In a good location. Over the weekend there was nobody around to help. Had trouble getting parking 1st night..Someone was in my spot. Emergency contact person unable to resolve.

Nice kitchen in basement . A couple of parking spots on site on a first come first serve basis. Very convenient location.

Only 3 on-site parking spots are reservable. It is adequate for a place to rest after a day of touring Quebec City. It is conveniently located near many restaurants.

Boutique style hotel, operating largely by emails. No reception. Keypad entrance to hotel and rooms. Limited parking at extra cost. Room comfortable and clean. A small self-catering area with fridge, kettle, toaster and seating. Nice building, not easy to find due to eccentric numbering along Grand Allee. Easiest direction is corner of Ave Tache.

We stayed in a bedroom right next to the reception and we could hear the "beeping" of the code box that opens the hotel door every time somebody entered the hotel - not pleasant.. The room and bathroom needs renovation... And I am not talking about the "vintage" furniture... And the cleaning could be better. The hotel is not in old town, but close enough. We could not park at the hotel (only 3 parking spots and uncovered) but there are several options close by and some of them covered, which is a plus when it's snowing.

설명글을 제대로 확인 못했었는데 엘레베이터가 없습니다. 캐리어가 많거나 무겁다면 계단을 통해 직접 들고 올라가야합니다. 그리고 셀프 체크인을 해야하는데 위챗으로 정보를 준다고 합니다. 근데 위챗이 안깔려있어서 체크인 방법을 몰라 좀 당황했었습니다. 방 컨디션은 좋았고 위치도 올드퀘백 걸어다니기 좋았습니다.

Great location. Limited parking and at an additional cost.

My family and I had a very nice stay at Manoir de la Tour. The king-size beds were very comfortable, and the location (near the Plains of Abraham, beautiful Joan of Arc Garden, and the Museum of Beaux-Arts) was excellent. Although there was not a full kitchen, they did have a common room with a microwave, sink, full-size fridge, and a place to sit... so that was helpful. Our only criticism is that the wood floors could have been cleaner. Otherwise we highly recommend! :)

a very nice place to stay in Quebec. It's different from other hotels because you don't have a reception with people. Check-in is done online but you still had the necessary amenities in the room (Nespresso coffee maker, towels, bathroom items, etc.) that you can replace yourself if necessary. It has two communal kitchens with utensils, microwave and electric oven. It's a 20-minute walk from downtown Quebec

The room did not seem to have been vacuumed. The A/C likely did not work well, so they put a portable unit in. This would have been OK, but they attached the exhaust to posterboard and duct taped it to an open window - the tape did not hold - rather tacky. It would be a very nice place if cleaner and a working A/C unit. The bed was nice and the location is great.

We had a basement unit and the room smelled mold. Very few parking available on tbe premise.

Très propre, manque de rien. Très bien situé. Stationnement limité. Vieille bâtisse, alors insonorisation déficiente.

We stayed 7 nights but the room wasn’t made over once. Had to keep emptying the small garbage bin myself. Limited hanging space for clothes- just 3 hooks and 3 hangers but nowhere for hangers other than on hooks. No iron in room. Only French language channels on TV , tried to load English channels but pass code protected. Reception not manned so had to telephone for help as entry code sent before arrival didn’t work- met other guests with same problem. 3 days before my trip I emailed the manager to ask whether I could leave luggage at hotel before check- in, as my flight arrived at 9am, but didn’t receive a response - check-in was at 4pm.

Driveway not plowed, hard to get in. Drain is plugged in shower. Other than that clean facility, nice room. Dont forget to pay for parking when you book, as parking is extra!

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very quiet, safe, and central. Right next to the Plains of Abraham. I walked in the area at 10 PM and felt safe. I didn't mind the contactless check in However, my room had some strange humid smell. And the staff said that it was probably going to turn away if I turned on the fan. It never went away. When I told them I couldn't find the AC, they promised to bring a portable AC AND they never brought it. Never. They apologized but they never brought it over two days. Due to the musty smell, I had allergies. I thought this smell issue was only a thing for the rooms in the basement but I was on the ground floor. That smell and the lack of staff follow through would affect if I come back to the hotel in future visits

Excellent location. Staff very responsive. Beds comfortable. Rooms clean and fresh. I would return. Parking easy and available for us at hotel location.

Good location, but overall the worst hotel experience I’ve had in Old Quebec. The room was very small with a low ceiling and a persistent odour that smelled like aged urine; staff only tried to cover it with bleach. There were also signs of mold, poor ventilation, and mosquitoes after staff left the window open (no screen). For over $400 per night, the conditions were poor value for the cost

Bel hotel bien placé, propre et tres agreable et au calme. On regrette que la chambre etait petite et sans rangement. Bien pour un court sejour. On aurait aime une chambre plus grande.

La chambre était minuscule, impossible d’être debout d’un côté du lit. Le lit était raide et les oreillers inconfortables. Il y a une cafetière sans café dans la chambre. Le pommeau de douche 4/10.

The hotel was clean and pleasant - glaring issue was how loud everything was. Very difficult to sleep when you can hear every door being closed and every foot step throughout the building.

When we arrived, it warm in the room. I texted to ask how to turn on the a/c. We did not get a response, but we eventually got it to come on. We left to go walk around Quebec and returned at 8:10. The air had shut off while we were gone & the room was warm again. I texted again & did not have a response by the time we went to bed. We opened the window to try to get some air. We received a text around 10pm, that I didn't see until morning. They asked if we had it figured out. I replied to let them know what happened & asked if we could even just get a fan to move some air. We left for breakfast & to do a bit of sight-seeing. They texted as we were walking back. They asked if we would like to change rooms (this was around 11am) I said yes. She said she would get back to me. We were trying to plan our day & didn't want to wait, so I asked if there were any updates. She said they would send a maintenance person to check & hopefully fix it so we wouldn't have to move. We left to go enjoy our time. We got back & it was on, but not coming out cool & shut back off again. She again asked about changing rooms. I said yes, we would like that. We had the room door open since it was cooler in the hallway. The maintenance man came back to check. I again just asked for a new room. He got it to come on & then it shut off again 45 min later. They finally gave us a new room around 7PM. The air worked great in there. Someone took our parking space the last night. They gave us a refund on that.

J'ai été déçu de mon séjour. Aucune place de stationnement de disponible. Il y a seulement 3 places de stationnement. Notre chambre était située à côté de la porte principale. On entendait le va et vient. La chambre est très petite et je n'ose pas imaginer une famille de 4 personnes dans cette chambre. Côté insonorisation, on entend les occupants des autres chambres. Côté propreté, c'était moyen avec des cheveux dans la salle de bain. L'emplacement est très bien tout comme le confort du lit.

Amazing Location!! The hotel is located within walking distance of almost all city attractions, our room was cute and cozy, and very clean. I took a star out for 2 reasons: you will be given a code to enter both hotel and your room, and my code was disabled before 11 am! My partner went out earlier in the morning and when he came back he wasn't able to get in, if both of us had left, we wouldn't be able to come back to our room and pack! The second reason is because the staff are not actually in the hotel, I was not able to leave my luggage (a carry-on and a backpack) in the hotel on my last day, and not even late check-out was possible. So be prepared if your flight is later in the day.

Check-in was difficult since the code for room was not working. Windows did not close and latch properly.

Superbe endroit tranquille. Nous avons eu de la difficulté avec notre code accès pour notre chambre, nous avons appelé la personne ressource et il a réglé notre problème rapidement, tres efficace. On vous recommande l'endroit.

Il n'y a pas de service de petit déjeuner contrairement à ce qui était indiqué. Le code ne marche que sur une entrée. De plus ils avaient changé le code sans nous avertir nous avons dû appeler le service d'urgence pour pouvoir rentrer dans l'hôtel le deuxième soir. Et réveillés à 6h30 à cause de la lumière car les rideaux ne couvrent pas bien les fenêtres.

Excelente ubicación

This hotel was centrally located in an area that was convenient to so many things. Dining, historic, museums, shopping, etc. The area is charming. The property is no frills but no worries, there are so many frills around that you will not even worry. Bring good walking shoes and a smile. Note: check with your phone carrier to make sure you will have your desired coverage. We did not and had to rely on local options.

L’absence de personnel à la réception peut-être parfois ressentie. Toutefois la chambre était confortable et bien propre pour un hôtel économique. L’atout principal de l’hôtel est son emplacement près du centre-ville et à distance de marche des attractions et de plusieurs restaurants. Le stationnement dans la rue y est un peu compliqué et nécessitera une dépense de $25/nuit dans les stationnements publiques environnants.

Très joli hôtel avec chambres et lits très confortables. Le centre-ville est à 10 minutes à pied, donc idéalement situé.

Loved our stay here! Very close to the Quebec Summer Festival which we had tickets to. We were able to go by foot from the hotel!

Nice quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the major attractions. Very close to the Plains of Abraham and Martello Tower 2.

No window screen to enjoy fresh air without bugs entering the room. Back door lock was broken for us to bring our luggages and had to climb the front stairs. No coffee service in the mornings. No room service for three days of our stay.
