. Pool we great and team at the desk were very helpful

Overall good experience. Handy to everything, undercover parking. Stayed in top floor room, note there are quite a few stairs and a bit of traffic noise if facing the busy street. Nice clean apartment.

Perfect stay with 2 kids. Clean and tidy apartment. Across the road from Flynn beach. Kids spent hours in the pool and spa. Great communication with staff when needed. A little far away from main part of town to walk with kids but just a 5 min drive. Would highly recommend

This place was fine. A bit dated and it felt a bit strange with all the rooms kind of looking in on each other with the way all the rooms wrap around the pool in a U shape but in general it was good. Pool was nice and clean and warm. Room was clean. You can’t walk into the main town area from here through. Definitely need to drive. The beach across the road is beautiful. Definitely visit pilot beach which about 40 mins drive south. Fine place to stay for 2-3 nights. I don’t think I could stay here for a week. A bit confined for me.
