Kjempe flott hotell midt i sentrum og gåavstand til alle fasilitetene. Synd det ikke var heis på hotellet når man bodde i toppetasjen. Anbefaler dette hotellet på det sterkeste.

Perfect location, peculiar rooms, and great bar!

The hotel had the Look and feel of Prague and food was great BUT room smelled like smoke and the dance nightclub nearby made it impossible to sleep. I even used ear plugs but there was a constant flow of drunk loud people outside. That was a huge disappointment.

The area is very noisey from the music of the hotel restaurant downstairs. The music goes all day and doesn’t stop until 11:00pm. Location is good walking distance to most of the sites. The bathrooms had broken floor tiles, the shower head was leaking and the toilet seat was broken. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel.

Great old town location, 25 min walk from train station, great restaurant and very good buffet breakfast and coffee. Also, old town interior rooms with modern bathroom. And, very close (2 min walk) to river.

This place is a jewel. Beautifully decorated rooms, right in the middle of all the action. Loved it. It does not have an elevator, but other than that, I was delighted with the hotel.

Super Lage, direkt in der Fussgänger Zone Eingang nicht einfach zu finden, leider ist das parken in der Nähe ausgesprochen teuer mit 32 Euro/Tag. Hotel hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Auch hat es keinen Lift um auf die Etagen zu gelangen

Wir waren nochmals auf Prag-Tour,dieses Mal aber mit dem Zug angereist und daher entschieden Wir Uns für das Zlateho Stromu,daß nur 70Meter vor der Karlsbrücke gelegen ist.Ein Schönes,Altes Haus jedoch ohne Fahrstuhl und Wir duften bis in den 4.Stock hochlaufen-mit 2Koffern und nach einer 6stündigen Zugfahrt nicht gerade der Bringer!Wir können Uns bis heute noch keinen Reim darüber machen,warum gerade Wir,obwohl Wir schon weit im Voraus gebucht hatten,daß Kleinste und daß Oberste Zimmer bekommen haben?Anmerkung;Hotel war in der Zeit nicht Ausgebucht.Ansonsten eine Top Lage,Frühstück ordentlich,jedoch ohne die Typischen Hörnchen,Personal zuvorkommend und Professionell und im Haus ist ebenfalls ein ordentliches Restaurant mit guter Küche.Für Erkundungen in alle Gegenden der Altstadt Bestens zu empfehlen!Wir kommen sicher wieder-jedoch nur,wenn Wir ein Zimmer im unterem Bereich kriegen,daher lieber direkt vor Ort buchen und Zimmer angucken,einige Zimmer sind Mega-Alt und Schön!

The location is very convenient? Just few steps from Karlov Bridge and 3 min. to Astronomical Clock and Old Town Main Square. The Hotel is above restaurant and night bar. No elevator. The reception on second floor. The breakfest offered in the restaurand down stairs for 23 Euro is not so satisfactory. Room is small, window opening on the busiest street - Karlov Street, so it always noisy, during day and night. No Airconditioner in the room. The hotel is supplying big Ventilator, which is very noisy. On top of that, the mattress definitely not new, not holding the back well, caused me back pain. I trying to be gentle :) On the good side, the staff is very polite, welcome. The hotel is clean.

Our stay here was pretty good. The location is great as it’s right by the Charles Bridge and many restaurants and transit options. The staff was good and we had no issues. The room was clean. The only problem we found was that the shower head was broken so the water didn’t come out properly.

本館ではなく、3つ隣の工事中の建物に案内された。 建物入り口で喫煙している人が常にいて、出入りするにも大変だった。 内装は伝統的できれいだった。

5 stars for location, and staff esp Katarina receptionist, breakfast, cleanliness Negative for management, hence giving average 3 stars. I was traveling solo, booked by room in June for Nov stay. For first night I was given a smaller room in unfinished section of hotel in building adjacent to main hotel, which is under construction. The heater in the room did not work. I called and receptionist confirmed that it is not working but was not disclosed to me when giving me the room. After my complain manager came to fix, mocked at me saying 'toughen up'. The heat was set to highest, but still room didn't warm overnight. I gave bad review on Expedia for hotel checkin. Next morning around 8am, receptionist called to say giving me different room. It was right next to her desk, in main hotel building, and big room that I had paid for. So beware when traveling alone, as they will try to squeeze you in tiny room even though you paid for a bigger room. Room had robe, slippers, bath gel, shampoo and lotion. No shower curtain so bathroom gets wet after taking shower. Have to climb over high tub walls to get inside the shower area. Management will try to add tip in the checkout bill. I don't like these sneaky practice. They should be only collecting tax, ask receptionist to remove the tip. Hotel is in nice location, but I can't see staying there again due to shady management.

Perfekt läge, rent och välstädat. Tyst trots sitt centrala läge precis vid Karlsbron.

Posizione eccellente, location caratteristica ma l’immobile potrebbe essere manutenuto meglio: molto rumoroso, qualsiasi passo genera un forte scricchiolio, insonorizzazione praticamente assente.

Mycket prisvärt hotell med utmärkt läge. Lite slitet delvis men nytt och fräscht badrum och sängar.

Det er et hyggeligt hotel, gammeldags stil. Der er pænt og rent. Det ligger meget centralt. Der er desværre ikke aircon.

Personalet er lite vennlig. Ikke heis så det er kronglete å ta med baggasjen opp alle etasjene. Renhold var elendig. Mye støv i rommet. Hår i badekaret da vi ankom. Det er kun iskaldt vann på badet, så man kvier seg for å ta seg en dusj der av mange grunner. Både levende og døde edderkopper på rommet. NULL ventilasjon så det er varmere og klamt inne på rommet enn det det er ute. Hvis man sliter med migrene eller allergi er ikke dette hotellet man burde oppholde seg på. Resepsjonen er heller ikke døgnåpen, så man må styre med nøkler.. Vi spurte om de kunne oppbevare baggasjen vår siste dag. Da vi kom tilbake lå alt foran resepsjonen.. lett tilgjengelig for andre. Eneste som var positivt var beliggenheten. Jeg har mistet tillit til Hotels.com som mener at dette er et 4 stjernes hotell. Jeg ville ikke gitt den 3 stjerner en gang. Vil råde folk til å sjekke hotellet på google maps og aller helst velge et annet hotell. Jeg reiser mye og jeg må si at hotellet ødela en god del av oppholdet vårt.

Hace calor en las habitaciones

Zentral in der Altstadt gelegen, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Karlsbrücke. Deshalb nachts ein wenig unruhig. Hotel ungemütlich.

Nice quant old hotel. If you want to experience an old world hotel feel in Old Prague, this is it. You are close to everything. You are also located on the main thoroughfare to the Charles Bridge. It's a very busy area late into the nite. If you have a room on the street side it will be quite noisy late into the evening. Also, if it's busy cars can not use the street in front of the main entrance, so it's a bit tricky to get dropped off by car service or taxi, just need to be aware of it.

Conveniently located right by Charles Bridge and a few blocks from old town. I was able to walk through the whole town with no problems to see the sites I wanted to visit. The staff was kind and the room was HUGE in comparison to what you’d typically get from a European hotel. If you are a sensitive sleeper, you have have trouble here with club goers outside most of the night.

It’s a great location but there can be street noise, is what it is.

I booked a standard room with king size bed one month in advance, but was assigned a room with twin beds. I arrived at the hotel around 8pm, and there was no frond-desk. The next morning I talked to the front desk that I'd like to change to the type of room that I booked, but was told that the change was not possible as the hotel was fully booked, but can put the twin beds together so that they'd look like a king-size bed. However, twin beds put together does not make a king-size bed.

It was great service, snd the staff was Amazing. Truly recomend! Althoug it was a bit struggle to manage all the hotel-room keys. But overall, a great experience!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The reception is up on the 2nd floor and the rooms are in another buildings. There is no lift and you have to carry your bags yourself. There is no help. And there is no air conditioning. The area is noisy.

God beliggenhed, med alting i gåafstand og sporvogne på begge sider af Karlsbroen så man fra dette hotel kan nå alt i Prag nemt og bekvemt

Es el mejor hotel en el que nos pide mi circuito de Europa. Lo recomiendo mucho si quieres hacer una pausa a la mitad de tu viaje visitando Praga, gran comodidad, un excelente baño con Tina mejor ubicación, a unos pasos del puente de Carlos y el hotel. tiene un exquisito restaurant, un gran desayuno buffet lo mejor de valor por tu dinero.

We booked a standard room and we got a twin room. They did nothing to help us other than offer us a room in a different location. As we were with friends this did not work for us. We paid 22euro for the breakfast which was a joke. Basically a breakfast that in other situation would and should be free. Do not pay for the breakfast. There are tons of lovely cafes all around the hotel

Nice old hotel with a perfect location. We book a room at the top floor which I think was a good idea. The breakfast was quite small and the hostess was more interesting of counting guests and ask for the room numbers instead of checking the buffe. Water was empty, coffe machine was empty, scrambled eggs was empty. No plates etc etc....

Dårlig betjening i tedtsurant

No tiene ascensor ni aire acondicionado, sin embargo, su ubicación es inmejorable. Las habitaciones son muy lindas, el personal amable, el desayuno es bastante bueno al igual que los platillos y los cocktails del restaurante!
