The hotel was lovely. Awesome location to Museum, Titanic exhibit, Old Town , Hop On Hop Off bus stop. Matteo (Resturant) , was attached to hotel… great Italian food! Suggest making a reservation. Loved the Auberges “self serve” wine bar! Did not eat breakfast there. Suggest SMITHS bakery that’s near by!! We will return to this lovely hotel!

We appreciated the pre-registration and the fact that they allowed us to access our room despite the fact that we arrived early. There was a gentleman in the lobby who was extremely helpful with getting our luggage up to our room and also helped with check out. Safe and covered parking was amazing during a snow storm. Fantastic location!!! Amazing coffee machine in lobby. Very happy with our experience overall. Great value for the cost!

Excellent service from the time we got out of our vehicle to when we left. The valet service was amazing. They helped bring all our luggage and bags to our room. They told us about some of the events that were happening in town that we didn’t know about. The staff are extremely friendly and the hotel is very clean and environmentally conscious.

Did not like the decor, out of character for the area. Shower fixture was very hard to “tune” No on site parking, $40/ for valet parking, cos no on site parking. Staff were good and friendly.

Clean and convenient location! We loved our junior suite. Lots to do and see around the area. There’s no parking (extra $) but there was always a spot on the street and a bigger parking lot about 2 mins walk away.

Not worth the money. Only 2 good things about this place are location and relatively friendly staff. Property is beat up and dirty. No exhaust fan in the bathrooms. No microwave in the room or the entire hotel. Coffee machine broken all the time. Paint chipping off the ceiling. Cracked bathroom sink. Spider webs. You can hear people from the room above and adjacent to your room. Not worth the exorbitant price.

A beautiful auberge ,spotlessly clean and impeccably maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the valet who warmly welcomed us upon arrival. The location is perfect, within walking distance of great restaurants and the charm of Old Quebec.Will definitely return.

très belle hôtel, très bien situé, nous avons beaucoup aimé , l’ambiance et l’odeur nous as donné envie d’y retourner. Bémol dans notre chambre, poussiéreux et nous avons eu a déplacer un fauteuil pour placer notre valise et c’était sale sous le fauteuil. mais en sommes nous recommandons cette hôtel.

Pros : we had a suite and the layout is great with a great view and well furnished. Location is very practical. Cons : The bed was announced as a Queen size but it’s smaller. The spring mattress was awful and we didn’t sleep well the 2 nights we were there. This is the main reason I can’t give more than 3 stars hence the sleep is the main service of an hotel. The shower has minimal pressure and adjusting the temperature was tricky. Finally: The TV has no connection option or streaming options other than the local cable TV it has on it. I would expect more in 2026

Beautiful room, a little tight for 4 people but very comfortable. We are 2 adults and 2 kids. Water pressure is quite weak and hot water takes awhile t get there. Room should have a few more hooks to hang towels - nowhere to place them, ending up cluttering the room that is already a bit tight for 4 people. WE loved out stay there. Staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Location is brilliant, in old town, a few minutes hike to the Frontenac. Nice charming streets.

The bed was very comfortable. There were l'occitane products in the bathroom. The front desk staff were superb and often went above and beyond for me. It was very walkable to the old town sites. The only downside was that i could hear the people walking in the room above me.

We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 a.m. We were told that rooms were not promised until 4:00. I understand this policy, but I believe when you know guests have checked in early in the day that you would make an effort to get those rooms ready first. They knew what room we were assigned to when they stored our luggage at 9:30. When we checked back at 2:30 we were told that unless they had contacted us, the room was not ready. We were not the only guests that were told that.

Check in process was a dream. The staff is so friendly and the hotel commitment to customer satisfaction is clear. The hotel accommodated an early arrival and had our room ready for us hours before check in! Julien at the front desk was so friendly and Alain who took our car for valet was also great. When we called the front desk for more towels, someone arrived at our door within 5 minutes. Location is great, rooms are spotless and the hotel is beautiful. Awesome place!

Auberge Saint-Pierre is perfect choice for a stay in old Quebec City. Staff is extremly friendly and helpfull. Clean and cozy rooms. It was a perfect stay. We'll book it again if we visit Quebec City next time

Auberge Saint-Pierre is perfect choice for a stay in old Quebec City. Staff is extremly friendly and helpfull. Clean and cozy rooms. It was a perfect stay. We'll book it again if we visit Quebec City next time

Exceptional staff that go out of their way day or night to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable! Breakfast in the morning is decent, many choices and convenient. Accommodating and speedy valet. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The wine bar is convenient to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening, their lounge areas are cozy and peaceful. Very walkable to all of the local attractions, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is in an excellent location! It is close to the port, and also great access to both lower town and upper town. The staff at this hotel is excellent! I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service that we received while we were there. I will definitely be staying there again when I come back to Quebec city.

Hotel is in a beautiful location in Old Quebec City; within walking distance of all the great shops and restaurants and historical sites. We would definitely stay here again. There are so many beautiful pictures of the rooms, I'll add a picture of a window. Every common room is decorated and lovely.

The hotel was lovely. Awesome location to Museum, Titanic exhibit, Old Town , Hop On Hop Off bus stop. Matteo (Resturant) , was attached to hotel… great Italian food! Suggest making a reservation. Loved the Auberges “self serve” wine bar! Did not eat breakfast there. Suggest SMITHS bakery that’s near by!! We will return to this lovely hotel!

Hôtel très sympathique et très bien placé pour visiter Québec. Voiturier au top Chambre propre un peu juste pour 4 mais nous y sommes restés qu’une nuit.. Petit déjeuner basic en buffet mais pas de plat chaud.

The hotel was clean, attractive, and well decorated. It was very conveniently located with many shops and dining options very close by. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting us with making dinner reservations and generally taking good care of us. One of the Bell Hops/Valet Attendants (Jeremy?) heard us say that we had forgotten to bring our Cribbage board and he brought his own board in for us to borrow. Matto, the hotel restaurant, was very nice with great food and atmoshpere.

An amazing gem in old Quebec. Very comfortable and a great restaurant. Toms were tidy, neat and clean. Breakfast is only continental but there are great cafes close by. Staff are courteous and very helpful. From the front door to the reception everyone is extremely kind.

Very good hotel in Old Quebec. The room is small but quite cozy with a very comfortable bed. The staff is helpful and cordial. My only suggestion is for the $24 dollar breakfast to add some eggs options and not just to go bolied eggs, that would make it perfect.

Great location just behind the Centre of the Old Town and in front of the Port, also in the flat part of Town. Easy to walk to all the main areas of Quebec. Hotel is more traditional than others in the area so makes it more interesting and is in a quiet area so no road noise. Friendly welcome, we arrived early and our room wasn’t ready but that was fine when we could gain access our bags had been taken to the room and we had a nice view out to the water. Room was clean with a large bathroom and shower, with nice toiletries. There was plenty of hanging space for clothes but not so much drawer space. Entrance to the property is through Hotel 71, where you can use their amenities including breakfast and the wine tap (both additional charge). The hotel was very kind in helping me celebrate a very special birthday. Great stay in a lovely location

Nice hotel in Old QC. But the combination of the hotel with the higher-end 7 hotel is confusing at reception. And there's a feeling that the 7 guests are given priority. Parking is available a street away.
