Apartment not clean well. Lot of hairs in bedroom, dirty bed linen. Asked twice in reception to clean it but nothing to do with that. Very average and basic breakfast. Very limited parking space. Apartment big enough for family. Nice area around, short distance to restaurant, shops, park and metro.

We booked this room for our friends, a family of 3. We checked in with them and all of us were impressed with the room and entire property. The front desk person spoke English, Czech and Russian and was very helpful and kind. Our friends reported that the beds were comfortable, every inch of the room was spotless and the breakfast was perfect and delicious. They said they would stay here again. Based on my short time at the property, I too, would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. Parking is impossible in the area, so if you have a car, I recommend staying elsewhere.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. The bathrooms (toilet and shower separate rooms) were tight spaces, but manageable. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I look forward to our next visit!

We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and at the end of our trip. We went to Munich between visits. This was a wonderful place to stay perhaps one of our favorites of all the places we have stayed outside of Disney resorts! The staff is very friendly and helpful! The rooms were very clean and plenty of space! Transportation is within a few minutes walking and all the attractions are close using public transportation. Restaurants and cafes are all right in the area on every street. We had a fantastic time and it was very relaxing. I looked forward coming back to our room every night because it was so nice and comfortable which was important after a lot of sightseeing and walking during the day! Breakfast in the morning was delicious and everything was fresh made, an extra bonus! Prague is a beautiful city and hopefully we can come back and stay here again! We had a great time!

This is my favorite Prague hotel/apartment. It is not exceptionally fancy, but extremely, clean and comfortable. The staff goes way beyond being helpful to making one feel very much at home and welcomed. As someone who has been staying in Prague hotels for decades, this an exceptional staff, location and facility. I can't say enough good about them!

Personale molto accogliente, cortese e disponibile. Struttura molto comoda ai mezzi di trasporto per raggiungere il centro storico in pochi minuti. Ambiente pulito, ordinato con ampia scelta per la ottima colazione.

We liked the Hotel Orion a lot. The hotel was close to everything but far enough away from the crazy crowds to make it the perfect stay. It was so obvious that the owners care deeply about their place and did all they could to make our stay exceptional. Kate and Anton at the front desk were so helpful! The rooms were beyond spacious and were spotless! The neighborhood has some wonderful place to eat and drink. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Orion.

We stayed at Hotel Orion for a month in a lovely apartment. The property is attractive, clean, and well-maintained, and located in a quieter, yet convenient district of Prague. This Hotel is located perfectly for vacation purposes. It is a nice and quiet neighbourhood and close to many attractions and public transport. Some of the Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful but others not so much. The breakfast could do with an upgrade. There is a lot of street lights around and the curtains in the rooms are not sufficient to block this out. The room was very light which made it hard to sleep. The bed is also very hard. Other than that the stay was perfect. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen well equipped. The photos do not do it justice. It worked perfectly for our family vacation.

The bed in the otherwise large and light apartment, which is on street level for everyone to hear and see, is an absolute disaster. The thin mattress left bruises on my back and have to be the most uncontrollable experience I ever had I. A hotel. The younger staff are friendly and correct, the older ladies not do much.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Hotel Orion. The apartment was really spacious - dated decor but I think that was part of its charm. We used the sauna which isn't free of charge but an amazing amenity to have onsite and a great thing to do on a rainy day! The reception is 24H so was perfect for a couple of our late night! We also got late check-out for a very reasonable fee. Would recommend and would stay again. Would recommend the area as it's close enough to the main attractions, but also felt local and authentic.

Property is filled with polite and helpful staff and is not located to far away from the metro, the hotel and staff provided me with an enjoyable experiance, the only improvement I can reccomend is the room decor and some more comfortable beds but lovely hotel would deffinetly stay again.

Receptionist had booked an airport transfer but as the company they use hadn't confirmed. We had to book an Uber. Then the original taxi turned up! All a bit stressful and embarrassing. The room we stayed in had some very industrial type noises going on during night ,probably the main boiler but did not help sleeping. We have stayed there (different room) before and no problem. Breakfast is great and cleanliness superb

I feel so at home and secured staying at Orion Hotel. The apartment is very Spacious and the location is central. The breakfast is delicious! The staffs are very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this place to all who want to sightseeing or visiting in Prague.

Es ist ein schönes, sauberes und freundliches Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und schön eingerichtet. Bis auf einen Herren an der Rezeption ist das Personal sehr nett, denn dieser eine Herr war genervt Getränke auszugeben und genervt, dass schon wieder Deutsche kommen. Wir sind als 3 Familien gereist, kamen zu unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten aus verschiedenen Regionen Deutschlands an. Sarkastische Bemerkungen über den Kauf von Bier und Sekt anlässlich eines Geburtstages waren beim Check Out inklusive. Sonst war es ein sehr netter Aufenthalt.

We liked the Hotel Orion a lot. The hotel was close to everything but far enough away from the crazy crowds to make it the perfect stay. It was so obvious that the owners care deeply about their place and did all they could to make our stay exceptional. Kate and Anton at the front desk were so helpful! The rooms were beyond spacious and were spotless! The neighborhood has some wonderful place to eat and drink. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Orion.

Receptionist had booked an airport transfer but as the company they use hadn't confirmed. We had to book an Uber. Then the original taxi turned up! All a bit stressful and embarrassing. The room we stayed in had some very industrial type noises going on during night ,probably the main boiler but did not help sleeping. We have stayed there (different room) before and no problem. Breakfast is great and cleanliness superb

While the room was clean and felt safe, that’s about the end of the compliments I can offer. We only stayed one night, but it was easily the worst night of sleep I’ve had at a hotel. If you like to exfoliate your skin with sandpaper, you’ll love the sheets and duvet cover on the bed. Our hotel room featured only half of a toilet paper roll. When we asked the front desk for another roll of toilet paper, they asked how much we were given before being giving us another.

We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and at the end of our trip. We went to Munich between visits. This was a wonderful place to stay perhaps one of our favorites of all the places we have stayed outside of Disney resorts! The staff is very friendly and helpful! The rooms were very clean and plenty of space! Transportation is within a few minutes walking and all the attractions are close using public transportation. Restaurants and cafes are all right in the area on every street. We had a fantastic time and it was very relaxing. I looked forward coming back to our room every night because it was so nice and comfortable which was important after a lot of sightseeing and walking during the day! Breakfast in the morning was delicious and everything was fresh made, an extra bonus! Prague is a beautiful city and hopefully we can come back and stay here again! We had a great time!

This Hotel is located perfectly for vacation purposes. It is a nice and quiet neighbourhood and close to many attractions and public transport. Some of the Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful but others not so much. The breakfast could do with an upgrade. There is a lot of street lights around and the curtains in the rooms are not sufficient to block this out. The room was very light which made it hard to sleep. The bed is also very hard. Other than that the stay was perfect. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen well equipped. The photos do not do it justice. It worked perfectly for our family vacation.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. The bathrooms (toilet and shower separate rooms) were tight spaces, but manageable. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I look forward to our next visit!

Das Hotel und die Angestellten sind TOP !!! Das Frühstück allerdings ist unterirdisch schlecht. Schlechter geht es wirklich nicht. Ich bin ja so der Mensch, der sich morgens aufs Frühstück freut, aber ich und meine Frau waren schon echt am überlegen ob wir woanders Frühstücken. Die verkehrsanbindung von Tram & Bus & Metro sind gut. Maximal 10 Minuten Fußweg sind erforderlich um alles zu erreichen. Fahrkarten dafür gibt es ohne Aufpreis im Hotel.

The suite was a perfect size and setting for 2 adults and 2 children. Very close to any transportation and conveniently placed within a walking distance to the city center, if walking is something you enjoy like I do. Well stocked with essentials and very clean. Included breakfast had great variety of foods. Not overwhelming and everything I e would need to start the day right. Even gluten and lactose free options which is important to me. With the 3 lovely ladies, I felt like sitting in my mom’s kitchen being taken care of. I’m certain that I’ll be staying there again.

Spotless hotel, breakfast good for omnis/veggies but limited for vegans (email ahead if you are). Lift only goes to 5th floor so you have to walk the rest of the way if your room is on the 6th floor. Local bars that serve food and had vegan options (Blatouch, Zanzibar, Ron Bar) very handy and in a lovely neighbourhood. Quiet at night with no trams rumbling past or traffic noise even with the windows open. Facilities in the room are good. We didn’t use the hob or kettle though. Air con was much needed so we were grateful we had it and it worked very well. Beds are comfy. Storage was more than sufficient for a week’s stay and there is a safe with instructions on how to set it up in the room. Bathroom was clean with a large shower cubicle but the water pressure let it down as the shower, or taps in the hand basin would just stop suddenly and you had to wait a while before the water started running again. Obviously this affected the kitchen too so one day I couldn’t even fill up my water bottle when I wanted to. If they can sort this out it would be a perfect hotel. ✔️

Large clean room in nice and quiet location yet walking distance to anywhere you need or want. Don’t want to walk-just ask the staff and they’ll advise and/or arrange a car. The staff is awesome. They are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and multilingual.

We stayed in the exclusive apartment with a balcony, the view alone was worth the money. Amazing view to the west, toward prague castle and the surrounding area, highly reccomend this room from the view alone. Bathroom was amazing and seemed to have newly been renovated to modern standards. Oils, shampoo and soap was all stocked in the room and there was a washing machine incase you want to clean your clothes during your stay. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, the whole place had an amazingly cozy feeling. breakfast was good and decently diverse. Location was great, lots of transport options available in the area, with busses, trams, and metros often going every 6 minutes. All within walking distance, tickets are gotten from using “PID litacka” we opted for the 72hour ticket for our stay and its highly recommended to have the freedom to take any tram, bus or metro you need. 10/10 highly recommend
